14/05/2026: Delicious! The seafood was very fresh. I had the pasta and fish dumplings, both were excellent. The bread served before the meal was also very fragrant and crispy! The service was exceptional; they changed our order immediately because we had ordered the wrong thing due to a language barrier!

02/05/2026: Chosen for the play area and extensive menu... Tamara was very kind from the moment we called to make the reservation... even more so once we arrived. We have a two-year-old, and when it was time to eat, Tamara brought us special children's cutlery, an extra plate, a disposable bib, and even a little gift for the little one... Very kind staff, ready and prepared to welcome the children. Delicious pizza... Recommended place

20/05/2026: We only ordered water with lemon and beer, and two desserts. We got the water, but no lemon. We didn't even see the beer. The ice cream trifle turned out to be just ice cream. When the waitress heard we weren't eating and just wanted something to drink and dessert, she became noticeably nervous and dismissive. The tiramisu dessert was quite tasty, but there was only one angelfish cookie for the entire serving, broken in half. It was good, though. The ice cream trifle, or rather just ice cream, was just ice cream. The beer… I really wanted to try it, but it never arrived. The service left much to be desired. Even though we paid a fixed fee for service, it wasn't deserved!

11/06/2026: We read about this restaurant and went there on our first night whist staying at the Hotel Venice Resort. They were out of fillet steak and so we opted for the only steak alternative. It was poor quality and tough. The pepper sauce was average, as was the service, on a Sunday whilst they accommodated a birthday party. Steak, wine and tiramisu came to €91. Overpriced and disappointing.

28/06/2026: If you are headed to Venice by car, this is the perfect place to stop. Beautiful pool, nicely done country decor throughout. The staff was extremely helpful and explained which trains to take, printed a train schedule for us, explained the best free parking locations. Very clean and beautiful place to stay.

14/05/2026: It was our first time there and we were absolutely thrilled! The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were very child-friendly, and the best part was that we had our dog with us, and he was greeted so warmly and kindly! We felt very comfortable and at ease. 01/06/2026: This experience left me very disappointed and completely changed the positive opinion I had of this restaurant. My husband and I came for lunch with our two children, ages 4 and 2. We'd been here several times before, and I'd even left a 5-star review with photos because I was so satisfied with the experience. When ordering, I clearly explained that two adults would be eating and that I would be taking care of the children. I only asked for an extra fork and knife to help them eat. We ordered two Complete Menus. The children didn't order anything and simply ate from our food. We didn't ask for extra bread, extra water, or any other dishes. When it came to the bill, however, I was told that the two children would also have to be counted and pay for two Reduced Menus. The amount initially requested was about 52 euros. I was very surprised because no one had informed me of this rule when ordering. The problem for me wasn't money. I would have had no problem paying any cover charge or any fees related to the children's seating. What I couldn't understand was why two children who hadn't ordered anything should be considered two additional menu items. If this rule had been explained to me beforehand, I would have been free to decide whether to order something extra for them. Throughout the conversation, I tried to understand and calmly ask for clarification. Unfortunately, I felt like my questions were being interpreted as an attempt to take advantage of the restaurant, which was completely unrealistic. I never hid the children's presence and had clearly explained the situation from the beginning. The most unpleasant part was the way the situation was handled. My Italian isn't perfect, and while I was trying to explain and translate what I wanted to say, I saw the staff commenting on the situation to other people passing by. I don't know exactly what was said, but I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. In that moment, I felt like I was being judged without anyone truly trying to listen to my point of view. In the end, the bill was corrected, and I only paid for the two Complete Menus plus the service charge, for a total of €32.50. However, I was also told not to return. The saddest thing is that all of this could have been avoided with clear communication from the beginning. I respect the rules of every restaurant, but I believe every customer deserves clear explanations and respect, especially when they're simply trying to understand a situation. No one should feel humiliated or treated as if they're trying to take advantage of others just for asking a question.

04/04/2026: We found this trattoria in Murano to be truly excellent. The value is excellent, with generous and well-prepared dishes. The service is impeccable: fast, friendly, and always available. It's also a perfect place for families, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and generous cuisine. Highly recommended for those looking for a truly local experience without breaking the bank!

30/04/2026: Everyone loved the pizza. I recommend it! The salmon was dry, but tasty. The desserts were very good.

22/04/2026: They tried to sell me a pizza that wasn't a hole in it, but a destroyed one, and they had the nerve to tell me they didn't notice the mistake! It's called a scam...never again, a sin because the pizza isn't even bad.

19/06/2026: Good evening, I'll start by saying that I'm a gondolier, and eating out is a daily occurrence for us. This place serves a bit of everything, from meat to fish, and the pizza is all delicious. The owners and waiters are friendly and very professional; try it and believe it. Of course, you can eat whatever you want, everything is delicious and cooked to perfection. Trust the gondoliers, who know their stuff.

19/06/2026: Well my experience of service was not soo good, I invite my daughter to eat there but because I did not want to eat and I ask for a drink in a meantime but , I was kick out off the place, the waiter said that it was a restaurant not w bar. Horrible service.

03/06/2026: I'm very disappointed with today's experience. I've been frequenting this restaurant for a long time, and just five days ago I even left a positive review, calling it a good, beautiful, and affordable place. Today, however, I was told I couldn't order the daily menu because it was reserved exclusively for workers. The thing that left me most perplexed was that I saw other people who didn't appear to be workers eating the same menu. When I explained that it wasn't my first time here and that I'd been a customer before, along with my husband, the response I received was, "I've never seen you." I felt treated rudely and without any consideration. It's not so much the fact that I couldn't order the menu, but the way it was communicated to me. For this reason, I'm amending my previous positive review.
