17/05/2025: Alla scoperta dei sapori tradizionali e non, ogni portata è un’esplosione di gusto. Potessi dare più stele le darei con molto piacere. Il personale è gentile e non invadente il proprietario simpatico ed attento. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante.

27/03/2025: Locale ben gestito, è davvero facile sentirsi a casa. Il personale è molto gentile ed il proprietario Domenico ti accompagna per tutta la degustazione. Pizza eccellente e pesce super fresco!

31/05/2025: Nice restaurant with lake view, indoor and outdoor dining. Since it was a windy day we had lunch inside. Delicious food!!! All fresh and very very good! We had a mixed appetizer and a mussels pepper dish, two first courses, risotto with seafood and paccheri with shrimp and pistachio. Truly a delight! The portions are generous, I was convinced to have the second course but unfortunately I was full! The guys who took care of our table were kind and present but not intrusive! Even if we have already complimented the chef, I think it is right to do so again! To him but also to the guys in the service!!! The prices are fair for the quality of the food and the portions! Highly recommended restaurant! On our next vacation we will definitely be back!

15/10/2024: Comida increíble, servicio y hermosa vista! Sus mariscos se sirven frescos de la captura del día. Usted tiene la opción de elegir su pescado, cangrejo o langosta si lo desea. Mi hija pidió bistec sobre ensalada y le encantó. Pedí cavatelli con langostino y OMG estaba tan delicioso y se puede saborear la frescura del langostino. Tampoco nos dimos cuenta de que este restaurante era Michelin seleccionado hasta que nos fuimos y vimos el cartel. 10 / 10 recomendaría!

05/06/2025: The waiters were incredibly unfriendly. We were approached by a waiter and said we only wanted an Aperol. When we ordered it and said we didn't want anything else, the behavior was immediately very unfriendly and rude. We might have decided to eat something there. The tables were so wobbly that we almost spilled the Aperol, and the food probably spilled all over the table. So please don't invite customers in if they just want a drink.

04/06/2025: Good food but not very good, absurd prices really very exaggerated, a plate of pasta 26€ and you are left hungry, when pasta is 1€ per kg and it is really shameful to be stingy with pasta. I recommend having dinner at home before going there. We spent 40€ per person but to fill ourselves up we then took pizzas at the end, it does not make much sense to go and eat fish and then fill yourself up with pizza. I strongly advise against it.

12/04/2025: everything is beautiful even the cigarettes floating in the sea, shame about Etna which was always exuviate, once I got the wine with almonds at the MD which was delicious

30/05/2025: We deliberately chose a fish restaurant that advertised regional specialties and, unfortunately, wasn't by the sea. The location, right next to the express train, wasn't particularly inviting! My husband ordered the house wine, two appetizers, and the fish from the daily special. The wine glasses were still on the table when the carafe of house wine was placed in front of us. Guests serve themselves here! Then the fries arrived on a plate with a paper napkin, waiting for the fish. Grilled fish, flaky, lukewarm, and old, so that after two bites, we were served by a bland, musty taste. The chef himself confirmed to us that the fish is exactly how it's eaten here, and after all, it is a specialty restaurant! We just wanted to leave and waited for the bill. And we were quite surprised that the chef hadn't charged us for the fish after all! We were literally served!!

19/05/2025: It's always a shame to review a place you've returned to several times, even if you've noticed a trend toward worsening. The last experience was disappointing to say the least, with decidedly high prices in relation to the quantity served, especially for the scampi first course (it must have been about sixty grams of pasta, if you're being generous). As for the quality of the dishes, it's a matter of personal preference and so I don't want to objectify, even if in my opinion the clam first course was unrelated and therefore not very tasty. It's a different story for the ingredients, where it's a shame to notice an industrial syrup in a dessert that was defined as artisanal and entirely produced by the restaurant. Slightly high price for the products served, good mussel soup and pleasant house wine.

18/05/2025: Terrible service. They do not care if you wait until over an hour and a half for food. Do not recommend this restaurant! The staff seemed to be more attentive to locals. They told us the tables with the good view were reserved and the whole time we were there no one sat it those seats. Seemed like we were being judged since we are tourists and not local. Food over priced for small portions.

17/05/2025: They prepared a delicious pasta option for my American toddler, and I had the best sea bream of my life. The desserts and wine were delicious. The service was wonderful— they allowed us to move to a better seat when it became available. And the view doesn’t get better!!! 10/10 would recommend.

28/05/2025: Very good restaurant in Lingua with fish and vegetarian dishes. We returned twice during our holiday in Salina. Santino is a wonderful person! He welcomed us very well telling us many stories about the island and gave us the privilege of watching during one of our dinners a documentary he shot on the film "Il Postino" with Massimo Troisi. Exciting. His Football Museum is also something incredible with many historical relics each of which tells a story. A true heritage of the island. We will return!

18/05/2025: Excellent restaurant for its location on the sea and excellent cuisine with local products, especially fish, served with kindness and considerable professionalism by Santino and his collaborators. As an added value, the annexed football museum, unique in its kind. A restaurant that I always recommend to my friends and colleagues.

12/05/2025: Abbiamo raggiunto questo locale dopo parecchi chilometri di autostrada venendo da un paese di provincia... Una volta arrivati di domenica sera circa le 21 e 45 entriamo in 6 persone e chiediamo al cameriere un tavolo che in tutta fretta ci dice che non c'è, cosa a mio avviso non vera ... anche perché c'era tavoli pronti a pagare che si potevano rimpiazzare in pochi minuti con un po' di buona volontà. Ma già non c'era il buon senso quindi figuriamoci altro. Pessima gestione.

11/05/2025: Servizio pessimo,ci siamo seduti alle 20.40 dopo un ora è arrivato l'antipasto (una frittura di pesce ) ,dopo un'altra ora è arrivato il primo scelto da noi : spaghetti ai ricci .Vi racconto i retroscena: ho prenotato nel pomeriggio verso le 17.00 al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto se avessero i ricci e mi è stato risposto che li avevano quindi ho confermato la prenotazione. La pasta con i ricci che hanno portato era amara anche se costava 25€ . Ho chiesto al ristoratore da dove arrivassero quei ricci amari ,lui mi ha risposto dicendo che erano GALIZIANI. Noi siamo della zona e consiglierei al ristoratore di dire anticipatamente al cliente la provenienza del prodotto utilizzato. Se avesse detto che i ricci erano GALIZIANI sicuramente non avrei neanche prenotato. Consiglio di ingrandire la cucina così da eliminare le attese lunghissime e di utilizzare prodotti locali possibilmente non congelati.
