05/04/2026: The riso goio wasn't cooked enough; it stuck to our teeth. Plus, there was too much liquid at the bottom of the plate, almost like soup. And only two red shrimp. The price: 17 euros. Mama Mia… Then there was the noise. There were 10 children and 10 adults shouting louder than chickens. No one asked them to be quiet. It was impossible to eat. We left without finishing our "soup" and without an apology from the staff. Not even a free coffee. A disaster. Never again.

08/09/2025: Good pizza in Sagliano. The only downside is that they're always very slow; even with reservations, you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes longer.

08/11/2025: Brewery in Pralungo near Biella, where they also serve a selection of sandwiches, charcuterie and cheese platters, stuffed focaccias, and their delicious craft beer in their dedicated room. Reservations are recommended, as the space isn't huge, but it's unique and welcoming for an evening with friends. Prices are in line with the products served. Recommended.

04/05/2026: Over the past few months, I've tried gluten-free pizzas at various pizzerias in Biella, but I've been disappointed by the quality of the dough and the flavor. Today, I went to this pizzeria for dinner and was able to sample their dough by ordering a vegetable pizza. Finally, after months, I've found a gluten-free pizza worthy of the name Pizza: well-leavened dough, a soft crust, and a flavor on par with a traditional pizza. As I verbally told the owners, I once again congratulate them on their dedication to creating a product of this caliber.

21/10/2025: They're always kind and helpful, and they also offer many useful services (like Vinted parcel collection with the Post Office, for example).
Sometimes I wonder how they manage to keep up with everything so courteously.
In this area of Biella, they've been a point of reference and a meeting place for years.

31/03/2026: Authentic pizzeria with kitchen, a 5-minute drive from Biella.
Run by a charming couple.
The husband is an excellent pizza chef who makes pizzas, also for takeout, that are very digestible (long rising time), and the wife cooks delicious meat, fish, and vegetable dishes freshly.
Excellent desserts too.
The final surprise is a more than affordable bill!
