11/03/2025: Albergo e ristorante sulla strada principale di Fara Novarese. Accolti dalla proprietaria e indirizzati al maitre di sala per il nostro tavolo prenotato. Domenica a pranzo affollato ma tranquillo. Servizio rapido ed efficiente. Primo:gnocchetti di castagne ai 2 gorgonzola >ottimi; filetto di manzo con funghi porcini>ottimi;tagliata di manzo alle erbe aromatiche> ottimo;dolci: meringata con cioccolata canda > molto buona; bonet> squisito !!!. Scelto per caso in base ad una gita al Castello di Proh. Da provare !

You go to a beautiful location with a very cozy courtyard. The tables are all spaced out so that you can enjoy your privacy and can also have quiet family or business conversations. You can expect a great selection of exquisite wines and Piedmontese dishes, prepared with products of outstanding quality. The photos speak for themselves, it is recommended that you make a reservation because even on a normal weekday the restaurant is very well attended and probably mainly by insiders.

Wonderful staff, courteous and always cheerful. It was truly a pleasure to spend the evening at Gaia, with the possibility of also seeing the football matches. 09/03/2025: In compagnia con amiche e figlie abbiamo mangiato pizza e hamburger. L'hamburger era enorme e molto buono, buona anche la pizza e la birra. Servizio molto efficiente e molto cortese, complimenti al personale anche per la pazienza con le bambine. Prezzi nella norma. Bella serata!

22/03/2025: Eravamo in coppia e di passaggio da quelle parti ci siamo fidati delle recensioni positive ed abbiamo sbagliato ……Antipasto dozzinale con un solo tipo di formaggio ….ragu’ di fassona che nn sapeva di nulla e per finire tagliata di fassona piena di nervi immangiabile …Ma la cosa più bella è stato il conto e nn aggiungo altro …. Ovviamente mai più ….

A due passi dal vero falso dell'Outlet, il vero vero di un ottimo ristorante dove le materie prime non tradiscono e la giusta attesa è sinonimo di attenzione nelle preparazioni. Ravioli del plin e tagliatelle ai carciofi ai vertici. Per contorni, sorrisi e cordialità. Alla prossima.
