Mirko, the owner and manager of the restaurant, is a young, enterprising, dynamic, cheerful guy with the desire to constantly keep up with the desires that customers want to have in the culinary field, one of those places that you enter and never want to leave because you are fascinated by everything! The quality of the piadina is by far the best there is, every single piadina is an explosion of exceptional taste! If you are passing through or don't know where to stop for a bite to eat, this is the right place.... where you will always be satisfied with the product you will be served at the table and which you will choose to eat!!! 02/04/2025: Breakfast with sourdough brioche, caramelized apple jam....really excellent!!! All served with friendliness and a smile... I recommend it to everyone!!!

02/04/2025: I recently moved to Trivero and Giuly in Wonderbar immediately became a point of reference! In this quiet and welcoming bar you can find tasty and well-filled sandwiches and focaccias (the Focaccia Meraviglia is highly recommended!!!!). And bread for sale, traditional or with sourdough in many many varieties! Not to mention the corner dedicated to Neapolitan pastries... :p :p :p

07/03/2025: Un luogo accogliente, colorato, ricco di sorprese a ogni angolo, dal bagno che invita al rispetto per l'ambiente, in modo simpatico e ironico, alla libreria dove si trovano libri da acquistare, alle magliette che inneggiano alla regina del locale, la polenta in tante versioni, ai soffitti, arricchiti da scacchi giganti, alle pareti ricche di oggetti originali e scritte spiritose, allo staff, giovane e accogliente, e al patron, un vero signore. E dopo questa immersione nel bello, arriva il cibo fatto di tante prelibatezze: una portata più buona dell'altra. D'obbligo ritornare perché tanti sono i piatti da gustare. E dulcis in fundo il conto, più che onesto!

27/02/2025: We chose this place for a family dinner, we had wanted to try it for a long time. Very nice atmosphere, I would say almost romantic. The service and friendliness of the staff were also very good. Very interesting and different dishes from the usual, cooked well and with taste. Excellent desserts. Prices are in line with quality and service. I don't give five stars because it's clear that there are restaurants of a higher level, and at a much higher cost, however. I recommend it, try it!

25/02/2025: The Dolce Manna Pastry Shop is a true excellence! Every time I enter, I am greeted by the irresistible scent of freshly baked desserts and the kindness of the staff. Their creations are a perfect mix of tradition and innovation, I personally love their stuffed croissants and the cube croissant! If you are in Biella and love desserts, this must be a must.

20/03/2025: It was recommended to me by a work colleague of mine, so I booked it and we went, I had a great time, the staff were friendly and welcome you with a smile. Pleasant environment and, as I like it, characteristic with exposed brick ceilings. I ate very well, plentiful food. I will definitely go back.

We tried the polenta concia di Oropa, very good and very particular (they will come again if you want more). The waiter was very kind, helpful and friendly. Good price Reservation recommended

26/03/2025: Very good restaurant, quality food and very well prepared.. From the polenta concia, to the mushroom crepe, to the stew.. The only flaw... There would never be enough crepes given how good they are... you would have to put at least 3 of them on a plate! 🤣... When I go to Oropa that's my restaurant..

09/03/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch on Sunday 9 March 2025 on the occasion of Women's Day. The environment is welcoming and non-trivial, the staff is friendly and kind. The strong point of Gallo Storto is the refined cuisine presented by the chef, who with great skill enhances the products of the surrounding area by presenting high-level dishes combined with a vast choice of wine and spirits. 11/02/2025: Had an enchanting dinner in a deserted Masserano. I had a mixed starter, excellent, and a bramaterra rice off the menu that was truly enchanting, although in my opinion the cheese covered the taste of the wine too much. However, average dessert and high price. Recommended for couples or families, I will definitely return
