16/05/2026: Nice atmosphere, Worst steak I've ever eaten. Very tough and full of sinew. I took a picture of a piece with sinew. Portions very small. Maybe the burgers are better. I won't be back.

04/06/2026: A decidedly negative experience at Roadhouse Grill. The quality of the meat was the only aspect that lived up to the brand's reputation: the cuts were excellent in terms of raw materials and preparation. However, the portions were very small for the price. Otherwise, the service fell far short of the standards expected from a well-established chain. Excessive wait times from ordering to delivery, inefficient table management, and clearly inadequately trained wait staff. The waiter who served us, while showing goodwill, appeared inexperienced and insufficiently prepared to manage the service professionally. The only person who demonstrated competence, customer service, and management skills was the manager in the black shirt. With courtesy, helpfulness, and a sense of responsibility, he attempted to compensate for the operational shortcomings encountered during the evening, effectively representing the only positive aspect of the experience. It is desirable that the management of the store intervenes on the training of the staff and on the organization of the service, because currently the level offered does not reflect the standards that the brand should guarantee to its customers.

12/03/2026: A pastel-colored pastry shop/cafe, overlooking the lake, we ordered two cappuccinos and a lactose-free chocolate, neither infamy nor praise, the price in my case average, two stars for the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and in the table area, many of which were empty but still set, crumbs on the floor, it would take little to go and clear the table and clean as soon as the table is free, it would make a better impression.

08/03/2026: Superb pastries and excellent coffee. Prices are above average, but it's worth it. I don't recommend going on weekends because it gets crowded.

08/05/2026: We regularly frequent this pizzeria and restaurant, and have always had a great experience. Both the pizza and the main courses are delicious, and even the desserts are well-prepared. The last time we dined outside, the tables are quite close together. Unfortunately, the table next to us had two smokers, and we had to share the secondhand smoke.

07/05/2026: We stopped here for lunch during our road bike tour around Lake Maggiore. Friendly service, very good food, and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
