We had a wonderful evening. From the moment we were welcomed, we felt at home, but the real highlight was the food: everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. Generous portions and authentic flavors. The risotto of the day was spectacular (worth the trip). The price was especially noteworthy, absolutely fair and affordable for the quality offered. A place we'll return to again and again! Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave us.

I went to dinner this evening at this restaurant, which changed ownership about seventy years ago and was completely renovated. I must say that the initial impression was very positive: elegant venue, attentive, and overall quite professional service. Excellent, high-quality cuisine and beautifully presented dishes. The menu prices were in line with expectations, making it a good value. The owners are attentive and available to meet their guests' needs. I'll be back.

Lunch at the restaurant was unsatisfactory, the first course was good, the second course was disappointing, the service was acceptable, but there is a lot of room for improvement under this new management.

Excellent property, historic and central, with a lovely, slightly retro atmosphere, attention to detail, and extremely friendly staff. A very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant was excellent. Excellent value for money. What more could you ask for?

Historic hotel located in the center of Varallo. Very comfortable, well-appointed, and clean room with a spacious bathroom and a very roomy shower. Fantastic food and extremely kind and professional staff. Highly recommended!

Old hotel completely renovated while retaining its charm

Having used it for a week due to the renovation of my apartment, I must say that I had a great time, the owners and staff were very friendly and the cuisine was excellent, some of the specialities I will always remember.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Varallo. Mr. Dario and his wife are the soul of the establishment... We had a wonderful time, and the restaurant was always excellent.

In the center of town, a typical Valsesian restaurant with an excellent price/quality ratio. The owner is particularly engaging with his friendliness and warmth.
