Well-kept restaurant, friendly staff, mediocre food I had a burnt calzone, heavily stuffed with barely perceptible flavors. My wife had an average vegetarian pizza. Friends: Average tartare. Spaghetti with clams was good, and the cutlet was decent.

What can I say? There's room inside and out... good food and absolutely impeccable and fast service... you can find parking... what more do you want... Stefano and family

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I asked for an English menu. The waiter told me they don't have a paper one, but that it's available on your phone. However, he didn't provide a website or a QR code where I could view it. An Italian-speaking friend of ours then joined us and helped us translate the menu. She placed the order in Italian and clearly asked if a 1-liter Coke Zero was available. The waiter confirmed that it was. In the end, however, he brought a regular Coke with sugar, without saying anything. When we asked for a change, it turned out they didn't actually have a large Coke Zero. This gives the impression that he simply brought the one available, hoping we wouldn't notice. The pizza was good, but the service left much to be desired.

My wife and I dined last night at Ristorante Giordano in Biella, and we were thoroughly satisfied. As for the food, we particularly appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the preparation. The tuna and mozzarella salad was truly excellent, with very fresh and well-matched ingredients, while the bread served was particularly flavorful and of excellent quality. Another highlight was the Lauretana sparkling water, very light and pleasant, perfect for accompanying the meal. The other courses were also tasty and beautifully presented, confirming the restaurant's focus on the overall quality of the gastronomic experience. Overall, this restaurant fully deserves a five-star rating for its excellent combination of ambiance, service, and food quality. It's definitely a recommended destination for anyone visiting Biella looking for a pleasant, high-quality dinner.
