The restaurant is the jewel in the crown. Every time we come to Il Tiglio, it's a unique and unforgettable experience. They always leave us speechless. The tasting menu is a journey of harmonies and contrasts, where each dish leads to the next like a musical composition, with rhythm, pauses, and crescendos that intertwine naturally. The pairings surprise with their balance: ingredients that, taken individually, would tell three different stories, here blend into a new, almost indefinable, yet perfectly accomplished flavor. It is that moment when the palate no longer distinguishes, but recognizes that something extraordinary has happened. Many tastings are enjoyed "with the hands, in a single bite." A simple and direct gesture, which adds intimacy and connection to the dish. Chef Enrico's touch is evident in every detail: in the precision, in the moderation, in the ability to make even the most complex dish essential. And completing everything is the welcome of the entire dining room staff, especially Gianluigi with his charm and elegance.

09/11/2025: A truly evocative journey through the village of Piazzo. The two hearts are the two sisters who expertly describe the dishes and wines offered with pride and expertise. Riccardo, on the other hand, manages the dining room with precision and passion, describing the family's history, the delicious Amaro del RE (ask for the name), and the fantastic torcetti, made by them from a historic recipe. The plin, the fantastic tagliata, the veal with tuna sauce, and the Fassona tartare, always on the menu, are a must. Alongside these iconic dishes, the other dishes change frequently, and all that's left to do is listen to the "two hearts" always present in the dining room explain their composition. We were pampered and transported into this experience, authentically traditional and wonderful on the palate. Well done everyone!!!

15/09/2025: First of all, the staff is truly friendly and pleasant. The ingredients are top-notch. I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Everything was perfect. The selection of appetizers was sublime, and every course was of the highest quality, from the prosciutto crudo to the carne crudo with bagna cáuda. And considering the quantity and the second helpings offered, I would have been pleasantly full already. But I had the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but it was so good I even had second helpings. The house wine was excellent, almost 3 liters. 🤗🤗... with coffee, grappa, and bitters. I just couldn't finish dessert, I was so full. The only downside is that I can't go every night. The price? Considering the quality and quantity, we didn't spend much. Congratulations!! You are truly excellent!!

07/10/2025: When I searched for a restaurant in Biella I couldn't find anything, and here I got on the reccomendation of a local citizen. We ordered "Pizza Fortunata"🍕 and ravioli. The pizza came out to be very delicious, but the ravioli weren't as good as the pizza, but it was decent. Overall it was really nice to eat here and the service was also really friendly. It was a nice experience.

28/09/2025: It's a restaurant where you can eat. The fish is unbeatable in the Biella area, and the rest is excellent, both for appetizers and well-prepared first and second courses. There's also a small room for private conversations. For those who prefer pizza, this is a top-notch place.

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

10/11/2025: It was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Biella again. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, fantastic risotto, and a delicious second course. The menu was well-researched and the pairings were unusual. The wine list is also extensive, perfect for connoisseurs!

21/09/2025: The burgers were very well made. I had the Binario Zero and was very satisfied. Prices were a little high, but the quality was still high. The dessert didn't satisfy me, but that's definitely not their specialty.
