29/07/2026: Let's start with the impossibility of ordering two tasting menus and two à la carte. "For the tasting menu, the whole table has to order it, otherwise it can't be done." What's a bad AYCE formula? We then continue with the "wine show." After listening to a "memorized nursery rhyme" (the same for all tables), we order two bottles of white wine: the first arrives correctly, complete with a cooler and all the trimmings, the second is delivered like a "pit stop." You remove the empty bottle and put the new one to soak in water, not considering that at 30 degrees Celsius or more, the ice would have completely melted... Then we move on to the endless wait between the appetizer and the main course: I understand the crowding, I understand the line times, I understand the delays, but 27 minutes for four pasta dishes is a tad excessive, especially considering that the dishes offered aren't elaborate enough to require such a long wait. After finishing the first course, while the waitress clears our plates, she asks us to "keep the cutlery because we don't change them... unless you really want us to..." I won't comment on this because it's already begging the question in itself. I'll conclude by pointing out that the menu completely lacks a section dedicated to alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages/wines, the price of which cannot be known before ordering (as required by trade regulations: I shouldn't ask, it must be given to me beforehand). A bit pretentious, it perfectly sums up a restaurant that tries to be something it isn't even remotely: trattoria-style flavors, trendy restaurant pretensions; restaurants are a serious business that unfortunately, in addition to a beautiful location, requires above all preparation and professionalism (at any level) to guarantee, beyond the obvious food safety, a side dish that justifies the prices charged.

16/07/2026: A reliable venue and a key fixture in the nightlife of Velletri and the lower Castelli Romani area. RAW's after-dinner drinks are a must: the atmosphere is always pleasant, the music is great, and the ambiance makes you want to return. Impeccable service and the young, friendly, and always available owners. Highly recommended!!
