We stayed one night at Relais Do Ciacole and were impressed by the beauty of the property and the excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, our night was disturbed by an intermittent noise from the convector heater, which prevented us from getting a proper night's sleep. ​However, we would like to highlight the management's extreme professionalism: after we reported the technical problem, the staff was understanding and promptly provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. It's rare to find a property so attentive to guests, even in the face of unexpected events. With a few small touches, the rooms could really achieve excellent comfort. For example, the shower head and the lighting. Otherwise, it's exceptional, not to mention the sublime cuisine you can enjoy in the attached restaurant. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very helpful, and the food is excellent. It's located in a quiet rural setting, perfect for jogging. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Venice.
