25/02/2024: Ci sono ristoranti che sono sorpresa, altri sono certezza di sorpresa: come il Sapor di vino! un luogo dove si declinano ingredienti secondo regola, ma anche per invenzione: come eleganti lumache alla bourghignonne che incontrano un ruspante guanciale croccante. E poi dogmi assoluti, come la tartare fatta a regola d’arte in presenza: con sciabola in vista, a raccontare la ricetta con teatrale magia… da provare assolutamente! Poi, è un luogo bello, gestito da bellissimi gestori! Roba che si deve essere all’altezza come clienti!

31/03/2024: I had a pizza on a Saturday evening, ate outdoors, friendly waiters, fairly fast service, good and digestible pizza... considerations: ecological ideas of not using normal plates but wicker ones on which to place the pizza using a sheet of baking paper! ! Brilliant

05/04/2024: Delicious cuisine! We ate here two evenings and really enjoyed it! The chef took great care of us and really spoiled us with his fresh, simple and authentic specialists. Very reasonable prices for high quality cuisine.

07/03/2024: Consistency of tastes, decorations, environment. Elegant harmony between environment and dishes. Perfect, advising staff. Starting with a signature cocktail and a pleasure not often found in Italy. Artichoke and creamy risotto with slightly bitter citrus fruits and prawns. The monkfish has a very pleasant complexity.

04/04/2024: We went for lunch on Sunday and Easter Monday at my son's wedding lunch: Nicola, the owner, is a delightful person, kind, polite, always cheerful and helpful, impeccable staff and service, very suggestive location, ample parking. Highly recommended, absolutely worth trying and we will definitely be back!!!

29/03/2024: The food is always good at the Trattoria dell'amico and the family atmosphere makes the experience more enjoyable. The owner is super nice, a real treasure 💜 The main dish for me is always the paniscia;)

13/02/2024: I had the pleasure of visiting the Trattoria dell'Amicizia in Nibbiola and I was very impressed by the quality of the products offered, by the typical Novara dish "La Paniscia", by the friendliness of the owner Roberta and by the very reasonable prices. Firstly, the quality of the products offered was astonishing. I was able to taste their fresh, homemade pasta, which was really delicious and you could feel the freshness of their ingredients. The meat I ordered was also very tasty and felt like it had been carefully selected. Secondly, the typical Novarese dish, "La Paniscia", was simply incredible. It was full of flavor and consisted of a mixture of rice, beans, lard and vegetables, all cooked to create a delicious and complete dish.

07/04/2024: Beautiful place, a terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore! Friendly and professional staff! Fast service! Good and very abundant tasting menu, starters and first courses better than second courses. Excellent value for money! Recommended place!

There is also a tourist menu for €29. Very good agnolotti del plin. Friendly but not very fast service. Ample parking. Reservation recommended.

06/04/2024: I tried an ice cream with delicate but well-defined flavors. Compliments to the gianduia, it tasted very good, in addition to the chocolate the unmistakable taste of Piedmontese hazelnut, the cheesecake and cream were also very good.

11/03/2024: La felicità sta nelle piccole cose. Oggi la ho trovata nella cremosita' sel vostro gelato. Un cono 3 gusti , abbondante nella porzione e tutti super ma il gusto fior di latte e rosa variegato al mirtillo mi ha deliziato. La ragazza che mi ha servito,deliziosa quanto il gelato. A prestissimo! 5 stelle super meritate!
