23/08/2025: If smell could have an address, it would definitely be La Scrocchiarella! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by an irresistible whiff of sizzling oven-roasted chicken, fragrant freshly baked bread, and pizza winking from the counter. The kebab is a spicy caress for the palate, the pinsa is light as a cloud but crunchy as the name promises, and the potato croquettes... well, they disappear so quickly they seem to have a life of their own. It's the perfect place for those seeking uncomplicated flavor: whether you're ravenous or just craving a quick snack, here you'll always find something that makes you say, "Just one more bite and then I'll stop"... but you never stop! 😋 In short: here, the crunchiness never disappoints! 🐓🥙🍕🥔

16/09/2025: Found by chance on The Fork, prices below average, all traditional Neapolitan products. Excellent appetizers and pizza, we'll definitely be back. It's a shame we had to wait a while for the pizzas, but the quality was worth it.

07/09/2025: Located in Genzano di Roma on the street where the town annually hosts the Infiorata, a display of works designed with real flowers (photos attached on the restaurant's website). Beautiful restaurant with attention to detail. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful with any questions or requests about the menu. I went on a Saturday night and it was very busy. I recommend booking a table in advance. Service was a little slow, probably due to the large crowd. The food was delicious. I had a mix of fried foods and pizza (pizza and Neapolitan fried foods). I'd definitely go back.

23/11/2025: Lunch with a pre-arranged menu, about 25 guests. Beautiful location and attentive service. The appetizer and first course were good and plentiful. Unfortunately, the second course wasn't up to par. Disappointingly, the dish arrived cold, and the meat was very tough and stringy. I was disappointed that many of the guests chose not to finish their meal.

14/09/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, starting from the exterior. Inside, the spaces are spacious, understated yet elegant. The air conditioning is pleasant and not bothersome. The staff is attentive and helpful.

23/11/2025: A good place if you want to eat something quick near the Colosseum. I didn't try the pizza, but the supplì was very tasty.

09/11/2025: My friends and I had a kebab, except that the kebab sandwich had a hamburger bun, and it tasted horrible. The sour taste of that kebab still lingers in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

12/03/2025: A great place to eat both pizza and other dishes. The appetizers are delicious, and the pizzas are good (well-topped). A pleasant experience. The young woman serving the tables was very welcoming: very kind, attentive to detail, and very professional. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

09/03/2025: Booked for two on Sunday, 7:30 PM. I used the Inforno Pizza website to reserve my table (I was very happy with the online booking). The staff welcomed us kindly, showed us to our table, and was very attentive to our every request. I highly recommend the meatballs. We were really happy with this appetizer, and I think you won't regret it! We ordered two pizzas: one with various ingredients, including artichokes and guanciale, and the other with pumpkin cream and truffle. I thought they were both delicious, but the one with pumpkin and truffle was phenomenal!!! Finally, we had a dessert, which was also very good and had excellent flavor combinations. What can I say? How could I not recommend Inforno Pizza!

25/08/2025: We're French and were looking for pizzas to eat, having been disappointed with our meal last night at a restaurant. Found the pizzeria by chance. Very good pizzas, very friendly staff. Thin crust, delicious tomato sauce. Very reasonable prices.

28/08/2025: As a Neapolitan, I really enjoyed the Roman pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, although it's very different from the Neapolitan one. The service was also good and friendly. I'll be back to try traditional Roman cuisine.
