21/06/2025: In the Piedmontese village of Maggiora, in the province of Novara, there is a characteristic place that transforms pizza into a creative experience: it is called Tre e Trenta and it is much more than a simple pizzeria!
Here, classic pizzas coexist with pizzas with bold and unique combinations.
The credit goes to Giuseppe, the pizza chef, who in addition to being friendly and kind to everyone, takes care of every detail of the menu, choosing high-quality ingredients and always offering new proposals.
Among the "creamy" pizzas, the Dodici stands out: pumpkin cream, mozzarella fiordilatte, spicy salami and champignon mushrooms. Or the Rosy, a true little masterpiece: pistachio cream, fiordilatte, mortadella and dried tomatoes.
And then there's "the old one! I won't reveal too much, but I suggest you look at the photo: it speaks for itself.
Another feather in the cap of Tre e Trenta is the vegan proposal.
Among all of them, the "Tempo" deserves to be mentioned: tomato, vegan cheese, tempeh, broccoli rabe and dried tomatoes.
A vegan pizza that conquers everyone!
The menu is vast and well-finished, with a wide choice of white and creative pizzas, as well as the possibility of having various pizza bases, including Kamut and multi-grain.
The quality-price ratio is excellent!
So what can I say? If you pass by Maggiora, you have to go there! I won't tell you anything else, I'll leave you with the pleasure of discovery!

I recommend you try it...you will return because today there are rare places where you feel good and eat well.
And the wait is minimal.
