14/03/2026: I knew they were delicious, but after seeing one of their latest Instagram posts, I was tempted to try the cinnamon rolls... well... hurry up and try them, because to understand how good they are, you just have to savor them bite after bite!! Excellent!!!

This morning I picked up the box with too good to go and when sending the review I made a mistake (it won't let me correct it anymore ☹️). 02/11/2025: The atmosphere was very nice, but when it came to service and food, which should be the foundation of a trattoria/restaurant, it wasn't good at all! The cooked chestnuts arrived literally burned, both inside and out, and the first courses were less than delicious. We had tagliolini with pumpkin, speck, and salted ricotta (the tagliolini were stuck together, they wouldn't come apart and seemed almost overcooked, the ricotta was just a dusting, the pumpkin had no flavor, more like a sauce, and the speck was nonexistent and of poor quality). There were 15 of us: for a central appetizer, two half portions of pasta, and a coffee, we spent €32 per person.

03/03/2026: Kindness and friendliness! My favorite place in Tivoli, every time I go back it's a pleasure... highly recommended! Arianna is a force to be reckoned with, and we always have a great time at Ugo's! An exceptional aperitif, and the limoncello spritz is highly recommended.
