24/07/2025: I'm at an age that dictates moderation in my sweets, so I'd like those few I do have to be truly special. Today I bought a tiny tray filled with shortcrust and almond delights. Each pastry was a pleasant surprise, with almost imperceptible variations that were therefore exciting! I need to return more often, so I can discover new variations each time, the fruit of great passion and boundless imagination. :)

13/12/2025: On the recommendation of the venue where we celebrated my son's 18th birthday, I turned to Cake Lab for his birthday cake. I wasn't familiar with their work, but I wanted a unique cake that reflected my son's passion for music. I asked for a cake shaped like a DJ console. The pastry chef was very helpful; we exchanged pictures and finalized the flavors. Aside from the aesthetics (it was beautiful), the cake was delicious, special, exquisite, moist, and soft. I thought these types of cakes were just beautiful to look at but not delicious to eat. Highly recommended, I had to change my mind. Excellent!

04/09/2025: We chose Leinì's Cake Lab to celebrate our daughter's birthday. First, I'd like to highlight the small, yet meticulously maintained and clean environment. The staff was competent, professional, kind, and helpful. We expressed our wishes regarding the birthday cake, including the possibility of making themed cookies and pops; in this case, we chose Bing. The girl then gave us her suggestion, which we confidently accepted. So, at the party, we presented a cake covered in fondant featuring various characters and filled with a berry cream. It was a successful choice; everyone loved the dessert, and especially our daughter was thrilled to see her favorite character on the cake. I recommend them for their professionalism and absolute deliciousness!

19/07/2025: Une très grande déception !!! Un accueil gentil, une terrasse vide, Mis à part les mises en bouche de l’entrée ce restaurant n’a rien d’un étoilé Michelin… Plats restreints,cuisson du poisson non maîtrisée,pâtes salées pour une addition qui elle est bien supérieure à la qualité des produits… C’est sur nous nous sommes trompés d’endroit ! En Plus c’était nos 50 ans de mariage 😖

13/07/2025: Location fiabesca con una splendida terrazza esterna con una vista fantastica. Accoglienza calorosa e professionale al tempo stesso, arredi, tavoli e sedie all'altezza, comodi e ben distanziati. I piatti serviti, indubbiamente elaborati vista la tipologia del locale, mantengono la tipicità di base e si fondano su materie prime di qualità superiore. La carta dei vini è assai completa e gli stessi sono offerti a prezzi ragionevoli. Il servizio è indubbiamente di livello e molto apprezzabile la spiegazione fornita di ogni piatto. Indubbiamente consigliato per un pranzo o meglio una cena diversa nel fresco del giardino. Vannja

03/05/2025: In questo paesino a rilassarsi per un paio di giorni, immersi nelle colline del Monferrato a ridosso del Po. Imponente il castello Gabiano, (abbiamo avuto modo di visitarlo ed acquistare una bottiglia di grignolino ed altro…) adiacente al piazzale del Comune, attigua gli uffici PT vi è il ristorante bar la Chance. Qui, hai una panoramica unica, spazi sul paesaggio collinare di un verde e filari di vigneti. Alessandro, chef pugliese, titolare del locale abbiamo avuto modo di spiazzare nelle sue proposte di menù di pesce e cucina piemontese, proveniente dalla vicina Torino. Piacevole fare colazione, niente rumore, tranquillità assoluta.

17/04/2025: I'm still amazed; the name certainly says it all. The lack of professionalism is clearly evident in this place, with zero hospitality; it's better to go to a service station. I go in for breakfast, and the person at the counter doesn't force a greeting because she's on the phone. I order a cappuccino and a brioche, which I find delicious. I work it all with one hand, obviously with the other busy holding the phone to my ear. I ask for the brioche types, looking annoyed, and she puts the call on hold to list them. The conversation ends, and I'm almost finished with my cappuccino. She asks if I'd like some cocoa. But? If you love making phone calls so much, open a call center, not a coffee shop, and leave it to those who are suited for this job. Because, after all, a person who comes in and consumes is still a customer; you don't ask for a red carpet. I took the liberty of writing this because I really don't think this is an uncommon behavior.

07/04/2025: Very good ice cream, excellent taste "until the end". The queue found justifies the quality. The owner is very patient and friendly. We will definitely be back!

01/04/2025: A pleasant place near the Sanctuary, where I've stopped on a few occasions for a dinner featuring traditional dishes, a delicious aperitif with a platter, or a simple refreshment. A pleasant place, friendly service, and reasonable prices. I return regularly, always with pleasure.

24/07/2025: Gelati enormi, buonissimi, realizzati con estrema cura, massima gentilezza nel servizio. Non un'estrema varietà di gusti, ma quelli che ho provato io erano squisiti. Assolutamente raccomandatissima!

24/07/2025: Prima volta ma sicuramente non ultima! Giovanni realizza con estrema cura delle opere d'arte costruendo con vari coni piccole "impalcature" che sorreggono gelato e panna. I gusti sono limitati nel numero - solo i classici - ma veramente buoni e di ottima qualità. Un plus il cono con cialda di biscotto, buonissimo. Vale la pena fare la coda!

25/01/2025: A truly unusual restaurant, but definitely worth a try. It's a small, charming place, but it's a shame it's dimly lit. The dishes are very well-prepared and classy. We also had the wine tasting, and they paired beautifully and were very good.
