11/07/2026: Wonderful experience. I was here with a friend and it was a perfect evening. We sat at a table with a truly picturesque lake view, with the cool breeze typical of the lake making the atmosphere fantastic. We had two appetizers and two fish courses with a glass of wine and water for €40 per person. The fish was fresh with carefully selected seasonings, beautifully presented and not greasy or heavy, but cooked just right. The waiters are very good, attentive, polite, and friendly. They bring you homemade bread on a cutting board with a knife to cut it, thus personalizing the experience. The convenience of booking online is a plus! Truly excellent, we'll do it again! Thank you!

11/07/2026: The restaurant is cute, overlooking the water, and the atmosphere and ambiance are lovely. I can't say the same about the food, because the ribs I ordered really made me sick. They were fatty and greasy, with no meat and just sauce. Unfortunately, both my girlfriend and I, who only tasted them, used the bathroom that night, and let's just say that didn't help us leave a good memory of the place. The staff is also friendly, and the service is quite quick.

15/05/2026: I had a truly wonderful experience at Pizzeria Metropoli. The welcome was fantastic: the staff were kind, smiling, and attentive; I immediately felt at home. As a Neapolitan, I also really appreciated the uniqueness and diversity of the pizzas offered. My partner had a pizza, which I, of course, also tried 😄, and it was truly excellent, with original and very balanced combinations. One thing that really struck me was the presentation of my salad, served in a pizza crust shell: a unique idea, beautiful to look at, and incredibly delicious! My compliments for the creativity and atmosphere; I'll definitely be back!

03/01/2026: A beautiful old property. The pool (additional charge) is also accessible to non-hotel guests. It's about a 20-minute walk to the town center (through the grounds of the neighboring clinic). Unfortunately, we discovered that instead of the large, park-like grounds with beautiful fig trees, an ugly supermarket now obstructs the view. The pool, which resembles a public outdoor swimming pool, is very crowded, especially on summer weekends! If we stay again, it would only be for an overnight stop. Therefore, only three stars.

02/06/2026: As soon as we entered, they gave us a nasty look and asked if we wanted to eat (it was 7:30 PM). We hadn't even had time to sit down before they wanted to take our order. After we asked to wait a few minutes, the waiter made a couple of tasteless and completely unwelcome jokes and then left. Afterward, almost out of spite, no one else showed up to take our order. The food was average, nothing exceptional, but okay. Throughout the dinner, the waiters looked at us like we were unwelcome. An experience not to be repeated. I don't recommend it.

01/06/2026: Unfortunately, it was a bad experience; I ate a chicken cutlet that was clearly reheated from the day before. I asked if they had anything for gluten intolerants and they gave me a paltry package of four rice cakes and that was it. I didn't ask for homemade bread, of course, but a package like that just isn't enough.

07/06/2026: Restaurant: Service was friendly and fast. The annoying fan above the table was turned off upon request. The food was good, however the portions were too small (e.g., Carbonara al lago).

03/03/2026: Parlo served us and we had lovely meal beside the canal with the canal view. It had a lovely romantic and homely feel to the place and all the staff were lovely. The food was very nice and good potion sizes for a reasonable price.

13/06/2026: A pleasant evening at this place I wasn't familiar with. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, with Latin American music playing in the background. Friendly and professional table service. The specialties here are Spanish cuisine: paella first and foremost (excellent), the slightly spicy potatoes, and sangria to go with it... Affordable and not overpriced prices, a place suitable for all ages, including families. Ample free parking outside the back of the place. Definitely worth returning to... Ole'

10/06/2026: The place is small but very welcoming. We were given excellent advice on the dishes to choose from, and the portions were so generous that I forgot about the main course. The food was divine. We'll definitely be back.

10/06/2026: The service was terrible. I understand it was crowded (Monday evening), but the waiters practically refused to look around. They only went to tables that still had to order, and refused to come to us even though we called them several times—and yes, they clearly saw us. One waiter in particular didn't even wait for us to finish our sentence before immediately leaving. We also had to remind him about our appetizer, the bruschetta, which arrived after we'd already finished our first courses. Absurd. Having to wait almost 20 minutes for the bill, and having to ask two waiters for it, doesn't seem like the best thing to me, considering the bill must be brought to your table, and we missed the vaporetto we wanted to catch. Furthermore, the price of the food doesn't reflect the quality at all, which is very average. I'm trying to be very understanding, as I've also been a waitress in the past and understand certain situations, but not like this. You don't feel welcomed in the slightest.

02/06/2026: Honestly, a total disappointment. The prices are sky-high, but the portions are ridiculous. We ordered grilled fish, expecting a large plate, but instead we were treated to a prawn, a piece of salmon, and what looked like half a sea bass. That was the end of the meal. It's a shame, because we expected much more from a restaurant in such a beautiful location.
