Very tidy and clean. Nothing to complain about. The 4 stars are only because we only had pizza, which I'd say was very good with a wide variety of choices. Next time, we'll try the à la carte menu to see if we can give it 5 stars. Recommended.

03/06/2026: The hotel is very nice and well-maintained on the outside.
The restaurant service is well-organized and fast.
The rooms are poorly cleaned.
The air conditioning works intermittently (perhaps rationed, but it still works until 1:00 AM at night).
There are no screens on the windows, so to let in the cool air, you have to let in mosquitoes and other animals.
20/05/2026: Lunch with local friends, clean atmosphere, fast service. Good appetizer, and for my first course I chose ravioli, which I chose well, very well. Delicious. The meat main course was also excellent. I was a guest, so I can't comment on prices. I had a great time.

29/04/2026: I'm not giving ratings, but a plea: those with celiac disease are looking for reassurance, but they can't give it! Having already eaten at a restaurant is not synonymous with safety! AND IT DOESN'T DEPEND ON HOW MUCH A CELIAC YOU HAVE!!! You either have celiac disease or you don't! A common guideline that emphasizes customer care and not fear aimed at avoiding responsibility would be appropriate... no stars for the food: it was served to me and then taken away because it might have contained gluten!!!

Especially Joy Pizzarelli, who knows her job and does it well.
20/04/2026: Beautiful, well-maintained place with plenty of space and cleanliness, even though I arrived at a quieter time. The staff at the counter were very polite, but unfortunately I had to carry the coffee to the table myself, and I was disappointed because, as I said, they were very polite and quick! I recommend it for breakfast and lunch alike!

09/03/2026: They're not welcoming, nor do they smile; I'd even say they're sullen and unfriendly. I've tried them dozens of times, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude is always the same: pissed off, especially the afternoon shift.
In the afternoon, I happened to wait at the counter for 15 minutes without the owner (I think) even speaking to me. She was instead busy taking orders from customers who were already there, but who were behind me. Oh yeah? Simple, instead of ordering the buffet for a big refreshment, I went to another pastry shop.
One also chooses to stop by to find a smiling, pleasant, and friendly atmosphere, which isn't the case here.
Not a good calling card.
