15/05/2025: A true Piedmontese piola in an old-time setting. You eat what there is but the food is divine. The owners always meet your needs. It's like being at home. If you want polenta concia and venison, book them in advance. Modest prices.

04/03/2025: Walking through Biella, having found another business closed that was marked as open, I continued and, again thanks to maps, I arrived here. Certainly not a trendy place, a retro sign, but a LOT of substance. Staff as DELICIOUS as the ice cream they make. Classic flavours, something more daring, and they also have SEMIFREDDI which I personally love. Flavors clearly distinguishable from each other and even with your eyes closed you say "ok this is hazelnut.. this pistachio and... This.... strange.. tastes like baked apple..." and in fact it was apple pie parfait. A nice dome of whipped cream, wafer and off on foot to get the car on this beautiful evening. Thank you. We will see each other soon.

28/02/2025: Spano pizza has a new owner and is recently called Pizzeria Jasmine. They are nice people with good pizzas. In addition to Italian, the owners also speak German and an employee even speaks Spanish. Very convenient for foreigners like us. Keep in mind that it is sometimes very busy and quickly getting a pizza, for example on Saturday evening, can sometimes take quite some time.

17/05/2025: Terrible, terrible service, we have been ordering take-out pizza for years and every time they go almost an hour past the scheduled time, you kindly ask to personally pick up the pizza at 8:45 pm and every time you wait an hour and come home at 9:40 pm with the pizzas. They don't even deign to apologize for the delay. If you respect yourself and your time, don't come here because in this place your time means nothing to them.

31/12/2024: Cibo sempre al top, ci torniamo un paio di volte all' anno e siamo sempre soddisfattissimi! Oggi pranzo con mega tagliere, tagliatelle di cinghiale, polenta e spezzatino, polenta e formaggi, bunet...una cosa più buona dell'altra!
