The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is well-maintained and offers outdoor seating and two indoor dining rooms. A guarantee of authentic Roman cuisine.

21/07/2025: Got pizza delivered to a hotel close by. Decent pizza if you’re not bothered to leave the hotel. The potato pie was surprisingly tasty. Found the marinara way too intense. Aubergine with was really good though. All in all, it gets the job done if you’re looking for a quick bite. Also feel the portion sizes were massive although they didn’t look that way online.

26/08/2025: Good evening. I was there last night for the first time... even though the service was very slow, just for a fried food and a pizza, I have to say that everything was good. There was only one thing I found distasteful: the old, faded, greasy blue tablecloths that smelled bad on the outside tables. It's a real shame because the place is nice anyway. I hope this criticism of mine will encourage you to change them... it's very important, believe me.

02/08/2025: The pizza was really good, and the fish entrees were also very good. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.

09/08/2025: For years, walking around my living room clutching a ball of bread dough the size of a tangerine, I've wondered why pizzas from all over Italy are so impossible to cut and chew (they take at least 35 seconds in the mouth), and after a few minutes they arrive at the table piping hot from the oven despite being paper-thin. As Shakespeare asked, skull in hand, pizza or no pizza? That is the question! I've realized, not without effort, that it depends on the extremely fast cooking, which emphasizes the problem described above. The solution is to go to a pizzeria without eating pizza. The interior is full of very evocative fish-themed mosaics. But the air conditioning isn't turned on; apparently, customers don't make reservations anymore. Outside, the place is very different: a bit basic, with unstable plastic chairs. The waitresses leave bottles of cold water at the tables without asking, which might seem like freebies since they're not branded. However, I should point out that I'm not a big fan of pizza. In fact, no matter what, I always order the modest Margherita, which really couldn't be more modest.

17/07/2025: Ich war für 2 Monate von Mai bis Juli 2025 in Rom und habe in dieser Zeit im Stadtteil Portuense gewohnt. Das La Ruota ist für mich und meine Freundin schon so eine Art Stammlokal geworden, in welchem wir uns von Anfang an sehr gut aufgenommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Es gibt einen großen Innenbereich und einen - für römische Verhältnisse - gut gelegenen Außenbereich, der zum Gehweg abgegrenzt ist. Das Personal und der Inhaber sind sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Menschen, das Essen ist gut, ebenso der Hauswein und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Besucht wird das Lokal vor allem von Einheimischen aus der Umgegend, dabei auch viele Familien. Das bedingt natürlich auch, das nicht selten spielende Kinder drinnen oder im Außenbereich hin und her rennen, das ist hier so.

23/07/2025: I stopped by the store out of curiosity and left feeling truly satisfied!!! The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable: Marco, in particular, offered me a delicious coffee to try and, with great clarity, explained the differences between the Vertuo and Original systems. I particularly appreciated their willingness to answer my questions, including about subscriptions, which were explained precisely and transparently, without any pressure. I'll definitely be back!!!!!

23/07/2025: A truly excellent experience! As soon as I entered the Nespresso store, I was greeted with great warmth and professionalism. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and above all, very knowledgeable: they listened to my preferences and guided me in choosing the perfect coffee for my tastes. The tasting was a truly enjoyable experience: they offered me a truly delicious coffee, carefully explaining its characteristics and origin. I could sense a true passion for the product and genuine attention to the customer. Impeccable service, which transformed a simple purchase into a pleasant and personalized experience. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll definitely be back!

09/03/2025: Booked for 2 people, on Sunday, 7.30pm. I used the Inforno Pizza website to book my table (I was happy with the online reservation). The staff welcomed us kindly, accompanied us to the table and were very attentive to our every request. I highly recommend the meatballs. We were really happy with this appetizer and I don't think you will regret it! We ordered two pizzas: one with different ingredients including artichokes and bacon, another that had pumpkin cream and truffle. For me they were both delicious but the one with pumpkin and truffle was phenomenal!!! Finally we had a dessert, which was also very good and with excellent flavor combinations. What can I say! How not to recommend Inforno Pizza!
