10/06/2026: We had an outstanding time at dinner with our waiter. He was very engaging and friendly. We loved his attitude. We had him pick out our appetizers main meal and dessert for the 4 of us and we enjoyed everything he picked out for us. We highly recommend 4 Fiumi for an excellent dinning experience while in Rome.

06/04/2026: It was definitely one of the restaurants that left me, my wife, and our daughter most satisfied. Despite the large number of guests, it was an overall excellent experience, both in terms of taste and service. We ate seafood: appetizers and first courses were generous in quantity and exquisite in quality and freshness. The mussel sauté was excellent, so much so that our daughter even mopped up the dish. The dishes were also beautifully presented, with the chef's skill and expertise. As for the service, there was no excruciating wait, and indeed, the smile of the waiter who served us was remarkable, which is not easy to find these days among those who work in what is undoubtedly a demanding profession. The attention to detail in the ambiance and the spacious, clean, and hygienically impeccable bathrooms round out a truly positive experience. Highly recommended for those who want a family atmosphere while enjoying excellent seafood. The menu prices are in line with the quality and quantity of the food. UPDATE APRIL 6, 2026 An Easter Monday filled with excellent food in both quality and quantity, fast and friendly service, and professionalism—everything you'd expect from an excellent restaurant. I can only confirm and reiterate my already positive review from a year ago, adding the spectacular tagliolini with lobster, which were truly tasty and succulent. We enjoyed it so much that we couldn't help but mop up the bread for both the appetizer and the main course. I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/04/2026: We arrived at this restaurant after 10:00 PM, without a reservation and with little hope, but we were pleasantly surprised. Despite the time and the busy restaurant, our table was ready after just 5 minutes. ​There are three things that make this place truly special: ​Availability: The staff greeted us with a smile, making us feel immediately welcome despite the late hour. ​Speed: The service was lightning-fast! From the initial wait to the arrival of our dishes, the timing was perfectly managed. ​Quality: Despite the speed, no detail was overlooked. Excellent raw materials and carefully prepared dishes. ​It's rare to find such a perfect combination of efficiency and goodness. If you're looking for a place where you can feel pampered even after hours, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

17/06/2026: We recommend reservations but they also accept walk ins. This place was recommended by another restaurant for pizza and it did not disappoint. We got a nice table and ordered a couple pizzas and a bottle of the house wine. Everything was delicious.

05/07/2026: One of the worst meals I have ever had in Italy. I honestly do not understand how a restaurant in Italy can serve food this bad. Italy is known for amazing food, fresh ingredients, and simple dishes made with care, but this place managed to ruin even the most basic expectations. The food was terrible from the first bite. Everything tasted bland, cheap, and poorly made. There was no flavor, no freshness, and absolutely no passion in the cooking. The dishes felt rushed, careless, and almost disrespectful to Italian food. I have had better meals from random cafés and even basic takeaway places. The pasta was especially disappointing. The texture was wrong, the sauce had no depth, and the whole dish tasted like it was made by someone who did not care at all. It was not just “not great” — it was genuinely bad. For a restaurant in Italy, this is honestly embarrassing. The ingredients did not taste fresh, the portions were not impressive, and the presentation looked lazy. Nothing about the meal felt worth the money. It felt like they were simply serving food because they had to, not because they had any pride in what they were doing. The service was also poor. The staff did not seem welcoming or attentive, and the whole experience felt uncomfortable. When the food is this bad, good service could at least make things slightly better, but unfortunately there was nothing positive to save the evening. The atmosphere was not enjoyable either. The place did not feel special, authentic, or warm. It just felt like a tourist trap that relies on people coming once and never returning. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and time. I came in expecting a nice meal in Italy and left extremely disappointed. Bad food, weak service, and an experience I would not recommend to anyone. There are countless better restaurants in Italy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

15/06/2026: I went with a friend and we had the mixed fried shrimp. The shrimp weren't clean of their intestines at all; as soon as I put them in my mouth and chewed them, they were rubbery and tasted like sand. The staff wasn't very friendly. I don't recommend it; there are better options.

04/07/2026: I'll start by saying that my review refers to the bar service; I haven't had lunch here. The first thing that strikes you is the atmosphere, reminiscent of bars of the past! Andrea, the bartender originally from Campania, is always ready with a smile and a friendly exchange with his customers! He's not a robot serving orders with a downcast look and a sullen face, as is often the case. At the cash register, a tall, white-haired gentleman is very polite and elegant! The prices are fair, and there's a wide selection of well-made croissants. Last but not least, you can sit at one of the tables inside without any shameful surcharges, as is the case in almost all places in central Rome! I highly recommend it!

27/05/2026: I returned to this pizzeria after the change of management. The pizza by the slice is truly excellent and easy to digest. The thin round pizzas are also very good, typical of Rome. The fried pizzas are top-notch.

27/04/2026: Definitely go and eat. The place is clean, personally friendly, and above all, the food is excellent and plentiful.

02/06/2026: We sat at a table that was being set, and after 15 minutes we pointed out that no one had yet arrived to set the table or take our order. The pizzas arrived after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting. We asked several times. The pizza was good (crispy, Roman-style), but the service could be improved.

14/07/2026: Raw ingredients and cuisine are the real stars, this place is definitely worth a visit. I was there recently and the dining experience was truly top-notch, with excellent food from start to finish. The real highlight of the evening was the sea urchin risotto: simply amazing, perfectly creamy, perfectly blended, and with an incredible seafood flavor. The icing on the cake was the tiramisu, so delicious and so well-crafted that I almost ordered another. If I had to find the only flaw, it would be the plastic chairs at the tables, which in my opinion clash a bit with the rest of the ambiance and the quality of the place. But if you're looking for substance and good food, it's highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!
