21/03/2024: The starters were exquisite: first the cured meats, then the dairy products... the onion jam was very good. I honestly didn't like the pizza at all; the mass was rubbery and the crust wasn't as crunchy as I prefer, even the mozzarella wasn't that great... it looked like chewing gum: the more I chewed it, the more it stuck to the palate, I just couldn't swallow it. In my opinion the pizza base was frozen. For the rest I ate quite well, they told me that the first courses are spectacular and I will most likely return to taste them. In conclusion I think that this restaurant has potential so for now it would be better to focus on the raw materials because even those leave a little to be desired.

11/05/2024: First time visit but not the last. Excellent pizza at a good price. Appears very popular. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Of course we returned a few nights later. The pizza was the lightest and crispiest I’ve had. Brilliant and tasty.

26/03/2024: Excellent location and convenient location with both external and internal tables. Easy parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa is excellent, soft and crunchy, you can immediately sense the long leavening and the attention paid to the preparation which makes it decidedly delicious. Definitely recommended. Also open for lunch with excellent dishes at a good price.

05/04/2024: The pizza is excellent in quality, taste and cooking. Normal price, a little cramped but comfortable environment. Very qualified staff. I recommend the "Mediterranean" and "cacio e pepe" pizza. And as fried foods, the potato panzerottini are very good.

08/05/2024: We ordered 4 gluten-free pizzas to take away. Super fast and responsive service by message for the order and very friendly staff on site (even though they were in a big rush). The gluten-free pizza dough wasn't the best of those we tasted during our stay but it's already so good to be able to have gluten-free pizza. On the other hand, the garnish was great! A very nice address for those with gluten intolerance in Polignano!
