The restaurant is the jewel in the crown. Every time we come to Il Tiglio, it's a unique and unforgettable experience. They always leave us speechless. The pairings surprise with their balance: ingredients that, taken individually, would tell three different stories, here blend into a new, almost indefinable, yet perfectly accomplished flavor. It is that moment when the palate no longer distinguishes, but recognizes that something extraordinary has happened. Many tastings are enjoyed "with the hands, in a single bite." A simple and direct gesture, which adds intimacy and connection to the dish. Chef Enrico's touch is evident in every detail: in the precision, in the moderation, in the ability to make even the most complex dish essential. 04/09/2025: Highly recommended restaurant in the upper part of Biella. The polenta was excellent, as were other dishes we tried. The best dessert was the tiramisu, the best I've ever had. Highly recommended. We didn't have a reservation, but they made room for us on the terrace. The staff was very friendly.

26/10/2025: An excellent experience in a historic location. Excellent hospitality, perhaps a little chilly but definitely impactful. In addition to the menu, there are two tastings. We chose the more comprehensive one. The selection ranged from meat to fish, including specialty dishes like onions wrapped in milk, truly memorable. The wine list was good, although we opted for pairings. The staff was friendly and professional, and the bill was reasonable.

27/07/2025: Bella la location, anche le scelte gastronomiche e i piccoli entree della casa, la pasticceria pre caffè. Servizio migliorabile, e anche i calici di vino: mezzo dito in più non guasterebbe … Menu fisso da 80€ e 110€, vini esclusi, già il primo è abbastanza per quantità.

17/08/2025: A very large sanctuary located in Piedmont. The building was restored a few years ago and is now fully accessible. Keep in mind that those who have difficulty climbing and descending steps should be aware that there are an incredible number of them. In any case, the place is worth a visit. There are ample parking lots, restaurants, and bars.

01/10/2025: We celebrated my partner's birthday, and it was wonderful! Even though the place was packed, the staff was professional and incredibly kind, making us feel welcomed and like we were having a family dinner. They even turned off the lights for the cake and created a truly festive atmosphere. I can't thank the entire staff enough for this unforgettable experience. We started with appetizers of fruit and fries, then moved on to the pizzas, each more beautiful and delicious than the last. They also have a good selection of vegetarian and vegan pizzas. The price was absolutely perfect, too! What can I say? We'll definitely be back!

07/09/2025: QB Restaurant is a place I have been a loyal client of for over 10 years. The restaurant is renowned for its exceptional food quality and a wonderful wine selection. The owners, Annalisa and Gianluca are incredibly warm and professional, always eager to accommodate any guest’s needs and tastes. The food is consistently delicious, and the overall experience is always top-notch.

15/09/2025: First of all, the staff is truly friendly and pleasant. The ingredients are top-notch. I couldn't find anything wrong with them. Everything was perfect. The selection of appetizers was sublime, and every course was of the highest quality, from the prosciutto crudo to the carne crudo with bagna cáuda. And considering the quantity and the second helpings offered, I would have been pleasantly full already. But I had the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but it was so good I even had second helpings. The house wine was excellent, almost 3 liters. 🤗🤗... with coffee, grappa, and bitters. I just couldn't finish dessert, I was so full. The only downside is that I can't go every night. The price? Considering the quality and quantity, we didn't spend much. Congratulations!! You are truly excellent!!

07/10/2025: When I searched for a restaurant in Biella I couldn't find anything, and here I got on the reccomendation of a local citizen. We ordered "Pizza Fortunata"🍕 and ravioli. The pizza came out to be very delicious, but the ravioli weren't as good as the pizza, but it was decent. Overall it was really nice to eat here and the service was also really friendly. It was a nice experience.

28/09/2025: It's a restaurant where you can eat. The fish is unbeatable in the Biella area, and the rest is excellent, both for appetizers and well-prepared first and second courses. There's also a small room for private conversations. For those who prefer pizza, this is a top-notch place.

02/06/2025: Locale elegante con servizio molto cortese e preparato. La proposta ci ha convito ed i piatti erano molto buoni. Ottime anche le entree e la pasticceria. Unica pecca il tempo trascorso tra il servizio del primo e del secondo, troppo lungo. Detto questo ci torneremo molto volentieri. Prezzo corretto.
