AMARE In Fasano

We ate at this restaurant a few nights ago and were amazed by the deliciousness of the first courses. The appetizers are also delicious. I recommend reserving a table outside, as it gets very hot inside in the summer.

The food was delicious, though a bit pricey. There were a few misunderstandings with the bill, but we were able to sort them out. Everything was fresh and tasty.

A gem in Torre Canne: excellent cuisine and great potential. Located in the splendid setting of Torre Canne, Amare restaurant immediately presents itself as a jewel of rare beauty. The location is simply enchanting, meticulously maintained, and creates a captivating atmosphere that, in itself, is worth much of the experience. It's the ideal place for those seeking a special evening, lulled by a refined and classy atmosphere. On the culinary front, the restaurant shines: the food is truly excellent. Top-quality ingredients, masterfully executed dishes, and balanced flavors confirm the high level of the cuisine. Coordinating this complex machine is the owner, an extraordinarily present figure, attentive and caring both towards customers and his staff—a significant detail, demonstrating great passion and leadership. The restaurant is positioned in a very expensive price range. When prices are so high, however, expectations also rise, especially regarding the details of the service. In this regard, we'd like to offer a constructive suggestion regarding wine management: Given the selection of important and expensive wines, table service techniques could definitely be refined. The young man who served our wine didn't follow the standard procedures (which require each guest to taste the wine, serve it to the other guests, and only refill the glass at the end). Furthermore, with each pour, he unfortunately spilled wine on the tablecloth or in nearby water glasses. In a setting of this caliber, these are obvious oversights that deserve a little refinement. Absolute praise and a huge round of applause go to Saverio, the young man who served our table. Smiling, cheerful, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented, Saverio welcomed us with a professionalism and warmth that made our evening truly special. In short, Amare is an experience we highly recommend. With a little extra attention to the details of luxury service, it could border on absolute perfection. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic place, seafood was so fresh, we had mussels, popcorn squid, lobster and red mullet with pasta. All fantastic, couldn't fault it. Service was very good, great atmosphere. Gets busy from 7.30 onwards so ensure to prebook. Will be returning for pizza as the menu looked 10/10. A lot of locals eating here too it appeared, always a good sign.

Beautiful restaurant directly by the water! Amazing Vibe and the Pizza was fantastic (Pizza available from 19:30) Pasta was good! We had the Tuna Pasta which I would definitely eat again! The assassins was ok and quiet a small portion. Overall I will for sure recommend this place!

A very welcoming place, just steps from the sea. The service was impeccable, excellent in both manner and timing. The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious; we felt truly pampered.

We got a table on Sunday at lunchtime without a reservation. The restaurant is very attractive and has a beautiful location with a sea view and pleasant music. Our food was freshly and creatively prepared and tasted excellent. The portions were generous. They mainly serve fish, but also meat and vegetarian options. The service was friendly and attentive.

The Aburi di Tonno was the best starter I’ve ever had. The Pizza Crudo and the Lava Cake were also absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
