03/05/2026: Repetition helps. After last year's experience, my wife and I decided to repeat our visit to this splendid restaurant nestled in the Sibillini Mountains. Once again, Chef Enrico pampered us with his dishes and his attention to detail. Dishes with character and balance, a rich à la mousse of variety and flavor, excellent and elegant service without falling into the excessive aloofness typical of Michelin-starred restaurants. An experience we definitely recommend, and in our case, one we'll definitely repeat.

24/04/2026: We had lunch with Chef Mazzaroni at his restaurant "Il Tiglio" in Montemonaço and were captivated by the wonders of the place and his rich, unique, special menu... delicate yet bold flavors and combinations, all meticulously crafted, from the welcome to the service, the dishes, and the expertise and friendliness of the chef, who stopped to chat with every table, exchanging a few words not only about the food... a unique experience, even in the explanation of the dishes paired with the wines... no problem for my wife's allergies to shellfish, even contact with them; in fact, she was pampered with every dish! An experience you absolutely must try. Both menus.

15/05/2026: Whenever I pass through Biella, the vitello tonnato at Osteria Due Cuori is a must, not a choice. I sincerely believe theirs is the best I've ever eaten... and I fear I've developed a sort of gastronomic addiction. A welcoming atmosphere, a wine list for all tastes, and meticulously prepared cuisine: it's the kind of place that makes you want to return before you've even left the door. Last time, in addition to the inevitable veal, I tried the Maccagno risotto, the pork fillet with breadsticks, and the tiramisu. Congratulations indeed!

The mountain views are breathtaking, and the surrounding trails offer rejuvenating walks. Perfect for those seeking spirituality, nature, and art all in one place. Absolutely not to be missed!

11/04/2026: A great experience. In short, I think the food is plentiful, but there's little variety. It's famous for its Piedmontese fried food, and that's very good. The appetizers could be improved, perhaps by adding some local risotto. It would be top-notch.

01/05/2026: Pizzeria Il Tramonto is a true gem for lovers of authentic, wholesome pizza. I tried the Zucchina Summer and was completely won over by its fresh, innovative flavor. This specialty pizza, often off the menu but back by popular demand, combines crispy zucchini chips, grilled ham, buffalo mozzarella cream, and Philadelphia cheese for an irresistible summer twist. It's thin, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of fresh, creamy flavors that makes it unique and addictive. The place offers a familiar, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends or family, despite its simple decor. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

17/04/2026: Great variety of pizzas, including vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the pizza isn't to my personal taste, even though the dough is excellent. Fast and friendly service.

12/05/2026: We booked well in advance for a Sunday lunch. (And it was packed!!!) There's a large dining room with about 100 seats, plus side rooms and a large enclosed marquee overlooking the square in front. The waiters are all young, friendly, and helpful. We ordered a mixed appetizer (veal with tuna sauce, tomini cheese with caramelized onion, peppers with bagna cauda, ​​tartare, spinach flan with fondue, slices of cotechino with baked potatoes... and I don't think I've said it all!!) But the highlight was the famous polenta cuncia... soft, full of cheese, and dipped in butter!!! A delight!!!!!! We finished with dessert, even though the first and second courses were truly tempting... we preferred a second helping of polenta! We'll definitely be back!!!

The pizzas are delicious, made with top-quality ingredients, and there's also the option of a "cartwheel" shape for those who love true Neapolitan tradition. The fried foods are also excellent, but a special mention goes to the eggplant parmigiana: truly delicious. Don't miss the pastiera, the perfect sweet end to your meal. Very good value. A place we'll gladly return to! 🍕

I experienced genuine emotion through the flavors and presentation of the plates. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Special mention to Stefano, who brings a cheerful atmosphere while remaining highly professional. We'll be back when we're in the area again!

The service and friendliness are all on a level difficult to find in other establishments (with the same culinary offerings) in Biella. Furthermore, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

04/04/2026: I visited Acqua e Farina in Biella for the third time this evening – and it was absolutely worth it again. The quality is consistently very high: the pizzas are excellent, perfectly balanced in flavor, and topped with high-quality ingredients. You can immediately tell that real skill and passion go into making them. No wonder the pizzaiolo has won multiple awards – you can taste it in every bite. The service is also consistently impressive: friendly, attentive, and warm. Add to that a pleasant, family-like atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. I especially appreciate that vegetarians have a very good selection on the menu and are definitely not left out. For me, it's a clear 5 stars – I'll definitely be back!
