14/05/2026: Seafood restaurant located near the Florence Sud highway exit. Very pleasant atmosphere, with informal yet elegant decor. Interesting dishes, including a good variety of raw seafood. The quality of the ingredients and dishes is decidedly high. Prices are a bit high, but reasonable. Service isn't the fastest, but always very friendly. Overall, a place definitely worth trying.

12/05/2026: Stefano's is always a great place to eat. The fish is fresh and cooked delicately and simply, without over-indulging, showcasing the ingredients. Spaghetti with clams is fantastic. Baked cod is delicious. The ricotta dessert is a must. Highly recommended.

30/04/2026: The fish was fresh, but the spaghetti with clams was truly bland. I think I chose the wrong dish, considering the first and second courses my companions chose were tasty and well-made. The price was a bit high, in my opinion, for what we ate.

16/05/2026: The food is decent, dishes cooked just like grandma used to. An old-fashioned seafood trattoria. It's located behind the Follonica market and is always very busy. Good service, shame about the streetside location, but for that octopus, you'll be happy to settle!

02/05/2026: Pizza, not pizza, embarrassing waiters, we asked for an opinion on the wine and the answer was: "I don't know, try it and see." Immediately afterward, some girls at the next table ordered gluten-free food, a waiter came and left it at our table without explaining anything, and then our entrees were brought to their table...professionalism at its highest level. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

08/05/2026: We just returned from a 3 week honeymoon in Italy which required a LOT of planning. I normally am not one to leave a review, but we relied so heavily on them to plan our trip so I wanted to share my experience to hopefully help someone else out. :) This was the third stop of our trip. And if I had to describe this hotel, I'd say it's like a luxury bed and breakfast in the rolling hills of Tuscany. The property is gorgeous and the staff was very accommodating. However, be aware, this hotel is not walking distance to really anything so you will either need a car or will need to hire a taxi or a driver to get anywhere. We ended up paying over $75 in 1 day just to get to and from the town of Cortona which is about a 10 min car ride away. Also, when we were there in April, I think we were 2 of maybe 6 guests on property. It felt almost eerily quiet. This is definitely not a hotel that you would come to for the fun atmosphere. Its more of a relaxing, luxury, and romantic get away. The staff does a nice job to help coordinate any plans / logistics that are needed. And I would highly recommend making plans for each day that you are there. We really enjoyed the wine tour that they coordinated for us. I do want to give a special shoutout to the food because the breakfast and dinner that we had were always fantastic! However, be mindful that that their kitchen is closed on Monday nights and so are many of the local restaurants. We found ourselves in a bit of a predicament after our wine tour, so we had to have our driver bring us to a grocery store to get some food. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Just do your homework before hand so that your stay can be as enjoyable as possible!

13/01/2026: This place was so serene and quiet this time of year (late December). The staff was attentive and accommodating and the food... so good! Worth staying here for couples. I would say it's romantic. But, we also saw a couple of young families. You will be spoiled if you stay here. We will never get a better breakfast spread anywhere. They set the bar high!
