20/03/2024: We returned after several years. We had a great time with excellent food and a waiter who was very attentive to customer needs: BRAVO. We will definitely be back.

07/11/2023: More rustic in style but excellent execution. We visited on two successive evening due to the quality of the food and the hospitality of the owner and the staff . We dined on eggs with cheese sauce and white asparagus, homemade ravioli with a yolk centre, fastano beef, wild boar accompanied by chestnuts in honey, Polenta with ghoulsh. A wide cellar of wine with excellent recommendations. We will remember our amichi when we drink our Ladybug. Thank you for the kind gift .

01/11/2023: In occasione di una visita in zona e incontro con amici a pranzo in questo vecchio Albergo che è la storia del luogo è sempre un piacevole ritorno io prendo l'occasione per gustare le loro specialità agnolotti e lumache top, buona carta dei vini professionalità dei titolari sempre squisita complimeni per mantenere questa casa al livello di qualità percepita.

10/01/2024: After the very famous exclamation "God exists"....here one could say "a PUB exists".....I returned to Caffè Tizzoni after years...years...years.... ..and upon returning from a plane trip, being hungry, late and not wanting to go to one of the thousand hated chains, I remembered this fantastic place...the only problem was mid-week and already around the time closing....we call so as not to waste any further time and with extreme kindness we are reassured that I will be given food and drink!!!?. We arrive, we enter and almost nothing has changed in the last 25 years and I am already happy... the friendly and warm smile of the historic owner... still there present like a column of the Colosseum, helped by a younger figure (I think a relative) who between laughs pours beer to the cheerful company of young and old, present in the place on any day of the week ..... I would now say something more unique than rare .... We sit down, read the menu, which fortunately remained from a pub, we order and with the BOSS we laugh about the good times spent and the good beers he was already drinking back then..... Excellent sandwiches and excellent beers. I just want to say THANK YOU, for not having changed and for the kindness that you are still able to have. Maybe there were more people like you and "simple" pubs like yours, people would be happier. I won't let so much time pass to visit you again!!!!! 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻

17/03/2024: Today my partner and I went there for lunch. The environment is welcoming and original; we ate a very good Fassona tartare and the tajarin which we liked a lot. We had a really good time.

15/03/2024: Very nice place in the centre, very friendly staff. Rich menu and very well-stocked wine cellar. The steak marinated with shallots was special, the meat was really tender!

16/03/2024: L'ambiente è semplice e autentico, come la cucina. Dalla polenta con le carni al rugach, una specialità tipica di Campertogno, ai Plin in brodo. Un'ottima trattoria dove ristorarsi spendendo il giusto.

22/02/2024: Non sono del luogo ma scendendo dalla cittadina di Alagna pensavo di fermarmi a mangiare qualcosa di locale lontano dal caos ed a Campertogno ho scoperto qutesta Osteria. Il menu con piatti locali mi ha attratto e devo dire che l'ho gustato finemente. Tagliolini al ragù di cervo (sugo per nulla pensante o pieno di olio), coniglio in umido ed un bicchiere di vino mi hanno soddisfatto. Ambiante familiare con la cuoca che esce dal banco del bar accertandosi che i clienti abbiamo gradito e la cameriera Valerria (se ricordo bene il nome) che mantiene il locale pulito ed ordinato. Prezzi convenienti! Son rimasto meravigliato per la buona qualità dei piatti a quel prezzo. Superconsigliato

31/03/2024: We celebrated Easter with the family for lunch, a fixed menu, with me being celiac. The location is wonderful, all meticulously furnished, a special compliment to all the serious, helpful waiters. The menu has been adapted for myself regarding gluten-free. The food was very good and the dessert TOP! Highly recommended! Ample parking

17/03/2024: A trattoria of those beautiful times 🙂 Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and lots of good food and wine at very honest prices. It deserves it!

15/01/2024: Sotto consiglio di alcuni passanti ci siamo recati presso questo ristorante, arrivati verso le 13:40 ci hanno subito accolti e fatti sedere e sapendo già cosa prendere di primo abbiamo ordinato la “Panissa” (davvero ottima), volendo poi provare alcuni piatti tipici ci siam fatti consigliare dal gestore che ci ha proposto i seguenti piatti da dividerci in 3 - rane fritte - lumache con polenta - brasato - fritto misto piemontese Tutto davvero squisito e delle lumache abbiamo anche fatto il bis. Per concludere abbiamo preso un trittico di dolci così composto: - panna cotta - tiramisù - bônet Siamo usciti davvero soddisfatti sia per la qualità che per il servizio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Sicuramente consigliato e se ricapiteremo in zona torneremo volentieri.

17/02/2024: We went to this restaurant recommended by our hotelier on a really rainy evening... by magic we found a wonderful fireplace inside which we leaned against to warm ourselves... the restaurant is really nice... but what we were able to really appreciate was the jovial and friendly spirit of Mr. Roberto... an exquisite person... from times gone by... also willing to accompany us on the way back so we don't get wet... and these things are greatly appreciated... and he is also very nice... the food offered it's always in abundant quantity and it's delicious.. we tasted everything and there was nothing that we didn't like.. everything was of excellent quality and without artifices.. really genuine and good.. if we lived nearby we would go there very often.. every day😅..who knows if one day Roberto will propose spaghetti to the murderer😆

07/03/2024: The food I chose was nothing exceptional. The taste of the various condiments is too strong in the dishes, so much so that I couldn't digest it. Total disappointment on the desserts. I should have gone for the traditional ones like tarts because the ones that were offered to me as an alternative were not good at all. Strange yes, good no. Except for lunch, the plate of cold cuts and sambuca ice cream. Luckily lunch was offered to me otherwise...
