Pizza e Sfizi In Aprilia

30/03/2024: Informal pizza restaurant. We were out of season right during the annual opening period. We tried both the pizzas and the fish; both excellent. Probably the only wood-fired oven on the island. The fish was really fresh and cooked well. Not to mention the kind and welcoming staff. In particular, Alfredo the pizza chef delighted us with his stories and ways of doing things. He could be a stand up comedian! If we had had a bed we would have stayed for the night as well so as not to leave the fantastic atmosphere. Affordable prices and in line with the island.

30/03/2024: The best wood-fired pizza in Ponza. We ate an excellent pizza in a nice and welcoming place. Alfredo the pizza chef and all the staff were very kind. We will definitely be back!
