13/06/2025: Spero questa recensione sia motivo di riflessione e non solo presa come critica, eravate i migliori a LT, da Voi si poteva gustare la vera pizza napoletana e dei fritti davvero buoni, ora a mio avviso con la ristrutturazione del locale in chiave moderna, avete risparmiato sulla qualità e alzato i prezzi. Attenzione ragazzi, non sempre apparire moderni da il riscontro voluto !!

18/07/2025: Pizza ne' napoletana ne' romana e pure cruda e non cresciuta. Chiamiamo la sera prima per prenotare chiedendo se ci fosse altro oltre fritti e pizza e loro si, anche se non sta nel menù si fa tranquilli e invece... Non avevano neanche il pane, antipasti solo fritto, no bruschetta, no insalata di mare come c'è scritto sul menù. Niente affettati anche se ci sono per le pizze, no carne, scusate ma dove sta quello che avevate detto al telefono? Abbiamo chiesto una mozzarella allora, e loro, se non è stata già affettata!!!!

26/06/2025: If I come at 12:30 and you open at 11 the pizza must already be on the counter oh well understood!!! I didn't even enter the counter that wasn't even there on the counter there was only the owner or the worker okay anyway put the pizza on the counter next time then they complain that there is no work!!! And I don't even know what the pizza was like given that some customers write that the pizza is good I haven't tasted it and I can't judge 😳😳😳

22/04/2025: Slightly away from the center of Latina, less than 20 minutes on foot, it is definitely worth a stop for a quick lunch! Luckily we found ourselves with freshly baked pizza trays, and both flavors we tried were excellent, with a low and crunchy dough!

07/06/2025: Historic restaurant. Divine pan pizzas, the carbonara is fantastic (pizza) The round ones are perhaps even better... I really don't know how to choose😅 The environment is beautiful with lots of seats both inside and on the veranda.

15/06/2025: Very welcoming pizzeria, run by the owner Pina who is an excellent hostess. Good pizzas with ingredients that are not of the highest quality but still very tasty. The fried foods are very good. The coffee is not good. I recommend the place for an evening or for a birthday.

04/07/2025: I strongly advise against eating at this restaurant. An aberrant experience. The food is bad and you pay too much! The clams were old and cold and to say that the chocolate cake is bad is a compliment. All this accompanied by the rudeness and vulgarity of the owners. We wanted to get a 2 euro discount and not get a receipt. When we asked to pay by card, in addition to taking away the discount, we were insulted in a bad way and threatened by the owner and the pizza chef, who was aggressive and offensive "screaming to go back to Rome!" all this to 2 women accompanied by 2 little girls. A rudeness never seen before, for a place where the food is also bad. I do not recommend eating here. In Gaeta there are many other restaurants of better quality and with a kinder and more welcoming service. The waiters however were ok.

28/06/2025: Customers for years, I've been missing for a while, shame about the drop in quality, mussel soup (small mussels), seafood risotto, super generous portions but too salty. Excellent pizza

26/06/2025: Apart from the welcome bruschetta. We had the mixed grill (€21) well! disappointment (farmed sea bream, a prawn, a prawn and a piece of squid) Perhaps a slightly more mixed grill. Peppered mussels (not very meaty €8) Industrial desserts. Will we go back? Maybe to try the first courses... I don't know!

20/06/2025: Special thanks to pizza chef Gabriele, whose passion and talent are reflected in every dish. His art makes this pizzeria a must-see for those looking for a high-level gastronomic experience in Cisterna di Latina. We will definitely be back to try other creations! Highly recommended!

25/06/2025: We were there for an end of school year dinner....what can I say, never again. 20 euros for a cold appetizer on a plate and a pizza that is better to forget both for the taste and the slowness of the service, some had pizza at 11pm from 8:30pm when we sat down....not to mention their Maremma sheepdog type dog that roams freely around the tables and eats from the guests' and children's plates as soon as you get distracted for a moment....absurd. Better to avoid.

24/06/2025: Overall, the experience was just adequate in the restaurant/pizzeria area alone. We started with an appetizer of chips, the portion of which turned out to be particularly small. The pieces were mostly fragments, similar to those found at the bottom of a package. Next, the battered vegetables (€7), which we would have expected to be prepared on site. Instead, the portion was small and the breading left the impression that it was a frozen product. As for the pizza, we recognize that it may meet some people's tastes, but personally we found it dry, not very developed during cooking and with a rather tough dough, which required a lot of chewing. Probably the oven was not hot enough when it was prepared. The waiting time between the fried appetizers and the arrival of the pizzas was about an hour, making the overall experience not very fluid. On the positive side, we should mention the courtesy and availability of the two young people serving at the tables, who managed the service with professionalism and kindness.
