13/10/2025: Delicious pizza! We stumbled upon it by chance and trusted the line outside. It's admittedly cramped, but we still managed to sit on the stools and enjoy an excellent pizza by the slice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I might point out that the menu says spaghetti with clams...but it's with lupini beans!!
The menu varies between fish, meat, and pizza.
The desserts are also good.
The service is very slow.
Time passes between ordering and the dishes arriving, so there's work to be done.
Overall, satisfactory.

07/11/2025: It may have been an unfortunate evening, but overall, we weren't satisfied with the experience. The service was very slow, the pulled pork was cold, and the pizza wasn't particularly tasty. It was partly our fault for choosing the wrong ingredients based on our tastes.
As for the ambiance, the outdoor seating isn't heated, and since it's November, it's starting to get cold, so eating in a coat isn't ideal.

09/11/2025: For the second year in a row, we visited this restaurant with friends. The atmosphere is typical of Abruzzo, although (I don't know why) there were no waiters and the owner had to manage everything himself.
This is precisely why it deserves 5 stars even more, as despite the restaurant being full and without help, he managed all the tables without batting an eyelid.
Truly exemplary!
Excellent food, from appetizers to meat.
Highly recommended!

The tapas was rather symbolic, but the tuna was really delicious.
The ravioli is not offensive, it is nice that you get the cheese to sprinkle separately in a bowl. The lamb was a really big portion. Good refreshing Italian beers
The staff was nice and pleasant, joking with us during the process.
The environment under the monument is surprisingly quiet, nice view, plus the bus stop is really around the corner
08/11/2025: The food took ages to arrive, and the place wasn't even full. The four-cheese pizza had half the cheese burnt! And all the cheese was clumped together in the middle. I don't recommend it, especially not for the price. In the end, the bill included a €2 cover charge per person, which wasn't even listed on the menu. They didn't charge us because we complained, but they rudely cleared everything from the table. I don't recommend this place.

The dishes are traditional Roman fare, prepared with top-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The carbonara is perfectly creamy, the amatriciana flavorful without being heavy.
Generous portions, fair prices, and attentive but never intrusive service. An authentic place where you eat truly well.
03/10/2025: I haven't been to this restaurant yet, but I'm giving it 5 stars to offset those who gave it 1 star for the opposite reason: that it doesn't allow dogs.
It's time to stop labeling those who don't want pets in restaurants as being anti-animal. Quite the opposite, for example. Some people even respect ants, but bringing pets into public places is a matter of HYGIENE and RESPECT for everyone, especially given the abominable behavior of many owners who start petting their furry friends, with their snouts on plates and their fur flying everywhere!
ABSURD!

Ham and cheese appetizer, typical Castelli Romani atmosphere, excellent service, very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended; if you want excellent traditional Roman pizza, you've come to the right place. 5 stars, well deserved.
