22/08/2025: Excellent pizza and a really pleasant atmosphere.

30/07/2025: Excellent. The place is surrounded by nature, and because of its spaciousness, the tables aren't too close together, which is excellent. The place is well-maintained, and they also have indoor seating. Good prices, good food, from appetizers to dessert, and the pizza is also excellent. The service isn't always the fastest, and one thing I didn't really like was that the first courses arrived at a time, and when you're eating together, it gets to the last person when they're almost finished. But other than that, everything was excellent.

15/02/2026: One star only because I can't give zero. The service was truly terrible and the food was of poor quality, simply inedible. The staff was anything but friendly: arrogant and offensive, especially towards celiacs, who were treated superficially and disrespectfully. We ate here only because we were passing through, but I wouldn't wish a similar experience on anyone.

28/10/2025: We come once a year to enjoy the Monti district: the most characteristic of the Eternal City. And we always stop at the Due Colonne: a sure thing! The traditional first courses are spectacular, but the pasta amatriciana is the best! Then there are the delicious roast potatoes and saltimbocca! To finish, we had the chef's crème caramel, which was amazing! The red wine was pleasant. The prices? You'd expect from a trattoria in the castles, not a downtown restaurant! The service is pleasantly familiar. The highlight is that the patrons are overwhelmingly Roman and often regulars: this is what makes this place stand out. Highly recommended.

30/08/2025: The worst pizza of my life, the base seems pre-made, all the same, hard and tasteless... there are better pizzas in the supermarket, also when I told the man my complaint he reacted irately and arrogantly telling me that I had no idea, we left more than half a pizza and half a focaccia (the same base) and bought a pizza al taglio in the alley of Fontana di Trevi to get rid of the bad taste in our mouths... I was surprised to find such a horrible pizza in Rome. They take advantage of the location of the restaurant, they take advantage of tourists and underestimate them.

29/01/2026: A good burger in San Lorenzo for the price. The potato chips that come with the sandwiches are good, but I personally would have preferred more traditional potatoes (not chips). All the combinations are truly delicious and interesting, from the classic American-style ones to the more unusual ones featuring local ingredients. The fried foods and beers are good, and there's also the option of pizza. The desserts are decent, but not particularly standout. The vegetarian options and the fish sandwich with a salmon steak are good.

16/12/2025: I remember this place a while back, offering us a special experience, albeit a bit strange, partly because of the weather and partly because of the service. However, it left us with a good memory and a good sensory memory.

19/03/2026: There’s much better food in Rome. Service was fine. The main issue other than the pizza being average, was we asked for a recommendation on wine. The waiter mentioned there wasn’t a wine menu, recommended wine, and then when we got the bill the wine was 175 euro. For a pizzeria that has 15-20 euro dishes, a 175 euro bottle of wine is highway robbery. Also turns out there was a wine list as the table next to us received one. Simply put, would never return here and wishing we hadn’t gone in the first place.

14/03/2026: Worse pizza in Rome. Very small portions. They served different insalata than the one we ordered! The atmosphere is quite nice and some waiters really polite.

27/11/2025: What can I say? Excellent value for money. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is nice for those who stop by, and now they even have polenta. The food is better than at a restaurant. 28/02/2026: Quality is the adjective that best describes Mercurio Pizza. Starting with the service, politeness and courtesy are the hallmarks, complemented by a youthful and friendly atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients enhances the flavors of the pizzas, from the dough to the toppings. The prices are above average for "normal" pizzerias; this is largely offset by the truly high-quality products. The pizza's creation demonstrates the perfect balance between quality ingredients, cooking, and their use, which enhances the flavor. If I really had to find a flaw, perhaps the cover charge and bottled water prices should be reviewed. To conclude this wonderful experience, the atmosphere was very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

26/02/2026: I walked into this pizzeria and for a moment I thought I'd gone to the wrong door and ended up in a rented studio apartment in Milan. Four tables, five if you're slow, and an atmosphere so intimate you can hear your neighbor's thoughts as he chooses his Margherita. The quality? Undeniable. The flours are probably ground by Tibetan monks at dawn, the tomatoes were raised with maternal love, and the mozzarella has a resume longer than mine. Each ingredient is presented as if it were about to go to a job interview. And you can tell: the pizza is excellent, no complaints about that. The problem is that in the time between ordering and the pizza arriving, you could easily: - read "War and Peace" - reevaluate your life choices - watch the wheat grow for the next dough; An hour of waiting that allows you to create an emotional connection with the table. And then the bill. When it arrives, you don't look at it: you face it. The prices are so high that you expect at least a small plot of land included in the service. They'll almost ask if you want to finance your Margherita pizza at a favorable rate. In short: excellent pizza, a mystical experience, geological time, and a real estate investment account. If you have patience, a robust wallet, and a certain aptitude for spatial minimalism, it's the perfect place.

06/03/2026: Great for a quick snack, the pizza is exceptional. I ordered a slice with artichoke cream, ham, and cheese, which was mouth-watering. I also ordered a slice of red mushroom, which was also excellent, but unfortunately, it's no longer available at any other pizzeria. I think I'll happily stop by again when I'm in the area.

28/12/2025: Terrible experience on December 26th, we ordered various dishes, many inedible, fatty meat in several courses, seafood salad floating in oil, strudel burnt on the outside and very cold inside.
