22/12/2024: We just had lunch as a couple in this very nice restaurant 🤩 they made us sit in an extremely intimate room on the floor above, we ate carpione Milanese with vegetables and Russian salad. The Milanese was immense and very good as were the vegetables. The accurate service and the very kind and professional waitress. Excellent bulk wine! Friendliness and professionalism all excellent. We will be back in the next few days even though we are from Turin. Thank you so much, happy holidays🥳

22/12/2024: A simple and informal restaurant that tastes like home. The food was super good, polenta with mushrooms and toma of a higher level. Excellent veal with tuna sauce. The staff were kind, thoughtful and super attentive. Congratulations to everyone, we'll see you again soon. Highly recommended.

03/01/2025: We wanted to "switch off" and by staying at Tiglio we couldn't have made a better choice!! The rooms are mini apartments, well heated, clean and equipped with every comfort that I have rarely found in other farmhouses. We had dinner at the restaurant where the children were pampered from every point of view both with the superlative food and with Gianluigi's friendliness. For us adults, dinner was a real journey from the aperitif to the dessert, a discovery of superlative flavors and combinations, excellent wines, impeccable service. The simplicity of the chef is unique, every now and then he approaches the table to ask how things are going and on this occasion he let us choose breakfast for the morning. Here too, a note of merit for a simple breakfast, made up of very fresh, high quality local products. In short, we are really satisfied, we will definitely return in the summer....the only thing we haven't tried yet was the swimming pool 😊!!

Matteo and his staff know how to satisfy even gluten-free needs with great professionalism, from aperitif to dessert. Well-kept location with a wonderful view of the lake. Super recommended!

It also happened recently that I was able to celebrate my best friend there, with a private party, we had a great time, excellent idea, good prices and excellent aperitif. Cozy and very familiar place. Giulia is always fantastic and always makes you feel at home.

06/12/2024: We stopped by chance at this place looking for a simple quick coffee during a business trip. I was struck by the stylistic attention to the references to Alice in Wonderland. If I were to return to the area I would stay here again for this very reason.

Note of merit goes to the attention and professionalism with which they also managed gluten-free options. Optimal!

21/12/2024: Good restaurant. The dry aged meat is excellent. Excellent service. After months I confirm my first impressions. I went back again the other evening for the umpteenth time. Excellent food and service. Polite and professional staff. I confirm my appreciation from years ago. I recommend it to Biella residents and tourists.

06/01/2025: Posizionato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Si può usufruire dell'ampio parcheggio della stazione. Ottimo per un hamburger insieme a patatine fritte e birre. Dolci buoni. Personale gentile e veloce. Located near the train station. You can use the station's large car park. Great for a burger along with fries and beers. Good desserts. Friendly and fast staff.

05/11/2024: Sarebbe sufficiente dire eccellente al 100% ma Trip Advisor vuole almeno 200 caratteri quindi vi dirò che la stella Michelen è ampiamente meritata: un servizio di primordine, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, locale elegante e d’atmosfera, ti senti a tuo agio, ti viziano e ti coccolano con mille chicche deliziose, abbiamo mangiato da dio e non abbiamo certo patito la fame come capita a volte in certi ristoranti pretenziosi, io ho scelto piatti legati al territorio che erano davvero eccezionali, lo Chef molto cordiale a fine cena si è intrattenuto con noi spiegandoci tante cose interessanti, spero davvero di tornarci presto, lo consiglio vivamente a chi sa apprezzare la cucina di alta qualità e vuole passare un paio d’ore piacevolissime.

17/11/2024: It was all very good. I took meat-based dishes and they were of excellent quality. I am gluten and lactose intolerant. If this is the case for some of you, please make this clear at the time of booking. Maybe take a look at the menu first and the choices you would have. If you like meat it's ok. But the former unfortunately leave no options. So check carefully first, if you don't want to be disappointed.

14/11/2024: Ristorante nel cuore di Biella. Viene proposto un apposito menù a pranzo, con molte proposte, anche di piatti tipici. Ho preso una semplice cotoletta alla griglia con patate, che comunque mi ha soddisfatto nonostante la semplicità. Spero di tornare per provare altri piatti.

17/12/2024: Sempre una garanzia in fatto di carne. Non è raro per noi tornare per il pranzo della domenica e per gustarci qualche buon taglio di carne morbido e preparato a dovere. Mi piacerebbe sempre lasciare 5 stelle per la qualità del cibo e il salone luminoso, ma devo fermarmi a 4 per via del servizio poco attento e a tratti improvvisato. Ma per mangiare buona carne resta una tappa obbligatoria!
