08/07/2026: I found the food very good and fresh, well done to all the staff

05/07/2026: We were 10 and waited for one and half hour while all people who didn’t book get seated including 8 people’s group. We asked when we can get a table. The waitress said “it is not my business”. 🤬😡🤬 Ponza was beautiful except the horrible night we waited here for nothing and heard “IT IS NOT MY BUSINESS”.

14/09/2025: Avoid for many reasons, but especially because of the annoyed and arrogant owner who tells us, verbatim, "Parmesan isn't specified on the menu because it's assumed that it's in the seafood ragù." Despite food allergies and intolerances, the reality, dear restaurant phenomenon, is simpler: just add fish and you don't need to flavor with cheese.

12/09/2025: Avoid this restaurant. The food is poor, the owner is rude and hasty in his explanations. The menu is limited. Only one very nice waitress. Avoid!

13/06/2026: A few days ago, my wife, our two daughters, and I, at the end of our vacation, left our house in Ponza for an afternoon out. A couple of restaurants had been recommended for lunch, and we chose to stop at the lighthouse; we couldn't have made a better choice. We stopped by in the morning for breakfast: richly filled croissants, delicious Neapolitan sfogliatelle, donuts, cappuccinos, coffee, and juices were the perfect way to start the day. We took the boat to Frontone (2 minutes away) and spent a pleasant half day there. We returned around 2:00 PM and were ready for lunch, but we weren't expecting such a treat: Two simple penne pasta with tomato sauce for the girls were an absolute masterpiece worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. The result was a clean plate, exquisite eggplant parmigiana, impeccable fried calamari, delicate and incredibly fresh. But the icing on the cake was the chef's bruschetta with grilled octopus, papaccelle (scallions), anchovies, olives, and vegetables. As I told the kids, it was "inedible," meaning it couldn't have been eaten by a normal person. It was so abundant and delicious, yet still indescribable; you only have to try it to see for yourself. We finished lunch with coffee and chocolate gelato, gianduja, and caramelized almonds—a spectacle. All of this was, of course, complemented by the helpfulness, attentiveness, kindness, and friendly atmosphere of all the staff, with the sea and the harbor beaches as a backdrop—a true treat.

04/06/2026: I appreciated the quality of the ingredients, which made the pizza excellent. The beer selection was also excellent.
