02/12/2024: Incredible Academy...Amazing...beautiful...experience to have, especially if you spend the evenings of the legendary Karaoke...Pina and Gianni fantastic...like all the staff...exquisite food...traditional dishes. ...good wine. And lots and lots of fun

01/12/2024: Good morning... we went there for lunch and it was a very negative experience. OK it goes, it was a fixed menu but risking gastric lavage for the fish first course....I won't tell you the not very nice answer was that we don't like fish...we like it a lot but maybe FRESH.

05/11/2024: Poor service because they serve too many takeaway pizzas and those waiting to be served are put in conditions of biblical expectations, you can't wait half an hour for a pizza. It's a shame because the pizza is excellent...the place could perhaps be modernized a little but it's a small detail. I would have liked to come back several times but I gave up because, as I already said, you wait too long because they serve too many takeaway pizzas. They could give a time limit to takeaway, maybe those waiting to be served would enjoy it.

13/10/2024: Volevamo assaggiare la panissa e il mese scorso quando ci siamo fermati ad acquistare il riso nel paese, abbiamo preso informazioni su dove avremmo potuto gustarla. La locanda dell’orso è stata la risposta. Aperto solo il venerdì il sabato e la domenica abbiamo aspettato il nostro anniversario e prenotato un tavolo. Sala piena, mantenute le aspettative, abbiamo preso antipasto misto, panissa, risotto radicchio e Castelmagno, fritto misto e tagliata di carne annaffiati dal vino”Ruchè” Tutti soddisfatti, ottima qualità, torneremo.

29/11/2024: Typical trattoria in the heart of the Piedmont rice-growing area. Excellent food, very attentive service. I've been happy to eat typical dishes in the area for about 20 years. The trout and marinated eggs are unbeatable. Not to be missed.

10/08/2024: Arrivati al rifugio senza prenotazione e dopo una dura passeggiata in sentieri cosa vorresti trovare ? Una buona accoglienza, un tavolo disponibile e acqua subito? Accontentati! Servizio celere e gentilissimo, anche nella descrizione dei piatti e delle porzioni soprattutto, prezzo giusto e giornata veramente piacevole. Ci torneremo? Sicuramente anche se non è proprio vicino. Bravi

14/07/2024: Conosco questo rifugio da decenni. Location strepitosa e cibo altrettanto. Tutto consigliato. Polenta super. Merita la sosta.

07/11/2024: Piatti insoliti. Ma buonissimi. Esempio: spaghettini all’orientale (con verdure e salsa di soia), un po’ piccantini, intriganti. Pasta con salsiccia (tanta salsiccia) e salsa di noci: gustosissima. Tomino grigliato avvolto nello speck, con mele e altri sapori. Torta spaziale, pere cioccolato e uvette. Ambiente e titolare di gran simpatia. Prezzi contenuti.

22/07/2024: Siamo stati domenica scorsa a pranzo. Personale gentile e cordiale. abbiamo preso di primo gnocchi con pesto di salvia, mandorle e menta molto buoni, una tartare discreta e un contorno. Torta di pesche con amaretti e cioccolato, da evitare... e un dolce che doveva essere a base di lemon curd ma il limone non si sentiva proprio. Due calici di vino. Peccato il conto: 80€. Forse sarebbe meglio indicare i prezzi dei dolci e del vino al calice (non presenti nel menu...) infatti il calice di barbera a 8€ ci è sembrato davvero eccessivo (neanche a Milano). Insomma per una trattoria con le tovagliette di carta ci è sembrato troppo caro rispetto anche alla qualità.

01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

10/12/2023: Long live the children. Yes, because I would define this place as intelligent. Designed for children and suitable for parents. Let's be clear, we have frequented many but for now La Nokk is undoubtedly the best. Large, safe children's area and if you book in advance you can also ask for an adjacent table to supervise them while they have fun. Good food and friendly staff. But what matters most is the cleanliness of the environments. Everything very clean and well maintained. There are also hairdryers available to dry the children's sweat after they have run wild. Top

14/07/2024: Went last Sunday we waited over thirty minutes before there was the menu ordered a raw fish 32 euros a bit too much for what arrived prawn appetizer and a fried wine water too expensive price also not attentive staff and at the change of course, cutlery backwards and so much waiting, I definitely won't return
