23/07/2024: Ordered a Pizza Capricciosa via telephone (€8.50). When opening the box on the pizza there are elements that have absolutely nothing in common with the famous Pizza Capricciosa, such as a slice of aubergine (🤔), 8 pieces of sausage (🤢) and 1 small piece of raw ham, thick and smelly (🤔). Maybe you don't know the recipe for capricciosa pizza? Or what? Absolutely not recommended. (the pizza clearly ended up in the garbage can!) Another Capricciosa pizza was ordered from another pizzeria.

13/07/2024: Scelto 'il casale del gusto' per una di compleanno sia per le recensioni sia per le foto della location pubblicate sul sito. Bel locale, ampi spazi con piscina, tuttavia la serata non è stata organizzata come era stata illustrata dal proprietario. Aperitivo, mancavano gli stuzzichini e i fritti non sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Antipasto solo 4 fette di salumi spalmati sul piatto. I formaggi e le decantate 'fantasie dello chef' non c'erano. A mio avviso vergognoso. Primo e secondo senza una particolare presentazione dello chef. Sola la torta millefoglie molto buona, una delle migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Bevande limitate, solo su richiesta. E dalla richiesta passava molto tempo perché il servizio era affidato ad un solo cameriere per 18 persone. In sintesi: scarsa organizzazione, presentazione delle pietanze inesistente e un servizio sicuramente migliorabile

10/08/2024: We went for a pizza dinner, nice atmosphere, very kind staff. I didn't give 5 stars to the food because I didn't like the pizza and not just me. Delicious fried bruschetta seasoned to perfection but the pizza was made of rubber. Good seasoning but absolutely not the base. I don't. never left an edge of the pizza this evening instead I left that too we will be back to try other dishes

06/08/2024: Per capire il senso della recensione, vedere la mia altra intitolata "Serata nata male...(parte I)..." Fortunatamente ed obbligati al primo scempio di cui sopra, ripariamo in questo vicino locale dove abbiamo trovato tutto quello che sono le basi della gestione di un cliente che neanche ha prenotato (ovviamente laddove esista posto libero) Accoglienza, disponibilità nell'offrire varie opzioni (gradito tavolo interno o esterno?), come prima cosa immediato ordine e consegna delle bevande (soprattutto d'estate), ordine principale delle pietanze dall'antipasto fino all'ultimo ordine del dolce con step by step, coinvolgimento di vari camerieri che fanno capire quanto il locale sia pronto a gestire tutti i coperti del medesimo! Ulteriore nota positiva...in questo locale la pizza più cara costa 9€ e posso garantire che a Roma e dintorni è qualsi impossibile vivere questa esperienza! Pizze molto buone così come i dolci, servizio eccellente, rapido e cordiale! Grazie per averci salvato la serata :-)

06/07/2024: Good possibility to choose between pizza, grilled meat, fresh pasta. We ate a plentiful and really good starter and the pizza was very low and very tasty. We liked the family environment, I highly recommend it.

20/07/2024: Overall quite satisfied. There are some things that I would like to recommend: The service is mediocre. The waiter was very kind and attentive, but definitely needs to be trained better. I ordered the raw fish of the day and a fry, specifically asking for them to arrive together. But they didn't arrive together. The fried food arrived about ten minutes after I finished consuming the raw food. When bringing raw and fried food, it would be a good idea to bring something for your hands. The classic water and lemon or the disposable wipe. The towel arrived a long time later, when I asked to replace the now frayed napkin. Be careful with raw foods. The Scampi still had their casings. I cleaned them myself. A separate bowl for scraps (shells, shells) should be brought immediately. I asked for it. The bread? Isn't it customary to offer it in the service? I would have liked it to be brought to the table. The dirty wet towel from the raw food remained on the table until the end of the meal. I had to request another one. Overall the problem was the waiter's lack of experience in following the basic procedures of a service. But in any case I don't feel like condemning it. He was kind. Perhaps instructions should be given "from above". Raw ok. A little sparse for the price. Fried ok. The glass of sparkling, slightly sparkling white wine. But good. Price 50.50. I left 60 for kindness, more precious than professionalism. I would recommend a greater presence of owners or managers in the room. Especially with new customers, more attention would be nice. Perhaps the owner was there (white tuft?) but he was totally uninterested (even a good morning and goodbye was appreciated). Overall, I recommend. I'll be back. Greetings.
