Beautiful place, truly well-kept.
Probably one of the best, if not the best, in the area.

13/06/2026: My family and I, especially my parents, have been regulars at the Old Wild West in Castelletto sopra Ticino for years.
After a decidedly slow period under the previous manager, things have improved significantly.
The new manager, Andrea, immediately proved to be very kind and helpful. His commitment to passing on the skills to the younger members of the team is evident, guiding them with patience and professionalism in the service.
A special thanks goes to Giulia, always cheerful and efficient, and to all the team members, both the regulars and the newcomers, who always work hard with great kindness and attention.
The food is good, and the atmosphere has returned to being pleasant and well-organized. We will definitely continue to come!

I come here often, but after this service, I won't be coming back.

07/09/2025: It was our first time here. We had lunch on a Sunday, and the prices were fair compared to other sushi restaurants. The atmosphere was quiet! The waiters were helpful and fast. We found it very clean and tidy. The robot that brings you your dishes was really nice! The food was good and of good quality. We'll be back!

08/06/2026: A very negative experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, giving the impression they were doing customers a favor instead of simply doing their job. The food arrived after a long wait, and the service was disorganized. Furthermore, we didn't even receive a greeting upon arrival or during our stay.
The dishes were in a natural setting, and the freshness of the raw sushi wasn't noticeable. I hope I don't feel ill. Unfortunately, we won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

17/06/2026: Today I wanted to take advantage of the "€5 salad" promotion.
The kiosk wasn't open because it was out of service, so I went to the cashier. I showed my Mondo Piada virtual card and ordered a chicken salad without tomatoes due to an allergy.
At the cashier, I was told the price was over €7. I mentioned the promotion, which was also visible on the monitor, but the person at the counter wasn't aware of it. I asked for clarification on the price, and he called a colleague, who also wasn't aware.
We tried to cash in the receipt again with a standard chicken salad, and only then did it emerge that the €7 was due to the "without tomatoes" modification. It's unclear why a customization during a promotion would incur a surcharge, but if it's the rules, I'll take it.
What I regret is that neither of the two staff members were able to explain it to me right away, instead of saying they didn't know the reason. Furthermore, I was advised to order online next time, when in fact the promotion was only valid at the cashier or at the kiosk.
I think staff should be trained on current promotions. It would have been enough to tell me the rules about customization right away.
03/06/2026: Not bad. But above all, I appreciated Patrizia's kindness in keeping the hat I'd forgotten in the restaurant.

07/10/2025: The atmosphere was very noisy and not very clean, especially the restrooms.
The service was extremely slow, and sometimes, despite the slowness, they even got the order wrong.
My wife, my brother-in-law, my wife's sister, and I waited over an hour one Saturday night for two pizzas (not good) and two grilled meats (not good). The beer was awful, either bitter or overly flavored.
Never again!
Disgusting place!
