12/09/2025: We were a group of cyclists, we stayed for a week, a good time to clear our heads and ride. The hotel is located right next to the gondola - a big plus. And a short walk from the town center. The hotel met all expectations, delicious meals, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

13/07/2025: We're returning today from Andalo, where we stayed at the Cristallo Hotel for a week. We had a wonderful time. Marika is very professional and solves any problem, always with a smile and helpful. The reception staff is impeccable, the restaurant is superb, the wait staff exceeded expectations (Tommaso is exquisite!), and the food is top-notch. The food at the bar is divine, and they have everything! Impeccable service there too. Vincenzo from the entertainment team is incredibly friendly, entertaining in the evenings and accompanying groups on various excursions during the day. At the baby club, Nancy engages the children discreetly without being pushy, and she even managed to get my son to dance, even though he doesn't dance alone at home 😊. If we could, we would have stayed two weeks because the atmosphere is relaxed and the hotel truly has every possible comfort. I haven't found a single negative, and I'm quite picky about travel! Recommended? No, not enough! It's a guarantee!!!! We will be back soon, also because we have been going to Andalo for three years now, so after this experience they will see us again at the Cristallo!!!!!

05/10/2025: You absolutely must try Grandma Carla's paniscia and ravioli! Mrs. Carla was very appreciative, coming to the table several times to check that everything was okay.

19/08/2025: This restaurant serves fixed price lunch during midday hours. “Proposte del Giorne”(Offer of the day) is written on the blackboard and is offered when you already sit at the table. The lunch offer priced at the fixed 12EUR per person and consist of the fist dish (primi piatti) and second dish (secondi piatti) and bottle of water. In addition to the lunch set , you can order wine and dessert at additional price but still very reasonable. The place was fully packed during lunch , so please be patient to wait until seated. There are not so many staff, so expect some delay before you can order. Otherwise , the personnel was very welcoming and warm and very busy trying to serve everyone as soon as they possible can. We were happy to eat from limited lunch menu and try new things which we haven’t planned.

07/08/2025: Excellent osteria with old-fashioned flavors. We had the fixed lunch menu for €12, including a first course, a second course, and water. All the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The chickpea and bean soup was special. Try the desserts! The service was a bit slow, but everyone was very friendly.

06/10/2025: Went yesterday with a couple of Thai friends and their son. We arrived late, but a kind and friendly gentleman seated us anyway! I wasn't that hungry, so I only had a really delicious cheese platter. My friends had pasta dishes, which they loved. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. I'll gladly go back, I recommend it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

23/11/2025: This is about food prepared with love! The menu was typical of the area. There were ten of us, and we were able to sample various dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts. Everything was excellent. The service was polite and attentive. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the experience. If I lived closer, I'd go back often!
