13/08/2025: I was 22 minutes late for my reservation, and they took away my family's table of four, without any specific instructions that I should eat and vacate the table within an hour. I'm speechless.

08/08/2025: Every time we come to Sabaudia, it's a tradition to come to this small, family-run pizzeria! It feels like a leap back in time! 3 pizzerias of the past! We like the simplicity of this place! Good value for money! The food is good, and they still have Coke in a glass, something my husband loves and that few have! The suppli are homemade, but I'm Roman... so I'm picky about it! I'd opt for the French fries, which look delicious! Real potatoes! Anyway, we'll be back next year! Book early, as weekends are always full.

24/08/2025: We visited this restaurant in Sermoneta and had a really good time. We ordered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian platters, all very generous and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. A recommended place for those who want to eat well and enjoy a relaxing moment in the heart of Sermoneta. We paid €25 per person.

24/08/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED! The pizzas arrive half an hour late, the service is lacking, leaving aside the poor young man who is extremely polite and attentive to customers and the kind lady, the arrogant owner especially when it comes to the bill... jokes in bad taste to customers are not made, especially if the customers have overlooked various shortcomings and problems with the service. Leaving aside the decent food, the bathrooms in short... honestly not up to standard for people with disabilities given the steps.

23/08/2025: On a day at the beach, six of us had dinner. We waited 30 minutes to order, 30 minutes to be told that three of the six first courses we'd ordered weren't available, and another hour to have them delivered. We'd already ordered fried food, which finally arrived, after several reminders. Full of fried vegetables, which no one had asked for, and with a few hidden shellfish. Basically... if you're hungry, get a pizza.

27/08/2025: Barely acceptable food, limited menu. Problems with the bill, which was overpriced with the set menu option, but there's no set menu. Beware of the buffet appetizers, which aren't priced and add to the final bill. Overall, not recommended.

23/08/2025: La Casa degli Uccelli is an excellent restaurant located on Via Pontina, not far from San Felice Circeo and Terracina. We first came here on the recommendation of friends, and since then it's been our go-to place for excellent seafood dinners (I especially recommend the scampi gnocchi!). The pizza is also very good. The staff is friendly and accommodating to customer requests. The appetizer buffet idea is also excellent. 5 stars!

09/08/2025: Worst pizzeria I've ever seen. There were 15 of us in the restaurant, and I mean in the ENTIRE restaurant, and we had to wait more than 1:30 for 7 pizzas. The location sucks, you can see the vintage clock on the right and the oxygen sponsor on the left. Not to mention the staff, there are only 2 of them, and we had to tell them 15 times to take the order. The music was terrible (this was personal), the cutlery was terrible, the plastic plates for the appetizers were few choices of appetizers, and the portions were tiny. Furthermore, my menu was delivered incorrectly, meaning it was missing some pages that the others had. I ordered a diavola pizza, the dough was decent, but the tomato and mozzarella were really bad. I found the salami slices large, but at least it was spicy, so I'm giving it a star.

09/08/2025: Arriving at 9:00 PM in the Formia square, we asked the clerk if we could dine in without a reservation. A few tables were free, and they sat us down. Unfortunately for us, after ordering two pizzas at 9:00 PM, the pizzas arrived at around 10:39 PM. Meanwhile, the beer and water were hot. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded. The pizza, however, was good.

04/05/2025: Restaurant recommended by a friend who was certainly lucky, because the room is dirty with both the chairs and the floor with crumbs and what a lunch entails, the dishes for what they cost, as an inexperienced person I would do much better and I don't dare imagine the state of the kitchen based on the conditions of the room mentioned above, I strongly advise against it.

14/09/2025: Avoid for many reasons, but especially because of the annoyed and arrogant owner who tells us, verbatim, "Parmesan isn't specified on the menu because it's assumed that it's in the seafood ragù." Despite food allergies and intolerances, the reality, dear restaurant phenomenon, is simpler: just add fish and you don't need to flavor with cheese.

12/09/2025: Avoid this restaurant. The food is poor, the owner is rude and hasty in his explanations. The menu is limited. Only one very nice waitress. Avoid!

11/09/2025: Restaurant Faro on Ponza is a very special place. We ate there three of our four evenings on Ponza and were delighted every time. It is located exclusively right next to the historic lighthouse with breathtaking views of the sea and the harbor. This unique location makes the visit an unforgettable experience. The cuisine impresses with its high quality: You won't find cheap fast food here, but rather reasonable prices for excellent service. I have to disagree with what the previous reviewers have said; I think the price is worth every cent and by no means overpriced: Every dish is fresh, finely balanced, and reflects the culinary tradition. I've never had such a great Parmigiana melanzana anywhere else! The pizza, too... Particularly noteworthy is the attentive and warm service, which combines professionalism with genuine hospitality. We were served immediately, and the food arrived quickly. Families also feel welcome – the restaurant knows how to create a familiar yet elegant atmosphere. We brought our young daughter with us, who was provided with a car seat. Also worth mentioning are the excellent wines and great beers. (The American Pale Ale from the island of Ponza is highly recommended.) A visit to Faro is more than just dinner—it's an experience combining enjoyment, atmosphere, and hospitality. Addendum: Canollo! They're also sensational.
