We ordered several takeout pizzas and were truly satisfied: light and easily digestible dough, quality ingredients, and carefully prepared pizzas.
The staff was friendly and punctual, and you immediately sense a family-like, welcoming atmosphere, even with the takeout service.
One of those pizzerias where you'll want to return because you already know you're eating well. Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: My partner and I booked a table for Sunday lunch. We were very pleased with both the quality of the food and the service. The staff is very good at their jobs and really cares about making you feel at home. The ingredients were fresh and excellent, and cooked beautifully, especially the grilled meat.
I would gladly return because we had a great time, so I highly recommend it.

21/10/2025: They're always kind and helpful, and they also offer many useful services (like Vinted parcel collection with the Post Office, for example).
Sometimes I wonder how they manage to keep up with everything so courteously.
In this area of Biella, they've been a point of reference and a meeting place for years.

09/03/2026: They're not welcoming, nor do they smile; I'd even say they're sullen and unfriendly. I've tried them dozens of times, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude is always the same: pissed off, especially the afternoon shift.
In the afternoon, I happened to wait at the counter for 15 minutes without the owner (I think) even speaking to me. She was instead busy taking orders from customers who were already there, but who were behind me. Oh yeah? Simple, instead of ordering the buffet for a big refreshment, I went to another pastry shop.
One also chooses to stop by to find a smiling, pleasant, and friendly atmosphere, which isn't the case here.
Not a good calling card.
