04/05/2026: Interesting location, excellent table service right from the moment you arrive. That's all there is to it. The pizza was really small and had very little toppings; I wouldn't eat it again even if I paid (I'm sorry to say, but it wasn't good). We paid so much, but I don't understand why. Just because the place overlooks the lake? The value for money is nonexistent.

23/04/2026: The owner is really nice, and the place is cute and overlooks the lake. There are some good and some not-so-good dishes, but the quality/price ratio is fair.

17/05/2026: A magical place, a very welcoming hotel with a breathtaking sea view. The owners are very kind and make you feel at home. They've truly enhanced the place, renovating the various facilities with taste and harmony. Giorgia at the front desk was always very helpful and always ready to give us excellent advice. Thanks also to Sabrina, the cleaning lady, who always goes out of her way.

13/09/2025: The pasta is good, we weren't as lucky with the grilled fish (the smell and taste indicated it wasn't fresh) and after a few hours it made us feel really bad.

04/03/2026: My family and I had a terrible meal. The service was incredibly slow. We arrived at 1:30 PM and had lunch until almost 4 PM. Not only were we unable to enjoy the food, I didn't even find it to be of any quality.

01/07/2026: We were offered complimentary prosecco and bruschetta when we arrived, which was a nice start. We placed our order and waited for the complimentary items... and waited. Eventually our meals arrived, but the promised prosecco and bruschetta never did. We assumed perhaps they'd bring them later, maybe after the meal. Nope. After finishing our food, we still hadn't seen anyone. We eventually managed to flag down a member of staff, who seemed reluctant to come over. When we politely asked about the complimentary prosecco we'd been offered, the response was dismissive enough that it felt like we were being told to stop bothering them. We paid, left disappointed, and never received what had been promised. The food itself was mediocre, so there wasn't much to redeem the experience. Offering complimentary items as a welcome gesture is a nice idea, but it's meaningless if they're never served, and even worse when asking about them is treated as an inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish, and we won't be returning.

18/11/2025: Unfortunately, I live far from this shop, where I would be a loyal customer. They have everything I consider a treat and that gives me peace of mind. Luckily, online orders exist. I was really pleased with the service, very fast, and the package was well-packaged. Thank you.

06/07/2026: A missed opportunity: when service dampens enthusiasm. All the ingredients were there for a memorable evening: friends, good company, and the renowned nassa shrimp, the restaurant's flagship. We had booked in the morning, precisely to enjoy the sea view. But reality met with rigid and icy service. Despite the fact that there were several free sea-view tables in the dining room, we were confined to an inside "wall-facing" table. Our request to change seats was met with an adamant, "They're booked." "But we have a reservation, too!" It was disheartening to dine facing a wall, while those famous "reserved" tables sat sadly empty before our eyes all evening. A shame: a restaurant that focuses on culinary excellence should understand that hospitality is the first ingredient of every dish.
