Excellent white calamari, homemade pesto, and excellent prawns. The tiramisu was good. The only flaw was the very noisy dining room, due to the children making a lot of noise.

We celebrated the start of school with lunch with some classmates. I tried the pinsa, which was absolutely excellent, and the pizzas looked delicious too. The place is perfect for those with children, because while they wait to eat, they can run around outside, where there's a large garden and playground.

06/02/2026: A quiet, well-maintained restaurant with a very extensive menu. I've always had excellent food there, both first and second courses, and side dishes. The service is prompt and quite formal. Prices are perhaps slightly lower than average, given the same portions. Satisfied!

Locanda del Borgo Antico

22/04/2026: We stayed one night with four friends along the Oropa Way. The building was very well renovated. Elevator. Clean and spacious rooms with bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were simple but very good. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. In the square in front, there's a grocery store selling sandwiches and drinks useful for the walk.
15/03/2026: I stayed here while walking the Camino d'Oropa. The bar is very nice and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the very kind staff went out of their way to prepare me a delicious vegan dinner. Highly recommended.
