14/06/2025: My best friend and I went into this bar asking if there was a bathroom, I think the owner answered us by making a joke that he could have totally avoided saying that the bathroom had exploded just yesterday and laughing out loud also the bathroom was ok very small but it was totally dirty in pitiful conditions with broken windows and really no hygiene

12/12/2025: Very cute shop and really friendly staff. Great variety of cookies and chocolates, even in beautiful gift boxes. Good value. A great find, I'll be back :)

06/02/2025: Prima esperienza in questa tipologia di locale e ristorazione. Parto dubbioso e vado via soddisfatto. Ho provato almeno una ventina di pietanze: alcune di mio gusto, alcune meno. Piatto preferito il ramen, squisito. Il servizio è quello che ti aspetti in questi locali: velocissimo, preciso ma distaccato ed impersonale. I camerieri (cortesi e gentili) spesso non parlano nemmeno bene l'italiano e forse sono istruiti a non perdere tempo col cliente, quindi a mio avviso manca un po' di sforzo a creare (per la durata del pasto) un rapporto col cliente che male non fa. Location moderna e pulita.

26/09/2024: Secondo me il miglior sushi con formula all you can eat della zona. A differenza di altri sushi di Pinerolo qui non ho mai trovato piatti di scarsa qualità (poi ovvio rimane un all you can eat, però direi ottima qualità). Servizio ottimo anche quando c’è molto affollamento.

24/07/2025: The pastries are very good, and the lady at the counter does her best. Unfortunately, especially in the mornings, when she has to meet the demands of the clinic's staff and clients, in addition to washing dishes and replenishing raw materials, unexpected problems can arise in the rush, such as coffee overflowing from the cup or water from the glass. I repeat, she does her best, and probably, even if I had worked in the same job for a while, I couldn't have done better. I would recommend having someone else help, at least during the critical hours. Another observation I'd like to make—and let it be clear, this isn't meant to be a negative, but simply an observation in case it might be helpful—is the hazelnut cream in the croissants. Especially in the summer, this cream tends to become runny, with the risk that (as happened to me) when you bite into the pastry, the cream will leak out copiously from the injection sites, potentially messing up the customer. In this regard, I would recommend using a thicker product, at least for warmer weather, or, if possible, adding natural thickeners like potato starch to the cream. Otherwise, everything is fine, from the waiting time to the quality of the products to the courtesy of the service.
