05/01/2026: The pizza, besides arriving on time and piping hot, was truly delicious, better than I've had in a long time, and I think it's the best takeout I've had in Novara. We celebrated my son's birthday, and of the nine pizzas we ordered, only the boxes remained! I thought it was right to point this out because it's only right to give credit where credit is due. 06/05/2026: What we ordered: open raviolo with scallops and courgette flowers, with lemon and black garlic sauce, spaghetti with red shrimp absolute, intense bisque, seared shrimp and fresh basil, asparagus ravioli with butter, roast sauce, crispy bacon and balsamic vinegar, eggplant and yellowfin tuna parmiggiana with almond cream and sesame dressing. I won't describe in detail my impressions of each dish, as I would have to repeat the exact same thing for each one. Each was top-notch. A true feast for the palate. The yellowfin tuna deserves special mention, both for the quality of the fish used and the perfect way it was cooked to perfection. The scallop ravioli was similar. The sauce made from the heads and shells of the red shrimp was very intense – it made a truly impressive impression. The asparagus ravioli was heavenly light. The service was excellent, demonstrating sensitivity and class. The wine was perfectly matched. Fair price-quality ratio.

04/01/2026: T2T - Training to Taste - Our first visit to this restaurant was a pleasure. We found the atmosphere to be immaculate and clean. The wait staff was welcoming and available to offer descriptions and recommendations. Good training was evident, with significant results in both the wine and food service. The menu was simple, but perfectly cooked, served in attractive plates or pans. The taste was perfect, with no digestive issues: the ingredients were definitely fresh and carefully selected. The price was reasonable, without being overpriced. Congratulations.

07/01/2026: We have already been here twice: the first time with a group of Ducati fans, and the second time with some local friends. Il grande Pietro, for my wife's birthday, we gorged ourselves on their delicious dishes, the wine went down wonderfully. We will be back.

You can immediately taste that everything is incredibly fresh, from the ingredients to the dishes served. The first courses are plentiful and very tasty, with a variety of seafood and meat! The service was fast and attentive, without ever being intrusive. Within minutes, we had our dishes, carefully prepared and presented with great professionalism. A place that combines quality, freshness, and speed. The natural setting overlooking the Ticino River is superb... It's hard to ask for more! I'll definitely be back.
