17/05/2026: I returned for dinner last night, admittedly with a bit of skepticism, since I hadn't had a great experience there recently. This time, however, I was pleasantly surprised and completely reconsidered. The dishes were truly excellent, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. But the real difference was the attention to customer service: the owner, knowing that some of us had dietary restrictions, personally took steps to ensure we received suitable and safe products. This thoughtfulness and professionalism from days gone by were truly appreciated. We were served at the table by a waiter of the highest caliber. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!

30/07/2025: Excellent. The place is surrounded by nature, and because of its spaciousness, the tables aren't too close together, which is excellent. The place is well-maintained, and they also have indoor seating. Good prices, good food, from appetizers to dessert, and the pizza is also excellent. The service isn't always the fastest, and one thing I didn't really like was that the first courses arrived at a time, and when you're eating together, it gets to the last person when they're almost finished. But other than that, everything was excellent.

07/05/2026: I learned about this place from the owner of the Airbnb I was staying at. It was only a 4-minute walk away. First of all, the carbonara (10€) was delicious!! I think it was bacon, but the meat was delicious anyway!! Also, the mixed grilled seafood (18€) was delicious even though it was only seasoned with salt and lemon!! It had the flavor of Japanese grilled seafood, it was the best. The house wine is also reasonably priced (1/4 liter 3€). The white was good, but the red was just typical house wine. I had such a great time at the Airbnb that I would like to visit again when I come to Rome.

They promised us a discount to lure us in, but then insisted on not applying it. €45 for a set menu explained only verbally by a waiter who didn't speak Italian well and was difficult to understand. "Smart" portions: a large plate to share, but small quantities. We ate too little and spent too much. Populated and popular area, no parking. Not recommended.

12/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at this delightful restaurant and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, the kind that makes you feel right at home. We ordered mixed fried fish and grilled fish: both dishes were incredibly fresh. What particularly struck us was the kindness of the staff: being a family-run business, you can sense their passion and attention to every detail. We were truly pampered from start to finish, with attention to detail that makes all the difference. A place we recommend to anyone looking for excellent seafood, a warm atmosphere, and genuine service. We will definitely be back.

09/05/2026: Very Family-like place! If you‘re vegan: ask for the spaghetti pomodoro (not the tagliatelle, they are made with eggs). Very friendly, very authentic Italian food and delicious! order the focaccia, it’s bomb!

17/05/2026: An absolute discovery in Rome! The Neapolitan pizza was simply outstanding – airy, perfectly baked dough, high-quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious. And the crust was divine – super fluffy. Add to that an incredibly authentic atmosphere, far removed from the typical tourist traps. Almost exclusively locals, which speaks volumes, and that's precisely what gives it its special charm. If you want to experience real Italian pizza, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

17/05/2026: I had dinner with a friend. We had two first courses and two small appetizers. 1 potato croquette 1 cacio e pepe omelette 1 cacio e pepe 1 fish risotto 1 water Total: just under €21 per person The food was good. The portions were adequate. Prices were average. Considering the prices around here, it's okay (the restaurant is located in a neighborhood outside the tourist center). First courses average €14-15, with something for €12-13. Wide selection of pizzas. Friendly service. I recommend it.

18/05/2026: We had the pizzas, what can I say? Extraordinary, delicious, with a super light, flaky, and digestible pizza dough. And, most importantly, "enormous." So far, I can say it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the fried foods, but they're passable. The fries are delicious. The staff is kind and friendly.

07/05/2026: Excellent pinsa and excellent supplì, there's no doubt about it: Gegè knows its stuff when it comes to Roman street food. The pinsa dough is light and digestible, the supplì are well-made and flavorful. However, I must point out one major inconvenience: there are no restrooms available for customers. During my lunch, I needed one and was unable to satisfy my request, which made the experience decidedly uncomfortable. For a restaurant that serves food, I believe the availability of a restroom is a bare minimum. I hope the management can address this shortcoming, because the food truly deserves a higher rating.

06/04/2026: It was definitely one of the restaurants that left me, my wife, and our daughter most satisfied. Despite the large number of guests, it was an overall excellent experience, both in terms of taste and service. We ate seafood: appetizers and first courses were generous in quantity and exquisite in quality and freshness. The mussel sauté was excellent, so much so that our daughter even mopped up the dish. The dishes were also beautifully presented, with the chef's skill and expertise. As for the service, there was no excruciating wait, and indeed, the smile of the waiter who served us was remarkable, which is not easy to find these days among those who work in what is undoubtedly a demanding profession. The attention to detail in the ambiance and the spacious, clean, and hygienically impeccable bathrooms round out a truly positive experience. Highly recommended for those who want a family atmosphere while enjoying excellent seafood. The menu prices are in line with the quality and quantity of the food. UPDATE APRIL 6, 2026 An Easter Monday filled with excellent food in both quality and quantity, fast and friendly service, and professionalism—everything you'd expect from an excellent restaurant. I can only confirm and reiterate my already positive review from a year ago, adding the spectacular tagliolini with lobster, which were truly tasty and succulent. We enjoyed it so much that we couldn't help but mop up the bread for both the appetizer and the main course. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Despite the time and the busy restaurant, our table was ready after just 5 minutes. ​There are three things that make this place truly special: ​Availability: The staff greeted us with a smile, making us feel immediately welcome despite the late hour. ​Speed: The service was lightning-fast! From the initial wait to the arrival of our dishes, the timing was perfectly managed. ​Quality: Despite the speed, no detail was overlooked. Excellent raw materials and carefully prepared dishes. ​It's rare to find such a perfect combination of efficiency and goodness. If you're looking for a place where you can feel pampered even after hours, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!
