The new restaurant da Paolo passes the stress test of its change of location (from the historic Pineta to the new location on Via di Favale) with flying colors. A magnificent and impressive renovation, with meticulous attention to every detail. The outdoor space cries out to be enjoyed, so beautiful, green, and spacious it is, with truly beautiful tables and seating. The menu lived up to expectations, and the linguine with red snapper and spaghetti with clams proved to be absolute champions. The staff in the dining room are enthusiastic about the new opening, yet at the same time extremely precise, polite, and responsive to every request and question. A carefully curated menu that retraces the historic cuisine of da Paolo and also offers an interesting selection of the catch of the day. The wine list is equally extensive and very well-structured. Special mention goes to the desserts, which concluded our first dinner at Paolo in exemplary fashion. Bravo! You have GIVEN Marina di Campo and all of us a new place in our hearts, where we will build new memories and new emotions.
