02/06/2026: It's a place I've been frequenting for years with my parents. We always enjoy returning because the quality and friendliness are unparalleled. The service is attentive, and the desserts... a huge variety, all delicious. A classic that stays in your heart.

We waited over an hour to serve a table of 13 people. The service was disorganized and inattentive. The portions were small, and the fish seemed anything but fresh. An unpleasant experience that I wouldn't recommend.

29/06/2026: I went on Saturday evening with a group of 10. From the welcome to the food, everything was fabulous: crispy, not burnt, supplì, tasty, light pizza, and a fair and reasonable bill for what we consumed.
We'll definitely be back.
14/06/2026: Nothing special, pizza menu above average prices in the area, large outdoor spaces and parking.

I found it very good, and the staff was also very helpful.
24/06/2026: Very good Neapolitan pizza: unlike other Neapolitan pizzerias, you can immediately taste the lightness of the dough.

Unfortunately, I agree with some of the critical comments I've read previously; this isn't meant as an attack, but rather as a constructive suggestion for improving service. I believe that a restaurant, when it opens to the public according to the hours posted online, should ensure a consistently well-stocked counter. It's unfortunate to hear that production is halted to prioritize takeout orders.
I hope the management will take this feedback to heart, as it represents a crucial opportunity for professional growth.
13/03/2026: Excellent pizza and excellent supplì. Unfortunately, I found the supplì a little cold, but that's a minor issue.

We ate poolside and had a great time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. The waiters were very efficient, professional, and fast! Excellent food!
02/06/2026: I visited this location for an event. The food was quite good. I follow a gluten-free diet for celiac disease, and to ensure good service, they gave me this "tag" to distinguish me and prevent me from feeling sick. Everything was fine.

05/07/2026: We were 10 and waited for one and half hour while all people who didn’t book get seated including 8 people’s group. We asked when we can get a table. The waitress said “it is not my business”. 🤬😡🤬
Ponza was beautiful except the horrible night we waited here for nothing and heard “IT IS NOT MY BUSINESS”.
