31/03/2024: Takeaway food (stewed cod and polenta) of lower quality than school canteens. Too bad the price is much, much more expensive. This preparation cannot be defined as "stewed cod". From the color you can already tell that it is not stewed cod but creamed with the addition of tomato. After a few bites you can no longer eat. As a base for a fish sauce or some other preparation, I don't deny that it can be used... too bad that, as per tradition, I had ordered stewed cod. The relationship with my guests was not positive at all, I really had to apologise.

31/03/2024: A disaster! I order some stewed cod to take away, and they tell me there are no problems. Well this is the result... almost certainly defrosted and cooked fish, clearly visible that it is leftover creamed cod with the addition of a bit of tomato packaged and put away for orders like this. A disappointment given the price it had, more than €50!! I was tempted to bring it back to him, but maybe a review is worth a thousand words spent. I recommend not buying dishes like these in this place, our tradition is definitely different.

01/03/2024: I heard a lot about it and finally I went... and I went back the following evening too. And I'm sure I'll be back soon  because I have a weakness for pleasant surprises. I can only reconfirm the praise of the reviews of recent years: excellent quality of food and wine, beautiful menu of traditional cuisine revisited and presented in a refined and modern key, beautiful presentation on the plate, truly excellent service (it was not "wrong " nothing) and a reasonable price for what is offered. Desserts deserve a chapter, but I will be shorter and more explicit: WONDERFUL. The location... the location is among the most suggestive, in the center but at the same time quiet between the bell tower and the ancient mills, and inside the restaurant area is a small gem for those who love a quiet and relaxing corner with a atmosphere from other times. The beautiful ones. Congratulations to the chefs, service staff and owners!

29/02/2024: Ne ho sentito molto parlare e finalmente ci sono andata...e  ci sono tornata anche la sera dopo. E sono sicura di tornarci presto  perché ho un debole per le piacevoli sorprese. Non posso che riconfermare le lodi delle recensioni degli ultimi anni: ottima qualità del cibo e del vino, bel menù di una cucina tradizionale rivisitata e presentata in chiave raffinata e moderna, bellissima la presentazione sul piatto, servizio veramente eccellente (non è stato "sbagliato" niente) e prezzo nella norma per quanto offerto. I dolci meritano un capitolo, ma sarò più breve ed esplicita: MERAVIGLIOSI. La location...la posizione è tra le più suggestive, in pieno centro ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla tra il campanile e gli antichi mulini, e all'interno la zona ristorante è una piccola gemma per chi ama un angolo tranquillo e rilassante con un'atmosfera da altri tempi. Quelli belli. Complimenti ai cuochi, al personale di servizio e ai titolari!
