An interesting pizzeria, decidedly out of the ordinary, with a truly original pizza line, both in flavor and dough, both of excellent quality. The service is kind, friendly, and fast. A pleasant evening, I'll definitely be back. Make sure to try the pinza and panelle, which are hard to find in the Biella area.

Amazing pinza, I enjoyed it very much. The staff was very friendly, even the intern, who was very attentive to our requests. The place was very clean and tidy. I will definitely be back.

We found ourselves at the restaurant without a reservation and were greeted with a smile. The pizza was $10 with the option to try a variety of doughs. We opted for the classic, super-digestible dough, which also came with a generous amount of toppings. To satisfy our cravings, we also tried the pinsa, which also amazed us with its lightness and quality. Since it had a long leavening process, it didn't cause any problems afterward, so no late-night thirst or stomach heaviness. The owner was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Parco Ravere

18/08/2026: Ravere Park is located at the end of the Cervo Valley in the village of Piedicavallo. It's a public green space owned by the municipality, next to the Cervo River, perfect for picnics or relaxing on hot summer days. Parking is difficult, but it can be a popular spot from June to September during hot summer days. I found the kiosk very nice. The people were friendly, unlike the park in Rosazza. The sandwiches were excellent and reasonably priced. The park runs along the Cervo River, and around the kiosk there's shade and a cool spot where you can rest and grab a bite to eat. Well done to the municipality and the kiosk staff.
06/08/2026: Fantastic place but bring shoes because it's slippery.
