12/01/2026: The staff were excellent, but the pizza didn't convince me! I'm giving it an overall 3 stars, averaging the ambiance and the food. I'll start with the positives: the location is truly charming and well-kept, and I'd like to highlight the kindness of the staff, who were very courteous and helpful throughout the evening. Unfortunately, however, the pizza experience was mediocre. Speaking as a Neapolitan, I found the dough decidedly too crispy, far from the soft style I prefer. Specifically, I didn't like the marinara: the sauce was a bit overcooked (losing its necessary freshness), the garlic was in whole cloves, and the anchovies were raw. It's a shame, because the atmosphere and service deserved a much higher rating, but the pizza could be improved. All in all, we'll be back for an update.

11/01/2026: First time and also the last time at this pizzeria. Ham and bruschetta appetizers accompanied by supposed sauces that all tasted the same (like nothing). Inedible supli, burnt gnocchi in a terracotta pot. Inedible pizza, raw and rubbery dough. We tried various flavors. The house wine was of very poor quality. Coke was good in a glass, but it would be great if it were cold. The price was cheap at €22, but it's a significant loss in quality. The place feels a bit like it's from the '80s. Disappointed.

27/11/2025: I visited the pizzeria one evening in late October. I was in the area for a rowing competition, and I stopped for dinner with two of my athletes. We found the place empty—it's low season, after all—but the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good and the price was excellent.

16/11/2025: I had breakfast there. The bar is run by women, very functional and clean. The girls all wear uniforms and caps. I had a cappuccino and a coffee. Everything was good, the service was fast. The atmosphere was welcoming. The place is close to many shops, 800 meters from Conforama, heading towards the city center. I recommend it.

25/09/2025: One of the island's most traditional pizzerias – not only does it serve great pizza, but it also serves classic dishes (my secret: the lentil soup – simply fantastic!). The place is busy, with many people picking up pizza slices to take with them on boat trips. Ideal for a quick snack or a relaxed meal – both at lunch (when many others are closed) and in the evening.

11/01/2026: Molto bene! This was one of our best meals on the trip and we really say thank you to the team of RossoM. The first Dishes with the baked noodles were th begin of a celebration of good foods ;-)

03/01/2026: Passing by, I had a craving for pizza, but nothing... I fully satisfied this craving with a classic but delicious Margherita. After less than 10 minutes of waiting, they served me takeout, as I requested. I went in to pee, and honestly, the place is very nice, welcoming, and has a nice variety of seating. I like the outdoor seating, which is covered, and the indoor seating at various locations. Recommended for those who want to treat themselves to a moment of tranquility. The menu has a wide selection. I focused on the takeout option, as that's what I'm interested in. But I assume the service is also very good.

07/09/2025: Excellent traditional tiellas, taken to go and enjoyed at the top of the Redentore. A simple restaurant with a few outdoor tables. The tiella is well-seasoned, with fresh ingredients and a helpful and friendly owner. The price is reasonable for the offerings.

30/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, the food is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly, I recommend it to everyone.

18/10/2025: Our experience with this restaurant had been modest until recently but recently it was the worst experience of my life. Peppered mussels without garlic or oil... boiled in water... spaghetti with lupini beans boiled without oil or salt. Little frying but good. The amberjack and turbot were rubbery anyway, they will go to the chickens. They shouldn't be thrown away. Terrible experience. I won't go back... place full of flies.

21/10/2025: Located in the center of Sabaudia, it's run by experienced staff. It was very busy on a Friday evening, just after eight o'clock. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the value is fantastic: two seafood salads, a mussel stew, spaghetti with clams, a fried fish dish, focaccia, dessert, and a thirty-euro beer. Definitely worth a try. Highly recommended.
