25/01/2026: Poor food, chipped plates, dirty paper napkins, the waiter goes out to smoke and obviously when he comes back he doesn't wash his hands but calmly resumes the service 🤦♂️what can I say never again

04/01/2026: It's a different place from the usual pizzerias or restaurants, a fresh, beautiful and clean environment, the room with the fireplace is delightful for a pizza that I prefer by the slice (thin and crunchy), the restaurant is also worth it, the prices are very fair and reflect the excellent quality and service, we will be back soon for a beer and a pizza, HAPPY NEW YEAR

It breaks my heart, but I have to edit this review. A lot of time has passed since then, and the situation has only gotten worse. The service was slow and disorganized; it took an hour to get four pizzas (to go), and a couple of them were burned. My vegetarian sister also found anchovies in her calzone (which hadn't been mentioned when asked to list the ingredients).
Unfortunately, it's become an unpleasant place to eat.
23/12/2025: Authentic Neapolitan pizza at the right price.

16/09/2025: Orlando and Gianluca are always a guarantee. Terrific appetizers, terrifying first courses, delirious second courses, and friendly service...in large quantities, at prices...like those of a friend. Try them...and try again.

13/02/2026: My husband and I were there tonight. We were blown away by the deliciousness of the pizzas for hours. As a true Neapolitan, I assure you that I have never eaten such a good pizza. The dough, ingredients, etc. are all excellent. I recommend it to everyone. The owner is a great gentleman, the waitress is very sweet and kind, and the pizza chef is truly number one... the best pizzeria in Fondi. Go there, everyone.

Margherita pizza with one side charred and cooked.
1/2 Pala potatoes and sausage, with the sausage replaced (without warning) with some unspecified meat so dry it looked like crumbled dirt.
I don't like to say certain things, but I hope they help us improve, because there were some serious mistakes.
It's a shame because we started with high expectations and were well-disposed, given that we had eaten it at friends' restaurants and enjoyed it.

A bit hidden, not in the center as most restaurant, but wow.
When you visit Norma, you need to go here.
You can create your own pizza.
Just the way you want.
Not the best English speakers ;)
But we always get the pizza just like we want
