We had dinner at the restaurant while waiting for the car to charge and the hotel staff was so helpful to us. We did not stay here so we cannot comment on the rooms but we loved the people

07/10/2025: An older hotel in need of significant maintenance. Rooms are adequately sized, with limited furniture for luggage. Breakfast is adequate, with takeaway options available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable.

24/06/2025: I've been there many times recently, on Saturday with a colleague of mine we had a great time, the girls were very kind, the outdoor table was very good, the pizza was delicious as were the fried foods.

19/07/2025: Nice and well-kept place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened. In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend this place, Don Bosco area, Tuscolana. The staff are great, prepared and very kind. Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. 04/10/2025: My wife, son, and I spent a couple of days in Rome and checked off everything on our bucket list. The last thing we wanted to do before catching our train to the next destination was enjoy an authentic Roman-style pizza. Our hotel recommended San Marco, a local favorite. We knew most restaurants close between lunch and dinner, so we were happy to find a place that came highly recommended and was open. When we arrived, there was only one other table occupied, and we chose to sit on the patio. The menu offered plenty of options, but we were there solely for the pizza. We ordered two different pizzas, and unfortunately, both were a bit of a letdown. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with them—perhaps they just weren’t our style. We had high expectations since everything else we’d eaten in Rome up until that point had been exceptional. All in all, if you’re looking for a quick, convenient place to eat, San Marco fits the bill. But if you’re after an authentic experience and some of the best pizza in Rome, this probably isn’t the spot.

02/10/2025: We came here for dinner. The food was OK , not more. They didn’t serve all the entrees at the same time , the pizza arrived a little cold. And after paying the bill the waiter was a bit aggressive over the fact that we didn’t add service to the bill ( we thought it was automatically added) .

03/10/2025: One of the best pizzerias in Rome by far! I say this as a former pizza chef. The quality/price ratio is second to none! Tender and flavorful traditional Abruzzo arrosticini, bruschetta, and delicious, easy-to-digest pizzas made with light dough. Once you discover this pizzeria, you'll return confident of a carefree and delicious evening. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

27/09/2025: In a family-friendly atmosphere, with arrosticini, bruschetta with all the flavors plus one, and thin-crust Roman-style pizzas (easily digestible), the place is perfect for a delicious dinner with friends. Reservations are recommended.

16/09/2025: Large, air-conditioned rooms, above the panoramic terrace, and tables outside, I am welcomed with a smile by the waiters, around 10 pm, a nice table, an excellent pizza and a glass of highly praised Chardonnay, a pizza that can make Umbrian pizza envious. Its crunchiness and the fresh flavor of the products, gives a touch of sublime flavor, closing your eyes for a moment, you can see the green lung of Central Italy, and above all to feel the palate.. wine of great character.. DOC, the friendly and willing guys.. they put their signature with kindness and hospitality

16/09/2025: Found by chance on The Fork, prices below average, all traditional Neapolitan products. Excellent appetizers and pizza, we'll definitely be back. It's a shame we had to wait a while for the pizzas, but the quality was worth it.

07/09/2025: Located in Genzano di Roma on the street where the town annually hosts the Infiorata, a display of works designed with real flowers (photos attached on the restaurant's website). Beautiful restaurant with attention to detail. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful with any questions or requests about the menu. I went on a Saturday night and it was very busy. I recommend booking a table in advance. Service was a little slow, probably due to the large crowd. The food was delicious. I had a mix of fried foods and pizza (pizza and Neapolitan fried foods). I'd definitely go back.

22/05/2025: Discovered thanks to my son who goes to high school nearby, they are really worth a visit, if you are in the area. Delicious bread and cakes, a nice assortment of croissants and stuffed parcels ... You are spoiled for choice, and you can never go wrong.
