20/01/2026: A very charming little restaurant. Run by a single gentleman who cooks, serves the tables, and does it all himself. That's why it takes a bit longer than in other places. I highly recommend it, especially for those without children. Great food and a cozy atmosphere (if you have time ;-)). Authentic and wonderful!

13/01/2026: Francesco is a magician. Working solo in his tiny kitchen he serves the most creative Seafood dishes in Capoliveri and probably on the whole Island. Excellent quality, cozy atmosphere, good music, fun host. 10/10 and a top 3 Spot on Elba.

08/04/2026: The new restaurant da Paolo passes the stress test of its change of location (from the historic Pineta to the new location on Via di Favale) with flying colors. A magnificent and impressive renovation, with meticulous attention to every detail. The outdoor space cries out to be enjoyed, so beautiful, green, and spacious it is, with truly beautiful tables and seating. The menu lived up to expectations, and the linguine with red snapper and spaghetti with clams proved to be absolute champions. The staff in the dining room are enthusiastic about the new opening, yet at the same time extremely precise, polite, and responsive to every request and question. A carefully curated menu that retraces the historic cuisine of da Paolo and also offers an interesting selection of the catch of the day. The wine list is equally extensive and very well-structured. Special mention goes to the desserts, which concluded our first dinner at Paolo in exemplary fashion. Bravo! You have GIVEN Marina di Campo and all of us a new place in our hearts, where we will build new memories and new emotions.

23/03/2026: Lovely atmosphere in front of the Porto Azzurro harbor. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived, and the woman serving us was truly kind and friendly. It's a shame the menu isn't very varied, but everything is really good quality. We'll definitely be back!

22/03/2026: Excellent welcome. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately seated at our table. Service was fast. The young man who looked after us was very kind and attentive. Even though it was clear he was learning, he was excellent. He was also looked after attentively and kindly, I believe, by one of the owners. There was a great atmosphere, which is not always expected in a restaurant. The food was fantastic. Excellent family lunch.

22/03/2026: Aside from the splendid view, the rest needs improvement. The fried seafood is questionable for a place where the seafood should be top-notch. The cacciucco (fish stew) has little variety.

We ordered the tasting menu and were enchanted: excellent ingredients cooked with extreme care, impeccably presented dishes, perfect and absolutely unconventional wine pairings (with a few French gems). But the best thing is the passion of the two owner brothers, one in charge of the kitchen and the other in charge of the dining room staff. It warms the heart to see such passion and professionalism from such young people! Well done, keep up the good work, and we'll see you again soon!

23/09/2025: We've been coming here for a few years, but this is the first time we've written a review, because the place deserves it. We've almost always ordered the so-called tourist menu, which isn't touristy at all: always impeccable fish starters, an excellent mixed fried fish main course, side dishes, and even wine at a more than fair price. Add to that the very friendly and courteous staff and the beautiful view of the Rio Marina harbor, and it's one of the best restaurants on Elba. Congratulations to the management and staff, and see you next year! We want to try the pizza, which looks wonderful...

High quality, flavorful, and light dishes make for a delightful evening. Excellent service, even in the wine selection... I repeat, young, fresh, and delicious.
