12/05/2025: Terrible service. I have been relying on this pastry shop for years to buy cakes and pastries. The products are quite good but shame about the staff. I went this morning to buy some pastries and the person who served me snorted annoyed because I wasn't quick enough in choosing the products, he even started with an "Oh my God" to my request. When I said "that's enough", he insisted that I fill the entire tray by adding unrequested pastries just to shorten the time. I'm sorry but I won't go back again. Service is as important as the quality of the goods sold.

10/05/2025: Vi ricordavo per essere una pasticceria buonissima, ma non vi ricordavo per avere collaboratori così maleducati, scazzati, indisponenti e sgradevoli. Fin dall'inizio questa signora mi ha presentato il suo grugno e i suoi brutti modi, poi inspiegabilmente ha cominciato anche a prendermi per i fondelli quando le ho chiesto quale fosse il vassoio più grande che avessero per i pasticcini. Mi ha risposto 2 kg, sempre più scazzata, le ho chiesto se potevo vederlo, l'ha preso con la solita voglia, e quando mi sono reso conto della dimensione esagerata le ho detto che eravamo 5/7 persone e lei:"lei per 5 persone voleva quello da 2kg???" Facendo pure una smorfia, senza capire che non avevo assolutamente idea di quali fossero le dimensioni. Prima volta nella mia vita che mi sono sentito così a disagio nella vostra pasticceria. Davvero un trattamento inspiegabile

26/07/2025: We had dinner at this "restaurant". We ordered and after a 40-minute wait nothing arrived. I asked the waiter and after a quarter of an hour the wrong order arrived. The fried fish was hard and not freshly fried but apparently reheated. They gave priority to everyone who arrived later and for us, since it was the first time, no consideration. I will never return and I do not recommend it either for the courtesy, the food, the location (old and not exactly clean) or the price.

20/07/2025: Excellent customer, regular when I come to Cirié to visit my mother. I recommend it. We always eat mussels and spaghetti with clams. 10 out of 10.

23/05/2025: I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel and restaurant. First of all, cleanliness, rating 11 out of 10. The building is old, but everything has been renovated, every corner is clean, bleached to perfection. The linen is spotless, as if just from the store, the towels are snow-white. The restaurant is wonderful, the breakfast was with high-quality products, like in an expensive restaurant. There is a comfortable parking space, accessible for large cars, which is rare for Italy. The interior is very pleasant, with notes of antiquity and novelty, a wonderful combination of quality and taste. I would like such service to be everywhere. Thank you and I wish you prosperity.

04/04/2025: I stayed at this property and I must say that it was a wonderful experience thanks to the availability and kindness of the owner. The single room is spacious, quiet, welcoming and very clean. In the morning I found an abundant and sweet breakfast! Really everything perfect! Very recommended!

29/06/2025: I was recently at BEFeD in Alessandria and I can only speak highly of it. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, perfect for both a dinner with friends and an evening with family. The staff was very kind, always available and attentive without being intrusive. Prices are more than fair for the quality offered and generous portions. A place where you will gladly return, both for the good food and for the positive energy you can feel. Highly recommended!

20/06/2025: Since my son discovered the mini apricot muffins we can't do without this place. Undoubtedly, even if they didn't exist, it would still be one of the few truly pleasant places in Novara. Good products, well-made coffee, friendly service and a clean place. Little touches that make you want to come back.

28/05/2025: Very small but tidy and clean environment. Average coffee. Unfortunately, a discussion with the owner/barista as useless as futile (in my opinion obviously) regarding "how to ask for cold milk for coffee" (sic) and the repeated use of the term "enough" on my part to put an end to the aforementioned controversy, almost an altercation I could say made the stop particularly unpleasant. I hope that such aggression, never encountered in any place by the staff to whom I addressed with terms such as good morning/please/etc... was due to temporary problems and nothing else which, if it were, finds my full understanding. With wishes of economic success in equal measure to courtesy.

12/04/2025: Great place to eat WELL with excellent value for money. The portions are generous and delicious, the large outdoor car park allows you to enjoy a dinner without the drama of finding a place for the car. Perfect for spending an evening different from the monotonous life in these parts😅👍

08/06/2025: When I pass by and it's not open I feel like crying!!! Wherever we go on a trip, a stop on the way back is a must for us, even before dinner! That says it all... Excellent creamy flavors without ice, and also unusual. Excellent price and generous portions. We went back on 6-6-25... Nutella, figs and walnuts, cremino, pistachio.... oh my goodness, it makes you want to make the whole dinner with it!
