01/12/2025: We called to make a reservation and were told they'd give us a table after 2:05 PM. We arrived at 2:05 PM and there were already people waiting in line for tables to become available. They took reservations for tables of 6 and 8 for after 2:00 PM without any guarantee of getting a table. Absolute disservice, in taking into account reservations, the order of arrival, and even communication with customers (we were there waiting and no one said anything, we had to keep asking). After more than half an hour of waiting, we left; this is not how you treat customers.
01/12/2025: We booked by phone and were immediately informed that the only available lunch slot was the 2:00 PM shift, which we accepted without a problem. Arriving promptly, we found people waiting both inside and outside the restaurant, a sign that shifts were not being respected at all. Those who arrived after us were seated first, with no logic or rationale. We spent over half an hour waiting, without an explanation, an update, or even the slightest attention. This is terrible and unprofessional management, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for customers.

09/10/2025: Our waiter was great! Spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave helpful suggestions. We both had the crunch burger which was tasty as were the fries. Our wine and beer were very good and the view was spectacular. The price was fair for the location. €49. I'd go again.

10/09/2025: Excellent quality products, excellent coffee, as well as the excellent cake we tasted, I am a companion and inseparable dog (small size) very welcome, beautiful place, which ranges from tables outside in the open air to group tables to rather secluded and quiet seating where you can sit and work (rather than) with PC and smartphone, highly recommended, I will not fail to return🔝🔝
25/08/2025: We came here for breakfast and waited a bit for service. The pastries were decent, so overall, it's an average cafe, very conveniently located near the center.

Excellent and generous dishes; service charge, bread, breadsticks, water, and wine are included. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent (really excellent) value. Highly recommended for those who value substance!

09/11/2025: We went to Trattoria Cris e Mery in Cossato for the Ben Conciá day dedicated to polenta concia, and it was a truly excellent experience! The typical Piedmontese appetizer was a truly delicious crostini with lard, chestnuts, and honey. The polenta concia was delicious, as per true Biella tradition, creamy and rich in flavor. Finally, an excellent bunet. The staff were kind, friendly, and very welcoming.
A truly worthwhile trattoria: authentic, simple, and well-prepared cuisine.

21/10/2025: They're always kind and helpful, and they also offer many useful services (like Vinted parcel collection with the Post Office, for example).
Sometimes I wonder how they manage to keep up with everything so courteously.
In this area of Biella, they've been a point of reference and a meeting place for years.
