20/09/2025: Despite not having any room, they made room for us early for dinner before the other reservations. The service was excellent, both on the phone and in person. We had a Castelmagno cheese and hazelnut pizza (just average, lacking a bit of intensity) and some orecchetti, which were delicious. Highly recommended!

17/09/2025: Fish fit for a king, but keep it simple! When I go to Follonica, I always look for simple places where you can eat fish properly. This is one of those trattorias, without too many frills, with old-fashioned decor and a genuine atmosphere. I have to be honest: when it comes to fresh fish, they have few rivals. I had an octopus appetizer that melted in your mouth and a textbook grill, the kind that tastes of the sea. A friend who was with me, however, fared worse with a rice entree: it was overcooked, it seemed reheated, something you don't expect in a place like this. The atmosphere is lively, quite noisy and constantly coming and going, but that's the beauty of real trattorias. The staff is friendly, perhaps a little chaotic when it's busy, but always friendly. My advice: go there for the fresh fish, grilled or fried, and you won't go wrong. The price is fair.

21/09/2025: Went here since we felt like having a truffle lunch, this place absolutely didn’t disappoint. Lovely Italian restaurant, chef came to the table himself to ask if everything was okay. Service was super friendly, food was amazing. Every dish we saw passing looked tasty and the amount of truffle added to our pasta carbonara was way more than we dared to hope for. Absolutely recommend!

14/09/2025: A superb restaurant in the historic center of Grosseto. Finally, you can eat fish here. The highest quality goes perfectly with the service and location. Kudos also to the bathroom, which is not only beautiful but also clean, which, unfortunately, isn't a given. Many compliments indeed 👏.

27/11/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time today for lunch with my girlfriend. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating, the service was absolutely impeccable, and the quality of the food was top-notch... as well as a culinary experience in terms of flavors. My only small constructive criticism was that the spaghetti was a bit salty, which contrasted a bit with the fish, but again, it's a constructive criticism. The price? It's definitely an expensive restaurant, but it's also definitely a truly high-end restaurant, so you pay for quality. The 5 stars are well deserved. Thank you

01/11/2025: The food was incredible and the service was the best. They even made us special, off-menu items: a fantastic steak and potatoes and a delicious cheese butter pasta for my kid. A great bonus: they taught us how to taste and spot good olive oil. Highly recommend going here for the great food and fantastic staff. Grazie and arrivederci.

30/09/2025: A cute little restaurant run by one person, so it takes a bit longer to be served. Otherwise, the restaurant has a small blackboard menu. The dishes we had were simply delicious! Highly recommended. The octopus in a slightly spicy tomato soup was perfectly cooked. A wonderful comfort food. The mackerel with chickpeas was also a dream. Bottom line: be patient and indulge your taste buds!

05/10/2025: I honestly don't understand why people keep giving it five stars. The price is reasonable, but the quality of the fish is truly awful. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos to prove it, but the only options available were shrimp, cuttlefish, mussels, and clams...other types of fish were nonexistent (I went there on a Saturday night for dinner). The appetizer included one of those sauce-and-clam dishes you can obviously find in supermarkets; the fish was almost completely raw, whether grilled or fried. The fried fish, moreover, was inedible and tasted as if it had been cooked a while ago and then reheated. In conclusion, I didn't feel like I was eating fresh fish, but rather frozen, and even poorly cooked, if I may say so. Luckily, we didn't have a bad night. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't go back.

08/12/2025: Acqua Cheta Restaurant Bagno a Ripoli I gave it 5 stars for everything. Friendly waiters, impeccable service. Excellent food, abundant quality for the price. The restaurant is in a beautiful Location and furnished with style. Outside, there is a beautiful furnished garden with tables for enjoying the summer season. Good food. There is ample car parking. I can recommend it to other people. We will be back again. Emil.

05/10/2025: I was disappointed. I knew it was expensive, but that's not the problem. I expected more quality beyond the presentation. Nothing memorable. Everything was more beautiful than it was good, including the Catalana. The dish was beautiful, but I've had much better elsewhere. The wine list is superb. A restaurant that's resting on its laurels. It was a pleasant evening, of course, but I expect more.
