02/04/2024: The Grill Inn Restaurant in Castelletto was an extraordinary discovery for me and my family during lunch. We started with two appetizers, the mixed and the fried gnocco, both delicious and plentiful. Subsequently, we delighted in two portions of elephant ears, a dish that conquered our palate with its goodness. I can't fail to mention the pizza, served pinza style, which was a real surprise: tasty and carefully prepared. The restaurant environment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for family gatherings or lunches with friends. Furthermore, the promotions offered for lunch are really advantageous, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal at an affordable price. The waiters were impeccable, always courteous and attentive to our needs. Overall, it is a place I highly recommend to anyone who wants good food, a pleasant environment and excellent service.

01/04/2024: We stayed in a chalet for the Easter weekend, a quiet place, excellent location, a few km from the center of Arona. Very nice and spacious chalet, equipped kitchen. Nice welcome from the staff who are always smiling and helpful, the bar-restaurant is also excellent. Experience to be repeated.

31/03/2024: Let me start by saying, I am already a customer of this campsite or rather I WAS seen the unPROFESSIONAL and unHUMAN behavior towards me, which I encountered when booking this year for the EASTER weekend from 29/03 to 01/04 among other things, bringing with me 4 other families, my dear friends. Giving the deposit for all the pitches and all the accommodations well before the booking dates.. Communicating in advance and promptly our inability to reach the campsite given the bad weather that hit their area, I kindly ask for the booking to be postponed to dates even chosen by them so as not to lose the sums paid, specifying that it was absolutely not our intention to receive even 1 € back, but their choice was to withhold all the sums (I'm talking about 3 pitches and 2 accommodations) without listening to reasons and obviously giving them a "justifying" answer 🤷, that the forecasts had even improved😱😱... ... ah😅🤦.... ah🤦😅... ah😂🤦😅.....except that the weather forecast improves on Mondays after 3pm 🤦🤦......... check out time for all of us .........😏😏 But you can ........🤦 I THOUGHT HE WAS JOKING 🤐😶 Truly not SERIOUS and truly OPPORTUNIST behavior towards a family who is now a former client and another 4 new families who are possible clients.... Unfortunately we NO longer look at the human aspect and the relationship between OWNER & CUSTOMER but only Earn money at all costs..... NO UNDERSTANDING 🤷😏... NO WILL 😞😶.........

21/02/2024: Crushed piadina seems to have been thrown in, without raw ingredients, two potatoes cut into 4, crunchy onion, a teaspoon added if all goes well, courgette 1 slice cut into small parts, dough cold and almost raw 11.88 and after that I I brought the piadina back in person, they didn't even give me a refund. I asked for a voucher and at times they didn't even want to do that to me, they took my name and that was it and the girl said that they will let me know then, but anyway I will come back every day because I want my 11.88 cent for cent back (it's not the first time I have problems with orders in this piadina shop) I continue to give him other possibilities because it can happen, I'm in the business and I understand but every time I don't.
