17/03/2024: Sunday lunch in a small village in Piedmont. Nice environment. Waiting times too long. Cost for two glasses of red wine 24 euros. Maybe a little too much. We won't be back.

25/03/2024: We ate at this place tonight. Well let's say... There's not much to say. We arrived by chance because we were passing through and wanted to stop before continuing our journey. We entered the place, sat down and the waitress brought us water. Later the owner approached us to show us the menu variations and in the meantime our children were running around the room (completely empty, there wasn't a living soul). The manager didn't like it and while my partner was asking him for some pasta he interrupted her and asked him to stop in a somewhat rude way. Now... I understand that the children were perhaps a little nervous after a long car ride, but I have never felt so uncomfortable about a comment I received. From my point of view said badly and with a certain presumption. There are different ways to express things..a communications course would be helpful.
This anecdote ruined our dinner, it put us in the situation of wanting to finish the meal and simply leave because we felt uncomfortable. A customer should never feel uncomfortable, truly absurd.
P.s. the beef tartare cut with a knife was excellent, the rest was passable. But maybe it's also due to the fact that we had a bit of a bad taste in our mouth from the situation.
The waitress however was very kind.
19/03/2024: I went to eat at this Osteria on Sunday evening, a truly pleasant surprise.
Passion, competence and excellent quality of the dishes. I really ate and drank very well, recommended by the owner who was very kind.
I will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

15/01/2024: cucina tradizionale piemontese con affettati e salumi cotti per passare alla panissa e la faraona arrosto. Tutto molto corretto e “leggero”
23/11/2023: Pranzo con amici nella giornata di sabato scorso, ristorante scoperto grazie alle già ottime recensioni presenti, non posso che confermare quanto letto in precedenza.
Menù fisso (proposta dal titolare, ma è presente anche il menù alla carta) compreso di antipasti con prodotti locali, due primi (panissa ottima) e carrello di bolliti con salsa verde e mostarda di secondo.
Infine come dolce torta di mele con gelato, vino a tutto pasto sempre con etichette della zona (scelte azzeccatissime).
Infine sorpresa per quanto riguarda gli amari, non solo le classiche proposte commerciali ma una selezione varia di tutto rispetto.
Servizio attento e cordiali, nulla da dire.
Prezzo onestissimo per quanto consumato.
Da tornare.

17/01/2024: Sono andato in questa trattoria su consiglio di una conoscente della zona. E' stata un'esperienza fantastica, alla mano ma con garbo, educazione nell'accoglienza e nel servizio, piatti semplici ma di qualità eccezionale, ambiente rustico ma curato, tutti (ma veramente tutti) disponibili, onesti nel conto.
Siamo usciti dal pranzo davvero contenti e soddisfatti, un pranzo che ci ha messo di buonumore. Torneremo a breve e sicuramente porteremo altri amici. Bravi, bravi, bravi.
11/12/2023: Ogni volta che capito in zona vengo a mangiare qui. Sempre piatti di qualità e gentilezza da parte delle cameriere.
Ottimo antipasto, ottima panissa al salto e ottimi gli altri piatti.
Eccellente il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Peccato sia lontano da casa, altrimenti ci verrei più spesso.
