25/10/2025: The entrance is unassuming, but understandable given its agriturismo status. The restaurant is spacious and beautifully appointed, offering an excellent view of the Asti and Cuneo plains. The service is attentive and courteous, and the dishes are simple yet carefully prepared and authentic. Prices are reasonable. It's a shame there's no set menu. It's worth a visit and a return visit in the summer, as it features a beautiful pool and a terrace that's enviable for its views. A special mention goes to the limited, but understandable, selection of wines produced by the property. Truly excellent.

25/07/2025: A 550 metri di altitudine all’inizio del Monferrato Astigiano. Bella struttura con ampia terrazza coperta dotata di vista panoramica sulla pianura. Pranzo domenicale piuttosto affollato e quindi rumoroso (feste di laurea) con qualche difficoltà a conversare. Il menu la domenica è fisso con piatti nel solco della cucina piemontese. Ottime le materie prime, su tutto la battuta, veramente deliziosa. Tutto buono, senza piatti strabilianti. Unica nota stonata a mio avviso l’unico secondo, un polpettone con patate piuttosto insignificante. L’Agriturismo dispone di una interessante cantina con produzione di vini locali. Servizio giovane, efficiente e cortese nonostante il centinaio di coperti. Sempre offerto il bis, per tutte le portate. Circa 45 € a testa con 2 bottiglie di Albugnano.

24/09/2025: A venue with outdoor seating and umbrellas, seating about 40. The interior is well-maintained. Excellent cocktails, a varied list of spirits and beers, and excellent appetizer platters. Highly recommended. The staff is always smiling and friendly. The service is fast and clean, just like the venue itself.

13/08/2025: A small village bar, run by a charming owner. We had a beer and a Spritz, "Piedmontese style," with local vermouth that makes it darker and more bitter. The price was very reasonable at €9.50; I'd come here every day if I didn't live 170 km away! I'll never thank the bartender enough for the tip to dine at "Cavallo Rosso" in nearby Cercenasco, for an excellent Piedmontese experience. Thank you so much! Alessandro

13/06/2025: Difficile arrivarci per caso e, segnalatoci da conoscenti, ci siamo andati. GRAN BELLA SCOPERTA - nelle viuzze del paese, il locale si presenta molto accogliente e ben arredato. Dispone di una terrazza esterna in tutta tranquillità. Attenzione e gentilezza al cliente 🔝. Nei piatti, influenze locali e azzeccate. Menù variegato e ottima scelta; stesso discorso coi 🍷. Il rapporto prezzo/qualita’ è assolutamente 👍. Che dire se non che.. SENZA DUBBIO CI RITORNEREMO.

28/09/2025: We were invited by a dear friend who knows the Canavese area and Mazzè well. It was a wonderful discovery for us: first, the village, a true gem where time seems to have stood still, and then the restaurant, a true gem! The location is a deconsecrated chapel, dedicated to Saint Martha, meticulously renovated with just the right balance, where modernity and clean lines enhance the history of the original structure. The cuisine is sublime: we were surprised and pampered by the spring menu, which takes advantage of the richness and flavors of wild and seasonal herbs, paired with typical Canavese wines, balanced and never boring. In short, it's a place that has a lot to say, and says it well!

18/09/2025: A refreshing oasis in a corner of the world from another era! I'll definitely return to this place for the friendly staff, the quality and originality of the dishes, and the comprehensive and interesting wine list. We arrived before opening time, but were nevertheless greeted with incredible hospitality. An example of a welcoming culture from another era.
