If you are headed to Venice by car, this is the perfect place to stop. Beautiful pool, nicely done country decor throughout. The staff was extremely helpful and explained which trains to take, printed a train schedule for us, explained the best free parking locations. Very clean and beautiful place to stay.

We stayed one night at Relais Do Ciacole and were impressed by the beauty of the property and the excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, our night was disturbed by an intermittent noise from the convector heater, which prevented us from getting a proper night's sleep. ​However, we would like to highlight the management's extreme professionalism: after we reported the technical problem, the staff was understanding and promptly provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. It's rare to find a property so attentive to guests, even in the face of unexpected events.
