14/05/2025: Non avevamo mai potuto immaginare che in questo piccolo borgo di Taormina per esattezza a Piazza Duomo ci fosse situato questo piccolo ristorante. Decido di salire per vedere se fosse ancora aperto, la fortuna è stata dalla nostra parte.All’ingresso ci accoglie Luca cameriere molto cordiale e simpatico che ci mette subito a nostro agio mostrandoci il menù con tutte le sue prelibatezze e spigandoci tutti i piatti in modo molto semplice e dettagliato.Decidiamo di prendere un antipasto la famosa parmigiana di melanzane, e una caponata alla siciliana in agrodolce qualcosa di veramente speciale.Passiamo ai primi piatti di cui ci vengono consigliati dallo Chef Renato un duetto di tagliatelle all’erbette aromatiche e gnocchi di patate al nero di seppia che dire non ci sono parole per descrivere quanto sia stato fantastico conoscervi e vi ringrazio per la magnifica cena con la quale mi sono veramente assaporato Complimenti a tutto lo staff. Ci rivedremo presto

12/04/2025: Sehr freundliche Bedienung, gutes Sizilianische Küche, top Lage auf einer Terrasse vor dem Dom, ABER: teuer, zu viel verrechnet: Preise auf der Rechnung höher als in der karte, Wasserflasche zu viel auf der Rechnung, in der Karte sind die Getränke nicht beschrieben. Achtung: 0,75ltr Wasser kostet eur 5,-; ein Glas Hauswein rot oder weiß wird mit eur 10,- verrechnet. Vorspeisenteller mit lokalen Fisch: Lachs geräuchert und lachstatare war ebenfalls mit dabei. Lokal?

26/09/2024: We went to this restaurant with a tour group for pizza making. It is a tiny restaurant with a very friendly and service-oriented team. In all honesty, the pizza making class was pretty uninspired. More like watching one of the pizza cooks make a pizza. There was one opportunity to add your own ingredients to a pizza, but that is not exactly a pizza class. So, the class experience was pretty much a 2 out of 5. So, consider this instead a review of the pizza and restaurant itself. On that measure it was a solid to high 4 out of 5 stars. The quality of the pizza was excellent – crust, sauces, toppings. Service was good, although they seemed to lose interest as time went on, which drops to the 4 stars.

My wife and children, on the other hand, love the pizzas here, cooked to perfection and with a lot of choice of ingredients, original pizzas worth trying! 02/10/2024: Abbiamo visitato l’isola di Salina e per la sosta pranzo ci veniva consigliato nella frazione di Lingua un altro ristorante. Vista la folla ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo fatto bene. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo piatto di spaghetti con le vongole e una cassatina veramente molto buona accompagnati da un ottimo vino bianco. La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile anche quando nell’attesa di ripartire è venuto a piovere e lei molto gentilmente ci offerto un riparo. Lo consiglio.

01/03/2025: Il primo plus del ristorante è quello di essere,praticamente, sulla spiaggia dell'omonimo hotel. Per mangiare potete scegliere dal menù ed avrete una buona esperienza in linea con altri validi ristoranti di pesce milazzesi, oppure potete prenotare per tempo in una serata non di punta e concordare con chef Cafeo (cuoco che ha fatto la storia della ristorazione a Milazzo) un menù a piacere dello chef in base alla disponibilità del giorno. In questo caso avrete un esperienza che nulla ha da invidiare ad un ristorante Michelin. Facciamo così ogni anno con un gruppo di colleghi di lavoro e le foto (tratte da cene diverse) bastano da sole a farsi un'idea del livello di cucina. Siamo già pronti a ritornare alla prossima riapertura, in genere per Pasqua.

Classic mixed sweet/sauté breakfast with availability of basic foods and valid alternatives, but with a fairly limited overall choice. Good quality raw material. Excellent restaurant with quality raw materials and refined and tasty preparation. Restaurant room directly on the beach with spectacular views. Private beach accessible and very convenient to use. Rooms on average in good maintenance and cleanliness conditions, free of frills. Daily towel change. The only problem to report is the rather annoying noise from the kitchen hoods in the pre- and post-dinner hours of around 7.30am-10.30pm, especially on one of the sides of the hotel. 22/04/2025: Die Küche hat ihre Highlights (Lamm) und ihre Lowlights (kalter Fisch serviert). Das Service ist bemüht, kommt aber nicht wirklich über einen mittleren Standard hinaus. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Atmosphäre. Man sitzt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Wintergarten und das Lokal wirkt kalt. Hier scheinen auch nur Touristen zu speisen und keine Einheimischen, was wir in Italien nie als gutes Zeichen erlebt haben.

14/04/2025: Cenamos aquí por mi cumpleaños y tuvimos una noche muy encantadora. Las mesas de la pequeña terraza de la azotea están en un lugar muy romántico, con la cumbre del Monte Etna justo visible sobre los antiguos tejados. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por el personal y las opciones de comida y vino fueron algunos de los mejores que probamos en Taormina.
