04/10/2025: We were truly disappointed with our visit. We had to wait over an hour for a bottle of wine alone—absolutely unacceptable. Even after asking several times, nothing happened for a long time. This ruined our entire evening. With such service, the value for money is simply unreasonable. Definitely not recommended!

21/09/2025: Nice atmosphere, right on Piazza di Popolo in the heart of the city. The pizza was okay, and the house wine isn't recommended—but the price is very reasonable.

20/06/2025: Since my son discovered the mini apricot muffins we can't do without this place. Undoubtedly, even if they didn't exist, it would still be one of the few truly pleasant places in Novara. Good products, well-made coffee, friendly service and a clean place. Little touches that make you want to come back.

09/10/2025: Excellent restaurant with fair prices. The staff is always friendly, and the interior is elegant. There's an outdoor terrace, though all tables, both inside and out, overlook the lake.

09/10/2025: Modern and clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The gluten-free pizza is good—completely acceptable, contrary to other reviews here. You can order it with a clear conscience if you don't have a wide selection of alternatives due to celiac disease. And sure, it's a bit more expensive, but I'm happy to accept that if I can be sure of eating gluten-free.

12/08/2025: This morning, while passing through Novara, we stopped for a coffee and a croissant at this charming little café. The very friendly and approachable owner made us feel right at home. The counter offers a selection of croissants in many flavors, all beautifully filled! They're beautiful to look at and, above all, delicious: soft and generously filled with cream. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Even a simple breakfast can be a pleasant and friendly experience! Thanks to the owner! See you soon.

16/09/2025: Went there for lunch with my friend. We sat on the terrace. I had the veggie burger, she had something more or less on order which was not a problem for the very friendly owners. And we ordered fries to share. Food was of great quality and taste. Our dog got a fresh bowl of water, which was very nice. I also was a bit surprised about the service fee, since it was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Therefore only four stars. Of course my italian is lacking so I might have missed it. Nevertheless it is an outdated concept and should be abolished by law.

10/09/2025: What an awful experience! 1st the shamefull coperto that wasn't specified on the menu outside cause if we would have seen it, we wouldn't have stayed. And this stupid habit first meant that you had a cover over your table and some bread and grissini, now you get 0, 2 lame pieces of paper and a fork and knife! Shame on you! On the bill it is written "service" but It is not our responsibility to pay for the service of your staff, ok? 2nd, we waited half an hour for the meal to be ready and there wasn't anyone in the restaurant 😡 Then the "famous" burger which was nothing special honestly, some tasteless piece of minced meat 🤢which doesn't even come with fries, NO, the fries must be ordered EXTRA! I have never seen this and I travelled all over the world! Shame again! 7.5€ a "double" portion of fries! Double by their standards. I will stop here. Just avoid, a rip off and the place is hidden in an empty and ugly plaza.

18/06/2025: We ate here for a quick lunch. We had two piadinas (one with grilled vegetables and mozzarella and the other "vegetarian" with tomato, rocket and mozzarella). We spent €17 for two piadinas and a small bottle of water. They were both tasty, generously filled and well cooked until crispy. Quality ingredients and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there is no bathroom. However, they have various types of dough to choose from and a wide range of fillings. Today in particular, the piadinas with wholemeal dough, kamut or paprika were available. Highly recommended! We will gladly return.

13/07/2025: Dopo aver fatto il giro all'isola di S.Giulio ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante che avevamo gia prenotato e si trova proprio sulla piazza di Orta; eravamo insieme ai nostri parenti venuti dall'Ecuador e abbiamo pranzato con bombom croccante, spaghetto Giacomo, tagliata di carne, insalata di polpo, spongecake ai lamponi, acqua e vino rosato; tutto ottimo e abbondante; la cameriera Federica è stata gentilissima anche nella spiegazione dei piatti; servizio rapido; buon rapporto qualità/prezzo; consigliatissimo !!!

30/06/2025: Posto unico, di grandi sapori e alta qualità. Consigliatissimo il vitello tonnato, lo spaghetto con datterino e stracciatella, da provare i numerosi antipasti e taglieri squisiti. Personale gentilissimo (Federica specialmente)
