30/12/2025: I could go on and on about the beauty of the setting, the photos on the walls, or the kindness of the staff, but I'll cut it short and simply say that Cacciucco is top-notch! If I'm in Livorno again, I'll definitely return.

28/12/2025: Terrible experience. We waited over an hour for the first cacciucco to arrive, and they're certainly not made-to-order dishes. The rest of the dishes were brought one by one, and the last one took two hours. The service was nonexistent and even annoyed. The cacciucco was an overcooked fish broth; it should be eaten with a fork, not a spoon.

02/03/2026: Excellent experience. We came to lunch at the Sienese winery somewhat by chance. It was an exceptional discovery. Fast and friendly staff, delicious dishes typical of Livorno's tradition, affordable prices but excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

13/10/2025: Located on a beautiful beach, the restaurant is easy to find and easy to enjoy. We came here for dinner with my boyfriend in the evening. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the friendly waitresses found us a table in the front row by the water without us even having to wait. We received very friendly service; even though the lady barely spoke English, she was super friendly and funny, and we communicated with gestures and a smile. I want to emphasize that this is quite rare! Otherwise, you'd get yelled at if you don't speak Italian. The food was fantastic, everything was prepared with love, excellent wine recommendations, everything was fantastic. From my perspective and experience, the restaurant deserves five stars.

28/09/2025: The pizza tastes excellent! The staff is friendly and attentive. Reservations are recommended on weekends. There is no on-site parking, but there is a paid parking lot about 50 meters away and a free one about 200 meters away.

26/02/2026: We had a lovely time here during our stay in Livorno. I had the Baccala con Livornese and the Polpette al Sugo, and both were delicious. My wife had the Pappardelle with Guanciale and the Traditional Platter, and they were also lovely. We were also looked after very well by the young cameriera, who recommended an excellent red wine to accompany our meals. We would happily return.

25/02/2026: We were probably unlucky, but 45 minutes for a plate of pasta and a tagliata is absolutely absurd. A ton of sauce and two strands of pasta; to save money, perhaps the opposite would be better, since with 10 cents more you can get double the amount. People arrive later and eat earlier, orders forgotten (without even apologizing), wine at €5 a glass without knowing what it is (if it's the house wine, it's excessive; if it's a bottle, you usually ask for preferences!). All this topped off by a never-ending argument in the kitchen. Perhaps this is the reason for the poor service, but frankly, sometimes a small gesture is enough to prevent a customer from feeling uncomfortable.

17/10/2025: Perfect express fish soup! Don't complain about the 40-minute wait... or make a reservation! Thanks to the staff who start working at 7:00 AM to prepare the homemade bread you can enjoy at dinner ❤️

10/10/2025: What can I say? The chef, with whom we personally reserved a table yesterday, has learned his craft. The "fish soup" is top-notch. The tomato sauce "soup" has a truly perfect balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the sugar, which brings them to life. Simply brilliant. Mama Sita, in a nutshell. It couldn't be better. It was just as delicious from bite to bite as you couldn't achieve it yourself. The recommended wine complemented the taste experience positively. We had the soup for one person and shared it because we wanted a second dish. We had the homemade ravioli. That was the crowning glory. The homemade sauce, too, was a gourmet's dream. A Michelin-starred restaurant could add this chef to its menu once a month. Provided the best fresh produce is used. He buys fresh produce every morning, as he told me. So make a reservation and enjoy—it's worth every cent. And to top it all off, there was a lemon sorbet. For the lady at the table, it's normal, and for me, it's vodka and a cafe doppio. Unfortunately, it's not in the picture.

22/11/2025: We stopped at this restaurant after a stroll through the center of Piombino. We had a wonderful meal in a tastefully decorated, clean setting, with friendly, helpful owners. If you're passing through Piombino, it's a must-see. Highly recommended.
