28/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't be positive this time. On Sunday the 26th, I used a free card that included admission and a 25-minute massage. I decided to add 25 minutes, but they ended up charging me a whopping €67. Without further explanation, my request to change my bathrobe for a massage was denied. It seems to me that they're only concerned with profit and not customer satisfaction. What a shame.
