A fairly good Spanish restaurant in the province of Padua. We shared some appetizers and then had the mixed paella, and were generally satisfied. I would have expected a little more, but it was good! The service was a little slow, but overall, I recommend trying it.

A pleasant evening at this place I wasn't familiar with.
Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, with Latin American music playing in the background.
Friendly and professional table service.
The specialties here are Spanish cuisine: paella first and foremost (excellent), the slightly spicy potatoes, and sangria to go with it...
Affordable and not overpriced prices, a place suitable for all ages, including families.
Ample free parking outside the back of the place.
Definitely worth returning to... Ole'

The place is small but very welcoming. We were given excellent advice on the dishes to choose from, and the portions were so generous that I forgot about the main course. The food was divine. We'll definitely be back.

We've been going to Torera for a long time. The paella is impeccably cooked: "I want to offer my warmest compliments to the restaurant. Debora is the very kind and courteous manager, and her sister Cintia is a superb chef. We always order the paella, and it's always a real surprise: rich, fragrant, generous, and with every ingredient cooked to perfection. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is attentive and friendly. A well-deserved five stars!"

Be wary of uninformed reviews of paella: it's not real paella, just basmati rice (no creaming, no crust), simply yellowed and probably cooked without ingredients that are added later. It doesn't taste much like fish or meat, and you can tell the preparation was superficial, not like the real paella from other places, which are much better in the area, or the ones I've had in Spain (in my case, in Barcelona and Valencia). Everything else is fine.
