30/03/2025: Very welcoming restaurant in Novara, at 15 minutes walking distance from the Castle. The plates were well cooked and well presented, tasty and pleasant. The service was attentive and empathic. The price is correct for the quality. Very nice experience, I highly recommend to stop by.

24/03/2025: Frequentiamo questo locale ormai da diversi anni e ogni occasione è stata unica. Menù studiato e alternativo, abbinamenti di vini consigliati e sempre azzeccati. In questo ristorante si assaggiano piatti che non troverete da nessuna parte. Così come i piatti lo stesso vale per i vini, ricercati e molto particolari. Sempre gentilmente consigliati da Fabio.

22/03/2025: A pranzo in questo locale poco fuori Borgomanero: entrato per la pizza, ma purtroppo a pranzo non è prevista, vabbè... In compenso sono previsti vari menù: primo+secondo, bevanda e caffè a 14€; primo o secondo in alternativa, bevanda e caffè a 11€; menu hamburgher 14,50€. Scelgo quest'ultimo: hamburgher buono, servizio ok.

31/08/2024: Arrivés bien après le service de midi. Accueillis tout de même, on nous propose l'un des plats du jour qui composent le menu.. excellent, gouteux, tarif léger, 17€ à 2 avec chacun une boisson et un plat du jour et un café...Bref juste parfait...

03/04/2025: A few days ago I wrote a review that I regretted. It didn't seem right to penalize Long Jin because of one of their collaborators. I am convinced that we need to point out when unpleasant situations arise, so as to prevent them from happening again. I have to say that the way Mr. Liguori Francesco responded to my previous review and how he handled the situation made me reflect on the fact that now, after years of frequenting his restaurant, I couldn't let a small inconvenience change everything. Tonight he was there at the checkout to deliver my order, which pleased me and made me feel at ease, because even if he wasn't sure if I was the person who wrote the review, he could see that he wanted to understand and was interested. It's not about the apology or the discount (which if they happen are just a pleasure) but rather the interest in hearing the opinion of the other side, apologizing... I have nothing else to add. Service always at the top, absolutely nothing can be said about the quality of the products and above all how much he cares about his work. Not to mention I know I'm hanging out somewhere where my opinion really matters. I will definitely return many times.

18/08/2024: Small but nice bistro in a small park right by the river. Unfortunately, there is only real food at lunchtime, which we didn't try, but in the evening there is a very rich platter of delicious snacks to go with the drinks - with every order. So you definitely get full. 😉 For beer lovers there is a large selection of Mönchhof beers. Very nice service and good prices.

20/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato diverse volte in questo bel ristorante affacciato sul lago, splendida vista e bella atmosfera. Cibo curato, ben presentato; personale attento e servizio puntuale; giusto rapporto prezzo/qualità. Una nota di particolare gradimento è il parcheggio privato, che permette l'accesso a ORTA molto comodamente, senza arrancare al ritorno! Consigliato a tutti, noi torneremo sicuramente.

23/02/2025: After several attempts and several coffees (some truly undrinkable) tried in various bars in Novara, I finally found the real espresso. The owners (husband and wife) are nice and very helpful. Excellent breakfast, everything good and fresh. Tried it a few days later for an aperitif and was very satisfied. Thank you. Saturday morning has become a regular stop for an excellent good coffee. Update. After 2 years nothing has changed. Thanks again!

11/01/2025: We arrived here by chance, after seeing the meringue in the window. This is the best meringue I've ever eaten. Delicate as a cloud, it melts in your mouth. Pure pleasure. We will definitely be back more than once.

05/04/2025: Era la nostra prima volta, pranzo perfetto, Vitello tonnato, sformatino di broccoli, spaghetti alla chitarra, torta di mele, tutto di grande qualità, presentato benissimo e veramente buonissimo! Ottimo servizio, tutti molto cordiali, competenti e veloci! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale carino e accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente. A 5 minuti dal lago d'Orta...cosa desiderare di più.....

10/03/2025: Siamo stati consigliati dalla titolare del B&B in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Occorre non fermarsi all'aspetto esterno, in quanto la sala ristorante è molto accogliente e pulita. Il servizio è ottimo con il personale gentilissimo. Per non parlare delle portate: ricercate, presentate con gusto e di ottima qualità. Da ritornare

The staff is really kind and knowledgeable as well as, obviously, professional. It's always a pleasure to come back and spend an evening in a place where you feel spoiled by excellent food and refined beers.
