11/10/2025: A pleasant welcome and professional staff. We were seated on the outdoor terrace, but the experience quickly soured: invaded by mosquitoes, we had to cut our meal short before dessert. The dishes remain beautifully presented, but the portions have significantly shrunk. The €25 plate of fried seafood lacked flavor and accompaniments, and the €6 grilled vegetables were limited to a few pieces. In short, pleasant service but disappointing value for money. The establishment has lost its generosity and quality compared to previous years.

08/10/2025: Went on a recommendation from a friend. Very nice, tucked out of the way on a quiet alley. I had high expectations. Not sure about the Michelin rating, I expected a bit more attentive service only because of that, but I am spoiled in that sense. Food was very good. They sent reminders of my reservation several times. Interior was nicely done. This is a small restaurant, you would need a reservation.

Before beginning the tasting experience, you need to understand and appreciate the restaurant's concept: respect for local cuisine, respect for the local area, and for raw materials in all their forms, the use of uncommon ingredients, and the ability to see beyond. That said, Venissa offers two tasting experiences that change frequently depending on what the local area has to offer at any given time. The cuisine is primarily fish and vegetable-based. Homemade produce is the estate's strong point. The ingredients aren't necessarily high-quality, but they're treated with respect and creativity, minimizing waste. The staff is young and highly trained, each capable of engaging you emotionally in the experience. The beverage pairings are highly refined, and the evolution of the food is emphasized by the diverse products offered, not just wine but also drinks, kombucha, beer, cider, and more. An elegant location that reflects the concept of respect for materials and nature, everything in harmony, nothing left to chance. We will never stop thanking you for the wonderful experience. 13/10/2025: Food was very unique but not tasty at all. I can’t think of a single dish I really enjoyed and a lot of it was plain unpleasant. The venue was beautiful. No one offered us a drinks list and the sommelier who was meant to come over never did so we didn’t get drinks. They make you tell them two courses in advance if you want to use the toilet which is overkill in my opinion.

I'm allergic to shellfish, so I can't order many dishes, but my girlfriend and her mother always order the mixed fried fish or the mixed antipasto. Amazing. I order the spaghetti/linguine with lupini beans, and last time they added mussels and tomato sauce. Food porn!!! Heavenly deliciousness! That said, the atmosphere is friendly, polite, and kind, and you even feel pampered and spoiled!!!!

16/09/2025: We came here for dinner with colleagues, a real discovery of local cuisine. There's no menu, but Nicola is there to present all the daily specials featuring local fish, with their respective prices. He's very friendly and very characteristic. The fish is incredibly fresh; on his recommendation, we ate everything from appetizer to main course, without a doubt one of the best in the area. Excellent steamed boiled meats, very good gnocchi, divine fried freshly caught calamari... We'll definitely be back, bringing more colleagues for the great value. 29/09/2025: A restaurant that impresses in every way. Incredibly family-friendly. Art supplies and a children's playground that can be viewed from the square via screens. This allows you to enjoy your meal in peace while the kids play, and no one gets bored. The food is excellent. Fresh, generous portions, and excellent service. We highly recommend it. We'll be back.

06/10/2025: I was able to celebrate my milestone birthday at the Fattoria with my guests – and I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful evening. We not only enjoyed the wonderful ambiance, but also the delicious food and Salvatore's attentive service. Paola and her team in the kitchen and service department truly gave it their all, and we had a wonderful, unforgettable evening. We will definitely dine at the Fattoria again on our next Cavollino vacation.

I was there on a Thursday afternoon when it opened, and it started to fill up shortly after, so I recommend making a reservation. The raw fish dish was truly satisfying and filling.
