28/10/2025: Open 24 hours a day, making it a regular haunt for many young people, it offers always fresh bread, with a wide variety of types and no less than dry pastries. Frankly (as I read in some posts), I've never noticed any form of rudeness from the staff, on the contrary. As for prices, I agree with those who complain that the level of service is too, too high. Update 2025 Paterna, or il Mulino if you prefer, certainly has the undoubted merit of filling a gap that existed, offering 24-hour service, useful not only for those who stay up late, but also for many night workers. Over the years, it has also expanded its offerings, especially in terms of pastries. It's a shame about the prices of some products that are truly out of line; it's impossible to spend nearly as much on a nice slice of pizza as you would at a sit-down pizzeria. Update October 2025: 8 euros for a piece of focaccia with sausage and 4 euros for a piece of focaccia (see photo) seems REALLY crazy to me! It's a shame because the waiters are really good, but you can't pay as much for a piece of focaccia as a pizza in a pizzeria. Much to the embarrassment of the clerks themselves, you point out that perhaps it's excessive. I understand the price increases, I appreciate the service Paterno offers... oops, Il Mulino now offers, but the prices are really excessive now. Cross above.

19/10/2025: Terrible quality, absurd prices and unmotivated staff

19/10/2025: Don't even try calling on Saturdays and Sundays. They don't even know there's a phone. You have to go there and order. Even if there are only three people in the restaurant, there's no difference. They have to waste your time waiting. Otherwise, they won't be happy. Don't waste your time calling. It's not worth it! This has been going on for years and years, but nothing has changed. It's obvious they can afford it, considering the prices! Simply embarrassing!

16/10/2025: Excellent!! A restaurant that feels like being welcomed home, with a warm atmosphere and attention to detail. You can sense the passion of a family-run business that pours its heart into every dish. Excellent pizza, as well as other exceptional fish and meat dishes on the menu!

17/08/2025: I went last night with my dog. I asked for a quiet spot, and the very kind girl gave us a table with very nice and secluded sofas. The food was excellent, and the staff, what can I say? Everyone was very kind and smiling! 5 stars well deserved.

21/09/2025: Very nice location, both the terrace (like all outdoor dining venues, there are pigeons foraging) and the interior. The staff were very friendly. I wasn't satisfied with the aperitif food. The small pizza slices and pretzels were cold (they were from the bakery, okay, but in the morning? Who knows!) Had they been warm, they would have had a different effect on the eye and palate. The baguette crostini (paired with a small bowl of seasoned raw tomato sauce) were overcooked, making them difficult to eat. However, I noticed that at other tables these crostini were left over when customers left. I expected more attention, given that it's a renowned establishment.

23/08/2025: If you want to enjoy authentic Piedmontese cuisine at reasonable prices, this is the place to go. The daily menu features a few dishes, all of which are homemade. We haven't found a better restaurant in our seven days at the lake. The trip up into the mountains is definitely worth it.

22/09/2025: I visited this place during the Cheese Festival in Bra, and what can I say... AMAZING! Fantastic staff, incredibly friendly and helpful, the ingredients are of undeniable quality. All the filled pasta is fresh and made right there, so I can cook and serve it fresh. The food is incredibly varied. If you're looking for a no-frills, family-friendly place where quality and local ingredients are the cornerstones, you absolutely have to go! 👍🏻

22/09/2025: Bought in passing at Cheese 2025, 400g of agnolotti del plin meat and vegetables, unfortunately I have to say mediocre, hard even after cooking, apart from the out of place price, and in any case not displayed in sight, my fault for having to ask, and in any case 25 euros per kg without even a tray, but the product placed inside a piece of simple paper closed with scotch tape, does not seem like a good service to me. Needs improvement..

08/10/2025: Nice place overall. The pizza was good and the ingredients were good. I had the patatosa; I'd suggest increasing the amount of potatoes and sausage. I didn't appreciate the lighting at the wall-mounted tables because the light was behind me, casting shadows on the table.

24/10/2025: Between the flavors of the East and the heart of Italy, this place is a real surprise. The kebab is tender and perfectly spiced, while the pizza exudes Italian tradition and passion.
