18/03/2024: Probably if you looked only at the price this restaurant would not receive the rating it deserves. We had dinner and we can say that every single dish was above our expectations. Superlative flavors and excellent quality. Friendly and attentive service.
16/03/2024: Locale con splendida vista sul lago Maggiore. Cucina tipica della zona, realizzata in maniera impeccabile con ottime materie prime. Molto interessante anche la carta dei vini. Ottimo il servizio.

09/03/2024: Went for lunch with friends for work and we ate very well! Dishes excellently served also at the perfect times and of the highest quality! Excellent and very attentive staff! From bread to dessert everything was super good! I will definitely be back! I was expecting a much higher price so happy twice! Highly recommended

Starting with a signature cocktail and a pleasure not often found in Italy. Artichoke and creamy risotto with slightly bitter citrus fruits and prawns. The monkfish has a very pleasant complexity.

27/09/2023: Hotel albergo in riva al lago, tranquillo e accogliente. Camere pulite, letti confortevoli . Parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'ingresso. Una terrazza sul lago per cenare. Servizio veloce e cortese. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
24/09/2023: Abbiamo pranzato con dei miei parenti venuti apposta da Milano. Io ho chiesto del pesce, mi sono stati portati gli avanzi sbriciolati di un pesce surgelato.
Confessato dalla stessa cameriera.
Costo alto rispetto a quello che abbiamo mangiato.

23/03/2024: Discovered “accidentally” while driving a motorbike, something hidden, we shot it ;-). Very fine cappuccino and Americano, also very fine pastries and excellent nut and caramel ice cream! Lovely again. We were also served very friendly!

10/03/2024: 15 anni fa circa abbiamo conosciuto questo ristorante e da lì in poi non l’abbiamo più abbandonato!
Esteticamente è bellissimo, pieno di oggetti che lo rendono unico, arredato minuziosamente e pieno di amore.
Fabrizia, la cuoca, utilizza solo materie di ottima qualità e in ogni piatto si percepiscono le sue doti culinarie. Oltre ad essere un’ottima cuoca, è una persona deliziosa che ci tiene al benessere sei propri ristoratori e a fargli passare un bel momento assaporando i suoi piatti. Le ragazze che l’accomoagnano in sala sono molto minuziose e sempre col sorriso sul volto.
Porta sempre una carrellata di antipasti e propone poi primo o secondo in base al cucinato del giorno e poi il dolce, sempre fatto da lei accompagnato dalla pasticceria con arance, nocciole piemontesi e fasta di mandorle.
Che dire, stra consigliato!

23/10/2023: Era già passata la fascia oraria classica del pranzo, quando in estremis all'ultimo momento abbiamo ancora trovato posto per 3 persone, siccome la cucina stava chiudendo; personale molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha sottoposto il menù composto da diversi fogli singoli non uniti tra loro, alcuni si ripetevano, altri macchiati, quindi con un po di confusione, ma alla fine il cibo si è rivelato molto ben presentato e soprattutto molto buono e abbondante, anche il vino rosato non era male; antipasti di pesce, risotto ai funghi, secondi di pesce, dolci; ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo; consigliato.
05/10/2023: Our second year of going and we were delighted to find that it's maintaining its high standards. It's south of the the main centres of Verbania and Stresa, you have to work a little to find it but it's more than worth it. These are young people trying to pep up Italian food a little, without ignoring or betraying the great traditions, so you'll find plenty of familiar dishes as well some with modern twists which work superbly. They're on the side of the lake so fish features prominently the perch being especially fine, as well as a superb fritto misto and a pasta with baccala and pomodori that was remarkable. But their veal was cooked to perfection, contorni were fresh and just right and there was still room for a proper Piedmont bonet for dessert; just the right amount of bitterness cutting through the chocolate.
The wine selection is excellent, through the price ranges, the setting is lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. It's always good to see the same people as the previous year, they are really invested in their wonderful restaurant.

Ristorante pizzeria Camping Solcio

18/11/2023: Sono andato via lago con una macchina anfibia di un'amico. Abbiamo parcheggiato nel prato davanti al ristorante. Ho apprezzato il sito, abbiamo preso solo un antipasto misto di pesce ed è stata una cosa veramente ottima Carpaccio di polipo molto tenero, tutto perfetto e anche il prezzo in linea con il sito. Ci ritorneremo
05/10/2023: Pizza Napoletana semplicemente da leccarsi i baffi. Servizio rapidissimo e cortesissimo. Prezzo pizza +Coca Cola convenientiismo. What else ?
